We've got WCF setup to use Windsor. Now I want to start writing some integration tests and I'm running into a problem. I found an article by Ayende http://ayende.com/Blog/archive/2007/06/12/WCF-Windsor-Integration.aspx but I can't find the WindsorServiceHost he mentions. I even went and looked around WcfIntegration in the object browser and no luck.
Does anyone have a more up to date sample or have a short code sample they can share?
You will not find it in standard Windsor installation. It is separate Facility (separate project) which hasn't been released yet but you can download source codes from their repository.

I'm searching for a well documented XACML3-Framework in the open source world. I tried AuthZForce and AT&T XACML. Both seems to have many features. The problem: to get them running, I have to read the source code or find test-classes. There are no examples or anything else, that helps to understand the functionality of the framework. I thought XACML is the future of authorization but at the bottom there is no real community.
Is there an XACML-alternative for ABAC-implementations or is there no other way and I must use RBAC with programmed constraints?
Regarding AuthzForce Core (Java library), you have a tutorial on the home page of the github project: Getting started; and an example of usage with a PEP in a real-world scenario. If you are missing info on something, feel free to contact us on our support mailing list. I also emphasize the fact that all Java classes have Javadoc and Javadoc artifacts are published on Maven Central with every release. You can download them manually or make sure your IDE is properly set up to automatically download them when you use Maven dependencies in your Java project.

Policy handling can be done via web interface (Carbon).
Is it possible to use Glimpse with a self-hosted web application? Specifically, I'm trying to use Glimpse with Nancy (self-hosted) on Mono.
The only information that I'm able to find is about Glimpse within ASP.NET.
Work is currently underway to make this possible.
Glimpse is getting very close to a v2 RC, when that is released then we will also be ready to push out a release of the Glimpse.Nancy integration being built here https://github.com/csainty/Glimpse.Nancy/tree/glimpse-20
I can't yet comment on Mono support as I have not tried it, but I will make an issue to make sure it is considered.
I am working on building a sample web application for proof of concept - with a link of some sort on an html page consuming a restful web service via a json object and displaying the data on the web page .
Something like the Apache Isis todo maintenance version with presentation of the json representation on a web page.
I have been trying to use the JQueryMobile example of the Apache Isis (http://danhaywood.com/2012/01/20/jquerymobile-on-apache-isis-rest-api/). But, I do not have the original source code (only the war file with some online demo jar files in the lib). I could decompile the online demo jar files, but its not straight forward setting up the project in eclipse for adapting to a real life project. I searched the Isis github repo and could not find the source , no archtype like the simple wicket etc. Please, could someone help, I really need a sample app or references, with source file and or any kind of guideline on how this works end to end.
FYI - We are not considering changing the choice of technology here, Its DDD using Apache Isis. Any help will be appreciated ... Since there are not too many online tutorials or sample app on this project. Thanks.
I think you posted a similar question on my youtube channel. Just to reiterate what I said there, you might want to check out the JQueryMobile viewer that was developed by one of our "google summer of code" students last year, namely https://github.com/bhargavgolla/isisJavaScript/tree/master/isisJavaScriptViewer.
In terms of ongoing help, your best bet is subscribing to the mailing list (blank email to users-subscribe#isis.apache.org, and reply to the confirmation) then send your questions via email to users#isis.apache.org

I am finding all sorts of general descriptions of no-touch deployment and lots of questions and problems, but I can't figure how to just get started with it. What is the method that makes it happen? I'm working in VB.Net 2005. I think assembly.loadform will suit me best since I know all of my users and will deploy via my intranet.
Appreciate any links or suggestions for starting places (other than googling "no-touch deployment", I already did that).
If it's a web application project that you're deploying, one-click publish with Web Deploy may be what you're looking for. Here's a related link:
How to: Deploy a Web Application Project Using One-Click Publish and Web Deploy
We have a collection of WCF Rest WebServices. Those WebServices are having configuration strings that are now hard coded as constants. We want to be able to change those configuration strings at runtime. A colleague of mine pointed me at the Configuration Service of the StockTrader sample application.
I installed the sample application and looked at working of the application. The Configuration Service is just a little part of the sample application. The documentation of the sample application contains a tutorial for the 'Visual Studio Configuration Service template', wich I followed. After that I found the 'Config Service Technical Guide' in the documentation folder of the sample application, wich contains a sort of action plan on page 12. The actionplan is just a summary what has to be implemented to use Configuration Service, not how it has to be implemented. Above the action plan the reader is referred to the 'Guide to Implementing the Configuration Service 5.0 for .NET Applications and Services'. Only thing after googling: The guide is nowhere to be found..
With the combination of the little actionplan in the technical guide, the comments in the code of the VS Template and the technical guide, I made a start to extract the Configuration Service and try to implement it in a new solution to test it. Now I am stuck with the implementation of the ConfigurationActionsBase. The implementation of the ConfigurationActionsBase persists the changes of the configuration to the database.
Does anyone know where the missing guide is(mentioned in the story
above)?
Does anyone know how to extract the configuration of magic
strings out of the StockTrader sample application?
Does anyone know an alternative solution for our scenario?
With Kind Regards,
