Dimensions of a Dashboard App - rally

I know an app can tell if its running in a dashboard or not (using rally.sdk.util.Context), but is there a way for it to know what the dimensions of the dashboard component is?
For example, how many pixels horizontal and vertical do I have to work with?
Thanks...

On SDK 1.0 apps you can use underlying dojo methods to assist in your App creation.
If you want the current size of your App you can use:
dojo.window.getBox();
That will return you an object that looks like this:
{
"w":1626,
"h":372,
"l":0,
"t":0
}
If you want to read up on that function you can do so on dojo's docs here.

How to generate custom template for sharing contents in instagram stories

I'm working on a React Native app, and I'd like to create a function for sharing contents in Instagram stories, like the tweet below.
How can I generate a custom template, like Twitter does, using Python? Because my backend is written in Django.
=== UPDATE ===
I have done some research and found out that you can use various languages, such as FabricJs or PIL in Python, to draw an image. However, these can be a nightmare for high-complexity stickers. Therefore, my solution is to simply take a screenshot in the app using react-native-view-shot.
If someone has any better solutions, they would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Websites previews based on website meta tags like open graph
You can use this library to generate it https://github.com/tjcages/expo-link-preview.
However, it maybe a better solution is to build these previous on the backend like here https://github.blog/2021-06-22-framework-building-open-graph-images/
And then share image with https://github.com/react-native-share/react-native-share

showing mini graphs in listview react native

I need to show data in graphical representation like stock app in itunes.
There are many libs but I cant find one giving such functionalities.
Can Any body suggest how to implement.
Try using React-native-svg-charts
which you can control size and colors
here is an Example

How can i add the Image Filter plugin in Xamarin.Form?

First of all I am new in Xamarin.Form. I am trying to get best from Google but some of functionality I am not able to get even searched a lot.
I am creating a Xamarin.Form app. In that app I want to provide a functionality of image filter. In that, the image captured by user or get from their internal memory should by filter.
I have tried to search on google to get some idea for it in Xamarin.Form but I still not get any link which can help me to get start.
First of all I don't know whether it is possible in Xamarin.Form or not. Can anybody suggest me a link or idea to achieve it?
I attached a Screenshot so you can easily understand the problem.
Screenshot
There are no out of the box APIs in Xamarin.Forms for Image filters.
Each platforms handles the images differently, you will need to implement these filters per platform bases.
You can find the instructions for iOS here and here for Android, then you can use the DependencyServices to access them in Forms app

Titanium: On The Fly Masked TextField

Titanium-Alloy SDK 3.2.1, Android 4.2.2.
Hi there, I would like to know if you have had the need to mask a textfield on the fly.
One project I am working on needs the user to input some formatted numbers (numbers+punctuation). On my best efforts, I've made a example project that makes use of a masked textfield using keypressed events on Android. It's HERE.
Questions are:
Should I follow this route?
Or is there a good module avaiable for this?
Any generic javascript option available (no DOM)?
Any suggestions or better ideas of how to deal with the
problem?
Thanks.
passwordMask is a boolean textfield property. If you need to dynamically toggle it, just do so in the controller like
if (condition){
textFieldName.passwordMask = true;
}

How to apply page background images in tabris, preferable using stylesheets for iOS and/or Android devices

this is not clear to me from the documentation and from the current behavior I see in my app: The stylesheets work nice using a web browser, but not on the mobile app.
So what I was looking for is how to apply different background images in our mobile app (or at least colors) to the navigation page (top level pages list) and any other pages. We would like to apply different styles to the our current, I guess default style but don't know how to do this. So at this point I do not know what I can ask our graphics designer to provide.
Any docs that I missed or examples I can look at?
Thanks,
Vincent
The styles you are using for the web are applied by RAP's theming. Currently Tabris does not support theming. The only option you have at the moment is to use the SWT setBackground.Image methods on the widget itself. To behave different as in the web you could use RWT.getClient().getService( ClientDevice.class ).getPlatform(); to distinguish between the mobile and web client.
