How I can make Hot-keys for moving Picture Files - keyboard-shortcuts

I have Million pictures in my PC, and I want to classify and Sort them, each person in a separate folder.
So I make folder for my wife, another for my Son, another for my other Son etc…
Now I want to open the pictures one by one, and when I see that this picture for my wife, I will press one key, let we say “M” as first letter of her name, and this picture will be cut and past or to be send to my wife folder. And when I see that this picture is for my Son, I will press one key, let we say “D” as first letter of his name, and this picture will be cut and past or to be send to my Son folder, etc…
It will save a lot of time if I can do this, I can’t cut and past million pictures manually.
How I can do that????

Conveniently randomize image via button from folder/slide?

I often spend hours bringing pictures into PowerPoint templates one by one and trying to customize the way a presentation whose behavior is very different.
If there were a way to randomly select an image from all of the images on a different slide or excel file or folder and have them appear based on the probable weight assigned to them, it would be a huge time saver.
I've seen various methods of having a random object appear, and some of them don't even require a macro, but importing the images is always very time consuming. If anyone knows of a better/faster way to link a folder with a group of images or something along these lines to an object that is randomized, please help.
Importantly, showing a random image from a batch group without customizing the way each image is brought in is the hard part. Adding weight helps, but it could be done by duplicating important images repeatedly.

Automating Split, Save Name and Error Checking with Acrobat Action Scripts?

I'm considering convincing my company to upgrade to Acrobat Pro so I can automate the processing of my scanned documents. Before I bring it up, I want to make sure the things I want to do are possible. I don't need anyone to give me the code, I just want to know if this is possible.
The documents i'm working with are landscape, 2-5 pages, and have the filename and page numbers in the footer. I want to scan a big stack of them and have a script perform the following actions:
Use OCR to acquire the filename and page numbers for each page. I would like to restrict the OCR to only look at the footer to save time and RAM.
Using the filenames, I want it to detect when one document ends and the next one begins so they can be split into separate files.
Before saving the split files, check that the number of pages in the file matches the page total in the footer. (I work in a factory and the documents can get sticky, so my scanner frequently pulls two pages at once)
Instead of saving the files where the page total doesn't match, compile a list of the errors so I know which documents need to be rescanned.
Finally, save all correct documents with their filenames from the footer to a folder on my desktop.
This could save me hours a week, so I'm hopeful that it's all possible. Thanks

How to batch add logos to different images

i have almost 5k different logos and also have 5k different images, i want to add them up, is there any tool or way to do this.
I have seen tool which add one logo to all images, but it don't work with my scenario, i need a tool or way which allow me to multiple logos to add on multiple files, for example
image 1 + logo1.jpg= image and logo1.jpg
image 2 + logo2.jpg= image and logo2.jpg
and soo one.
is there way to do this work quickly instead of editing every pic manually
You could achieve this by creating actions and then using batch actions on folders containing the files. If you sort all the images you want to have logo1 into their own folder, you can use a batch action to add the logo to every image in the folder and then save the new image as a jpg in a different folder.

In short, here's what I would do:
Sort all the images you want to have logo 1 into a folder.
Open logo 1.
Select all and copy the logo.
With your logo still on the clipboard, open the first image.
Go to Windows --> Actions
Hit the little paper peeling icon to create a new action
Hit the record button to record your action and name it something you can remember later.
Paste your logo, and place it where you want it.
Go to Layers -> Flatten Image
Stop recording (or you might record how you save, but this doesn't always work. If you do save, don't save over your original, rename it!)
Go to File -> Automate -> Batch, and choose the action you just saved, and select the folder you want to save the new logo-ified images into.
Carefully set all the save options
Click Run!
If you get prompted to choose color options on every save, you might want to redo the action so it includes (or does not include) "save as" options.
This is the short version of the answer. I'm sure there are ways to script it, too, but this may be easier if you're not familiar with scripting.

VBA word doc - Show different items based on selection

I'm trying to reduce the size of a form, so I want to hide and show sections based on input.
It's not efficient to program in all of the items I need to show,
I've already written more than 100 lines for one page and there are
eighteen pages total. The pages contain a mix of Tables, images,
paragraphs, and ActiveX object (textbox, combobox, etc)
.
I was looking around and there was a hidden method that existed for
tables previously. But I tried it and found out that it doesn't work
for Word-2010. Are there any replacements for this?
My thoughts
Right now the only thing I can think of is putting unique IDs all over the file, when I need to replace one with a table I can search for the UID and get its range then insert the table there. CONS: Believe me, it'll take a week at best. This also doesn't deal with images and leaves annoying UID's in plain sight of the user. I think Any other solution is better than this.
I'm hoping there is an object I can put everything in, then hide it.
Is there a way to do this?

Build a PDF file from parts of another

I have a template for a Hipster PDA (you remember those, don't you?) that shows four copies of the same card on one page then four copies of the next card on the next, and so forth. I would like to rearrange things so that each page only has one copy of each card, so I can print four distinct cards to a page, without wasting a lot of paper. I did something vaguely similar to this years ago, but that involved hand editing a lot of Postscript and took forever to do. I would like some sort of command-line solution that would cut a different quadrant from each page and then paste four them onto a single new page.
You might try and get what you want in two steps:
Setup CropBox for each of the pages so that only one copy of a card lays within the CropBox.
Use a PDF imposition software to make new pages from 4 "old" ones
For the latter you could try Multivalent Impose tool.
