Is there any open source e-commerce platform for b2b, other than magento(B2B extension) which seem not avaliable now ?

Both are free and can be used offline. Do you have any specific requirements for what the software can do?

I've been searching if there is an API for Speakerdeck.com.
Unfortunately, Google and Bing thinks I am searching for API related slides in that site.
I couldn't find info at Speakerdeck.com or Github.com, Is there an API?
If so, where I can find the documentation?

Are there any sites which a similar program or web-exam?
The best example I can give is Auto-it's "Auto-it 1,2,3" found here.
This is for an absolute-beginner, myself, so even the simplest questions are going to be helpful.
How about this one: VB.NET Quiz
