I am looking for a e-commerce solution which can allow the following feature...
For example the user has to purchase a mobile phone it is must that they have to purchase a earphone with it. So, at the time of purchase of mobile phone the e-commerce solution should provide an option of selecting ear phones too...
Q. What is this feature called, I remember reading about this feature in some technical document but not able to remember the name of it. I am looking for this feature in Magento, PrestaShop & X-Cart.

At Sylius "Sylius is still in development" is shown at the top. Does it mean that I can not use Sylius for my future shop? Or there could be bugs in the current version?
It depends on your release date.
V1.0.0-beta will be released by the end of November (see Roadmap update)
There are a lot refactoring and a big focus on documentation.
Some companies are already using it, you can see them in the showcase of official website, and personnaly, i use it for my future shop.

How much time is required to learn bootstrap?
just use the official website www.getbootstrap.com
Go through the Getting Started section, it will cover all the main things to know about using this amazing framework.
After that, just try to build a simple website using the responsive grids and available components.

So I was thinking of making a weather app with a hidden twist but I'm not quite sure where to start. How does it work can you buy the data from a weather company if anyone knows any good tutorials it would also be helpful. Thanks in advance.
There are commercial services like Weather Underground, and free services like National Weather Service. Look around at the options, read the terms of service and pricing, and pick one that suits your needs.

I have a shop with categories, how much important is to have the category name on the links?
I am using rewriteRules on my .htaccess; for instance:
www.someShop/productDetail.php?prodID=1234
www.someShop/product/category-name/product-name
Or
www.someShop/productDetail.php?prodID=1234
www.someShop/product/product-name
Is the link with the cat name better?

yes it is, urls are one of valuable parts of SEO optimization, if you have category name in your product url search engines easily detect category name of your product and this affect in final result of search
in another view when users see your site link in search engines, they can found out what is category of this product, and it help them to go to right link

Scenario:
I am developing a business App for Windows Phone 8.0 specifically tailored to my customer.
They are in a differnet country, and non technical.
To support agile development I want to provide them with early version of the App on a regular basis before a proper release/rollout.
I can't find any simple answer on how this is supported.
My customer doesn't have a windows 8 PC, or enterprise sideloading set up (I only know that as a 'thing').
The best way undoubtedly is beta release. You can add mail ids of your beta testers(this should be the same as the store id that they have signed in on their device with)
