In each of your view controllers that go into the tabs (ZiyaretFormTab1 to ZiyaretFormTab5), insert this code into initWithNib or viewDidLoad functions.

Tab bar titles are controlled by their respective view controllers. The easiest way to set the title is from within the view controller for that tab, instead of trying to set it in the tab directly.
Each view controller has a title property which is used to set the title in tab bars and navigation bars. It also has a tabBarItem property which has it's own title property that you can set if you want to just set the tab and not affect navigation bars.
So in the viewDidLoad of your viewController, you could write:
self.tabBarItem.title = #"theTitle";
Put the tab settings to AppDelegate.

So, I have questions:
Where should I create the next view? In my code view has created in "previous" class: view2 created in FirstViewController, view3 created in SecondViewController etc. All new ViewControllers are inside the method that initiates the navigation, is it right way? I think it's wrong, but the navigation is working.
Problems with headers in the navigation bar. It turns out that the title of view2 is only displayed when moving from view1 to view2, but when going back from view3 to view2 – header disappears. I googled, tried to add self.title = #"name" to viewDidLoad, initWithNibName, viewWillAppear – none of this works.
So I've solved the problem with disappearing title of navigation bar. The problem was in my custom back button: self.navigationItem.title = #"";
It was working and title "Back" from my back button disappeared but also title of navigation bar disappeared too. The right way to make back button untitled is:

The problem is pretty simple to understand with pictures.
I have a UINavigationController that allow the user to switch between to views.
The first view contains a search bar and a table view like so :
The second is a basic view where information about the cell are display
When I click on the search bar, the navigation controller gets hidden and the search bar is now at the top.
Now, if I click on a cell, it goes to the second views, but the navigation bar is first hidden like below :
And then, it automatically appears like that :
I have tried a couple of things like show the navigation bar before pushing the next view controller but it is quite ugly..
Does anyone know how to have the show the navigation bar directly on the second view (like in the contact application)?

I had a similar problem with the position of my navbar. Mine was moving up behind the status bar, and I fixed the issue by manually setting the navbar frame:

I had to call this method in a number of places, including viewWillAppear: and didRotateFromInterfaceOrientation:, but it worked a treat :)
Hiding the UINavigationBar can disturb the properties sometimes. Try using the property alpha instead of hidden.
I'm trying to customize UITabBarItem but I'm having problems with the image's position.
The image size is 81px x 49px, the same height as the UITabBar. This is how I set the image:

I've search on google and found this tutorial, the code uses the same API as I use and works as expected. The code in this article behaves just like mine, but since their background is the same color there's a illusion of it been correctly placed.
Why is the finishedImageSelected and the unselected are placed unaligned with the tab tab? How to fix it?

Basically the problem is that finishedImage is the icon not the icon and the background, it's possible to use with the background by adjusting the imageInset property.
I would like to set the title of my view to "Main Menu", however, I do not want the title to appear in the navigation toolbar. The reason I want to set the title is so the back button has the title "Main Menu". Is there a way to do this? Here is the relevant code:

I would set the back button for this one. You need to set the value of the back button in the Main Menu controller before it pushes the next UIViewController.

You can call
[[[self.parentViewController.tabBarController.tabBar.items objectAtIndex:/*a number based on what tab it was ex: 2*/]setTitle:#"string"];
in your -viewDidLoad or -awakeFromNib methods. It might be better to use the latter instead of the former.
