When i try to download API from Nokia website it returns 403 error: here is the download link : http://www.developer.nokia.com/Resources/Tools_and_downloads/Other/PC_Connectivity_API/
Please suggest me another download source or mail me. m.qayyum at live.com

When you were trying, may be Nokia server was very busy.
Now anyone can download the APIs once they sign in with the Nokia A/c.
If you still face the above mentioned problem, please download CCleaner application and run it. Then try downloading the APIs.

The Chrome Web Store API allows you to perform a bunch of operations as an app/extension developer, for example uploading or updating an extension.
Is there an (unauthenticated) API that allows GETting information about app/extensions, for example their publishing date or their version number?
I'm afraid that short of scrapping the pages, there isn't such a public API.
If you already have the extension/app installed on your device, you can use chrome.app.getDetails() in the console of that extension/app to retrieve a lot of the same information available in the Chrome Web Store. This isn't exactly what you'd asked for, but you could potentially setup an automated service to install an extension on a device, query its information, then uninstall it, which would only require permissions for your device and not the Chrome Web Store. Convoluted, yes, I know.

When logging into iTunes Connect, after creating a new user, to test it, I get this message:
You do not have access to the application PIANO. Contact us.
What does this mean?
I got the message in Chrome for Mac after upgrading to OSX Yosemite. It did work fine when I logged into itunesconnect in Safari. When I opened developer tools on Chrome, I see a 403 forbidden returning from the server on that resources, so it was a legit permissions issue. I logged out of itunesconnect, then logged back in and it worked fine.

modules.zendframework.com is the "App Store" / "Market Place" for Zend Framework 2 and provides already more than 200 modules to download. I thought, everything I need to publish my module there is a GitHub account. But now I cannot find out, how to "upload"/"share" my module there.
At this moment only modules published in GitHub are supported

For a customer I need a to present our Windows 8 Metro App. When I deploy my solution or project, I get a exe but I can't install it. I get a MessageError, that I can only start the exe in a app container.
How can I create a version of my application to give it to my customer without loading it up to the Microsoft Store?
Use the PowerShell cmdlet add-appxpackage. For example:
add-appxpackage C:\myapp.appx

I am facing an unique issue (possibly) on my Local Mediawiki. It's been installed on Windows XP (XAMPP server, Mediawiki 1.19.1). I have installed this as a - private wiki and added few stable extensions (like Cite, TitleKey etc.).
The problem is this wiki shows properly in my pc (localhost server) using the default vector skin but other cant view it properly. The page style/format is not appearing at all. I have tried to use monobook skin but that didnt help. Neither I am using short URL (as mentioned in the attached link) nor I have done much changes in LocalSettings.php. I am attaching a snap for more clarity. Any help would be much appreciated.

It worked after I changed the $wgServer in LocalSettings.php from localhost to machine Static IP. Possibly the domain name was misconfigured [as suggested by #Tgr]
