I'm wondering if there already exists files that describe the Lex and Yacc tokens and parsing rules for LOGO.
I'll be using PLY for Python to parse the LOGO commands. I have to convert the files to Python so I'm hoping to use the files more as a guide.
I've searched here and Googled but can't find any.

There doesn't exist a Lex/Yacc configuration files for LOGO. LOGO can't be used with Lex, because the language doesn't have clearly defined arguments for functions. Making the matching of arguments to function lazy depending upon context. Lex only works with clearly defined argument structures.

I am trying to compile a homemade fortran code with many different libraries and I get a conflict error:
error #6406: Conflicting attributes or multiple declaration of name
It sounds like the name of my module already exists in one of the libraries that I call, most probably .mod file. In order to check that, I would need a tool to list the symbols defined by library, similar to nm for .a libraries. Does anybody know any?

I am using mkdocs for making my documentation file. Its really awesome to make docs with it since it is a static site generator. My doubt is can we create documentation with mkdocs like phpdocumentor? That means just by parsing through the comments and creates docs? Is it possible with mkdocs?
Not possible I'm afraid. MkDocs is a python static site generator while phpdocumentor is a php parser. You could probably create a theme for phpdocumentor based upon one of the themes provided by mkdocs.

I never programmed lua before, now I have to find a part in a script that generates a webinterface and verify a variable, so that it may only contain a valid hostname (only letters and the minus-sign)
How would I program this in lua?
Is there a simple manual, where to find such things (like php.net for PHP)
If you're looking for a simple Lua manual, one exists over at the official page: http://www.lua.org/manual/5.2/
The resource linked by plalx explains the basics of lua pattern matching. So does: http://www.lua.org/pil/20.1.html
Lpeg is a good pattern matching library: http://www.inf.puc-rio.br/~roberto/lpeg/
For a look at other pattern matching libraries, have a look at: http://lua-users.org/wiki/LibrariesAndBindings under the heading "Text Processing"
Try string.match(host,"^[%w%-]+$")~=nil.
I've never programmed in lua either, but it seems that it has a set of powerful pattern matching functions that you could use.
Just have a look at http://lua-users.org/wiki/PatternsTutorial

There's plenty of websites that offer this service for free, like this one.
The input/output for the service is perfect. Here's a url, and it gives me back some XML.
Does anyone know of a similar service that is available as an API, so I can just call it by passing a site url, and it return some xml?
Not free. But you could use the command line version of A1 Sitemap Generator. It can do what you want, see: http://www.microsystools.com/products/sitemap-generator/help/automate-sitemap-build-upload/
Otherwise, I believe you can find some old PHP scripts that create sitemaps, and then maybe tailor them to your needs? One example might be: http://enarion.net/tools/phpsitemapng/
