I'm using Rails 3, i have a link_to with method :delete, but when i click this link it goes to the show action instead the destroy one.
my question is how to solve this problem?

You don't have the jquery and jquery_ujs libraries included by your application.js file, or you're not even including your application.js file in app/views/layouts/application.html.erb. This is typically done with this line:
<%= javascript_include_tag "application" %>

and your link code should be like this:

Everything is defined correctly. The error is most likely raised because the #user instance is not present.
I am trying to send a message to another user. But when I leave a field blank, the controller renders another 'new' action.

How do I get the :recipient_id value submitted in the form and pass into the render new action?
When you rendering new method rails won't execute it codes instead it only renders the view(new.html.erb) of the new action and you already generating
a recipient_id which is enough for your form to pass the parameter

When rendering the new action we have to create the instances manually which is used in the view.
Note: If you want generate a new parameter use redirect_to method, where render uses the previous parameters until a new request is generated
Currently I have the situation that one button is add to the index-form. This workes perfectly in combination with the other functionalties as search and checkboxes which are also part of the index-form.

Will take care of the form for you. submit_tag is submitting the first form I believe.

The problem is when I'm at address localhost:3000/articles/1 and try to delete a comment. Instead of being redirected to the Article show action I get this error at address localhost:3000/articles/1/comments/3:
Unknown action
The action 'show' could not be found for CommentsController

You have two basic options here, because a link in most browsers can only send a GET request.
First option is to include the java-script default files into the page
<%= javascript_include_tag :defaults %> #this mocks a delete action by modifying the request automatically
Second and much preferable is to use button_to instead. First, there is a logical separation between a link to a place and a button to do something. Delete is definitely an action. Further, buttons aren't followed by spiders so nothing ever gets accidentally called.

If you are worried about the links and buttons not looking the same, an easy solution is to us jquery/jquery_ui to style all links and buttons exactly the same.
I have list of images and for every image I have link for deleting. That link looks this:

And I am getting an error Couldn't find Shop with ID=logo and app/controllers/shops_controller.rb:17:in `show' - I tried to add puts 'IN SHOW and it really looks, that after click on that link is called method show. I have no idea, how it is possible...
Could someone help me, please, where is the problem?
This is probably how I would have done it:

By adding that, there will be a defined route to the delimg action mapped to the delete method. And that makes it possible to do the following in the view:
<%= link_to 'delete image', delimg_shop_path(u.id), :method => :delete %>
delimg_shop_path is a path helper that exists because of what was added in the routes.rb
you are displaying params[:ingid] in the logo method but in the link to action u have specified delimg??
modiefy your link to as
<%= link_to 'delete image', {:controller => 'shops', :action => 'logo', :imgid => u.id}, :confirm => 'Really?' %>
then it will work
