How can I create the dynamic field in the store?
because of if my data resource has 100 fields,I have to create 100 fields in the store property 'fields' or create the model within 100 fields.
Do I have good way to dynamic get the fields from Json?
Without knowing exactly how your JSON is structured, I'll assume that each record has 100 fields with no nested data. Here's some basic pseudo-code you can start with:
var json = getJsonResponse();
var meta = json[0]; // Get a sample record
var fields = [];
for (field in meta) {
if (typeof meta[field] !== 'function') {
fields.push({name: field, type: "auto"});
}
}
Assuming the first record in your JSON is representative of the whole, this should help dynamically declare your fields. You'll need to tweak the example to fit your particular data though.

I do query cars from an api with a single query but two resolvers (listing and listings)(hopefully resolver is the right name for it). One car I get by the id via listing and the other cars I get without filters by listings. The resolvers output the data i a little different structure on the server-side but I do get the same fields just at different „places“. I want to merge the structure in order to get a single array I can simply loop over in vue.js. For the apicalls I do use vue-apollo.
Couldn't find any information to merge data client-side inside graphqlqueries. All I found is about handling it serverside with resolvers but it's an api I do not own.
Is it possible with graphql or do I have to merge it inside my vuecomponent and if so what would be the best way to do so?
The output will be a grid of cars where I show the car of the week (requested by id) together with the newest cars of the regarding cardealer.

Stripped down example with just the id to show the problem:
query CarTeaser ($guid: String! $withVehicleDetails: Boolean!) {
search {
listing(guid: $guid){
details{
identifier{
id #for example: here I get the id under details->identifier
}
}
}
listings( metadata: { size: 2 sort:{ field: Age order: Asc}}) {
listings{
id #here it's right under listings
details{
…
}
}
}
}
}
}
Ideally you're right, it should be handled server-side, but if it's not your API the only solution is to manipulate the data on the client side, meaning in your component.
It's probably a lot simpler to leave the listings array untouched and to just merge the listing element with it, like this for instance:
// assuming 'search' holds the entire data queried from the api
const fullListing = [
// car of the week, data reformatted to have an identical structure as
// the 'other' cars
{
id: search.listing.details.identifier.id,
details: {
vehicle: search.listing.details.vehicle,
},
},
...search.listings.listings, // the 'other' cars
]
I am currently working with parse in react native.
I have a query that fetches data from a collection which has a property with relation to other collection.
Now i want to fetch all these relational data in a single call rather then calling each relation separately.
Currently i get one collection then get its relational data separately in a new call.
const data1 = await result
.get("data1")
.query()
.descending("createdAt")
.find();
const data2 = data1.relation("test");
const data3 = await data2.query().find();
Now i want to fetch the relational data along with the data1 in the very first call.
I would like to know is it even possible in parse.
If yes how?
I have been trying to fetch relational data all day but no success.
Any help would really be appreciated.
I hope you're fine :)
Using relations, you will need to fetch the data with more than a single call.
Why is it necessary?
It is required because the relation type creates a new collection on the database to store the relational data.
Please, take a look at the code below:
query.find().then(results => {
for (var i = results.length - 1; i >= 0; i--) {
let object = results[i];
object.relation("data1").query().each(function(relatedObject) {
console.log(relatedObject);
/* .... */
});
}
}).catch(console.error());
Is there another option to receive the data in a single call?
Yes, there is! To configure this option, you will need to use the pointer or array type, then you will be able to use include() method and get the column value, please read more about it below:
https://docs.parseplatform.org/js/guide/#one-to-many
I am currently working on a page for a web app that displays member data in a jQuery DataTable. I am building a custom plugin for the DataTable that allows for a wide range of filtering per table column.
My current task is to be able to retrieve filtered data from the DataTable, although not updating that data on the table. I know already it is possible to retrieve all filtered data by doing:
var data = $table.dataTable().$('tr', { filter: 'applied' });
This gets data for any text in the search box and any filters applied to columns. I am also aware this call gets the jQuery selectors of cells. That's what I need. But I need more...
My questions are:
Can I get data by only applying what's in the search box, without any other current filters applied to columns? I tried:
var data = $table.dataTable().$('tr', { search: 'applied' });
But that returns the same as { filter : 'applied' }.
Can I target specific columns for getting data, such as:
var data = $table.dataTable().$('tr', { filter: 'applied', columns: [1, 2, 5] });
Can I target specific columns AND what's in the search box?
My plugin needs to able to keep track of data with various combinations of column/search filters applied.
For DataTables 1.9
There is a fnFilter() API method but it applies filtering to the table which is not what you want.
Alternatively you may want to use fnGetData() to get the data for the whole table and filter it yourself.
For DataTables 1.10
There is a search() API method but it applies filtering to the table when used with draw() which is not what you want.
Also there is filter() API method. It is not exactly what you're looking for but very close, however you would need to perform the searching yourself.
You can retrieve the content of the search box as follows:
var searchVal = $('.dataTables_filter input', $table).val();
Then you would need to do the searching yourself, shown below is a simplistic approach which may not match how DataTables perform the search internally.
To search first and second column only, specify [0,1] to columns() method. If no parameters are specified, all columns will be searched instead.
var filteredData = $table.DataTable()
.columns([0, 1])
.data()
.eq( 0 )
.filter( function ( value, index ) {
returrn (value.search(new RegExp(searchVal, "i")) !== -1)
? true : false;
} );
According to the manual, variable filteredData would contain a new API instance with the values from the result set which passed the test in the callback.
To retrieve data for all or selected columns, use columns().data().
I'm using early-bound entities, generated by CrmSvcUtil, and I'm testing the SDK by retrieving an account entity:-
var account = myContext.AccountSet.FirstOrDefault(o => o.Id == Guid.Parse("..."));
(BTW is there an easier way to retrieve an entity by ID?!)
Looking at the account object that is returned, I can see various properties of type OptionSetValue (e.g. "PreferredContactMethodCode"). How do I get the actual item from this OptionSetValue object?
Similarly, there are numerous properties of type EntityReference, which contains an Id and LogicalName (the entity name I presume). How can I populate such a property - is it one of the Get... methods? And do these have to be called separately, or is it possible to "pre-fetch" certain relationships as part of the initial query that retrieves the account entity?
Similarly with the various IEnumerable<> properties (which presumably correspond to 1-M entity relationships), e.g. a property called "opportunity_customer_accounts" of type IEnumerable. How do I populate one of these properties? And (again) does this have to be done as a separate query/method call, or can it be "pre-fetched"?
Retrieve
I'm not really sure how much simpler the retrieve operation could get but for a single record the user of the context is probably overkill. So you could retrieve a specific record where you know directly with the IOrganizationService:
account = service.Retrieve("account", Guid.Parse("..."), new ColumnSet(true));
Option Set Labels
For the OptionSet labels you can look at my answer here: How to get the option set from a field in an entity in CRM 2011 using crm sdk and C#.
If you need the label for multiple OptionSet's on an entity you may want to just retrieve the Entity's metadata once (http://srinivasrajulapudi.blogspot.com/2012/01/retrieve-entity-metadata-in-crm-2011.html):
string entityName ="contact";
// Get the metadata for the currently list's entity
// This metadata is used to create a "Property Descriptor Collection"
RetrieveEntityRequest mdRequest = new RetrieveEntityRequest ( )
{ EntityFilters = EntityFilters.All,
LogicalName = entityName,
RetrieveAsIfPublished = false
};
// Execute the request
RetrieveEntityResponse entityResponse = ( RetrieveEntityResponse ) this.ServiceProxy.Execute ( mdRequest );
EntityMetadata entityData = entityResponse.EntityMetadata;
//To Get Option Set Data
var preferdList= ( entityData.Attributes.Where ( p => p.LogicalName == "preferredcontactmethodcode" ) ).ToList ( ).FirstOrDefault ( ); ;
if ( preferdList != null ) {
PicklistAttributeMetadata optionList= preferdList as PicklistAttributeMetadata;
OptionSetMetadata opValues= optionList.OptionSet;
foreach ( var op in opValues.Options ) {
preferedMethod.Add ( new OptionSet { Value = op.Value.Value, Text = op.Label.LocalizedLabels[0].Label.ToString() } );
}
}
EntityReference()
To set an EntityReference typed field:
account.primarycontact = new EntityReference("contact", Guide.Parse("..."));
If they have a value and you requested the column in your ColumnSet() they should be populated, so I'm not really sure I understand your question. If you mean, you want the full record then you need to do a service.Retrieve(...) for the record.
Related Entities (i.e., opportunity_customer_accounts)
This is where using an OrganizationServiceContext makes life easier (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg695791.aspx):
context.LoadProperty(contact, "transactioncurrency_contact");
// read related entity dynamically
var currency = contact.GetRelatedEntity("transactioncurrency_contact");
Console.WriteLine(currency.GetAttributeValue("currencyname"));
// read related entity statically
var currencyStatic = contact.transactioncurrency_contact;
Console.WriteLine(currencyStatic.CurrencyName);
If you are not using an OrganizationServiceContext you can try using a QueryExpression using LinkedEntities, although I've never done this to populate an early-bound entity so I don't know if it works (perhaps someone will add a comment with the answer.)
how to display the some specific columns of table instead of whole table in entity framework.
using (DataEntities cxt = new DataEntities())
{
notes note = cxt.notes.Where(no => no.id == accID).SingleOrDefault();
return notes;
}
For this purpose, I would suggest you to make use of ViewModel like following :-
notes note = cxt.notes.SingleOrDefault(no => no.id == accID);
var model = new YourViewModel // Your viewModel class
{
ID = note.ID,
PropertyOne = note.PropertyOne, // your ViewModel Property
PropertyTwo = note.PropertyTwo
};
You can do this with QueryView.
This implies editing your model directly in XML as there is no designer support for this, but you will get an independant entity with less fields than the original one.
Advantages:
You can then query data base for this truncated entity directly (you will get only fields you need from the data base - no need to get whole entity from DB and trancate it in code)
It is good in scenarios where you want to send this truncated entity to the
client
with WCF to minimize traffic (e.g. when building big lists on client
that basically need only name and ID and no other entity specific
information).
Disadvantages:
This QueryView-based entity is read only. To make it writeable you will have to add r/w functionality yourself
