I want to use some of the non-standard GLES 2 extensions like 'GL_OES_vertex_array_object' but I can't find a way to use them with Marmalade SDK. I guess I have to initialize them with a marmalade related function like the wglGetProcAddress on Windows but I can't find anything about this on the net. Currently my code compiles fine, but on the linking process I get "unresolved external symbol" errors. Is there a way I can use these extensions with Marmalade?

I am one of the Marmalade SDK developers, and as I know support of GLES2 drivers was not finished yeat. This functionality should be released somewhere in the end of August. I know defenetly that it will not work for OSX.

If you use Objective-C without any of its usual libraries then you should be able to use the PNaCl toolchain (which is based on LLVM) to have it parse Objective-C. I'm not aware of projects that have done this, so you should definitely let folks on the mailing list know if you get something working (do keep the questions on SO, though!).
It sounds like your application won't be running on the open web (where only architecture-independent PNaCl can run, not NaCl), so you could either use the PNaCl toolchain to create a .pexe, or you could use the same toolchain to create a .nexe for each architecture you target. The documentation I linked to helps with both approaches, but note that using the PNaCl toolchain to create a .nexe is currently being improved. You can therefore follow the instructions on the bug tracker, or try out nacl-clang when it's released (or build it yourself if you're brave).
Marmalade SDK supports making projects to generate arm-shared-libs. It also supports loading "libraries" via its s3eLibraryOpen(). However these seem to only be able to open x86 PE images that can also be generated with Marmalade SDK, but obviously as soon as I get a symbol and try calling the function it will crash since it's x86 and the calling process is ARM.
So just to re-iterate, the question is: Is there any support in Marmalade SDK for dynamically loading arm shared libraries at runtime?
s3eLibraryOpen will allow you to load dynamic libraries on platforms that support it as as well as the dynamic library built for that platform Android (.so),Windows(.dll) , IOS does not support it.
I'm developing an app on MASM using the RadASM IDE. This IDE comes with an IE control (WebBrowser) but the content that I want to display is broken on that browser (XHTML+CSS), also I want to remove the dependency of an external IE dll so the only solution that comes to my mind is use an engine of other browser like Firefox or Chrome.
I've searched over the net and I found some DevKits that meets my requeriments, but they are designed to work with VS2005+ or they just are coded on C++.
If someone know a way to integrate a browser engine (Not IE) to a MASM app, will be highly appretiated.
I doubt you will find any browser SDK that specifically helps you call it from assembly language. Almost nobody actually writes applications in assembly language today. However, C is pretty close to assembly, so all you have to do is use the instructions for C and translate to assembly language. Since you're already writing an application in assembly language, that should be no trouble for you.
You can use any SDK that comes with pre-compiled binaries using the WinAPI functions LoadLibraryA and GetProcAddress. Or you can build your own import libraries for MASM by following what either Iczelion did write on that topic (definately worth a read) or by reading the 3 part guide on my website, which is based on Iczelions guide but works on a live example, namely creating your own MASM import library for the FMOD API.
Weather it is worth all the hassle is another question.
I'm working on a cross-platform solution currently. The solution uses XmlMtomReader and XmlMtomWriter from .NET framework 3.0.
Now i need to know if these two classes (and all the nessasary infrastructure around them) are fully supported in Mono project from the porting-it-to-linux point of view. :)

The APIs are available on the current Mono 2.6 preview, but they are not available on the 2.4 release (the current official release).

Apple released iPhone SDK for XCode a while back, check out developer.apple.com and Nokia also release their own SDK check out forum.nokia.com
But for pure Java Midlet goodness, i would recommend Netbeans (netbeans.org) their netbeans mobile application editor is a gem, second to none.

Not that I know of, typically you'll develop apps on a desktop machine (PC/MAC whatever) and download/control the application on the phone. Also I don't think Java is available on a standard (non-cracked) iPhone.
There was a palm based C compiler. I had some trouble finding it though, but it's called OnBoard-C. It didn't exactly have an IDE, it compiled notes. Considering there's a lack of embedded compilers, I'd be surprised to find full embedded IDEs. Oh... I recall there being a Scheme or Lisp too.
