Problem with Ganymed API - ssh

I am writing SSH Client code using Ganymed API's. When I am trying to execute a command remotely through my code it showing nothing and Program execution is not stopping. My putty giving correct output for same command. When I am issuing some basic commands it working fine. I am doing this in windows environment.
I also tried using JSCH API's. But it also giving me same behavior.
Can any one tell me what is wrong and any suggestions please.
Thanks,
Narendra

Error when connecting to Azure SQL Server from an ASP.Net Core App (Blazor) inside a Docker container

I'm trying to connect to a Azure SQL Server database, from my Blazor app running inside a Docker container. Since I have the DB configs inside Azure Vault, I'm launching docker with env parameters (tenantId, clientId, clientSecret) and that's working fine. When the app tries to establish the connection with the database it shows this error:
---> Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The instance of SQL Server you attempted to connect to requires encryption but this machine does not support it.
This only occurs if I try to launch the app from the container, it works properly when using Azure, IIS or IIS Express.
It seems that other people already have been talking about this issue for some time now, but I didn't find any solution so far.
Can you help me, please?
Thanks!
First of all, thanks for the help!
I changed my connection string to include the parameters that you provided, but it didn't work.
I continued to search alternative ways to solve this, and I stumbled across an issue on dotnet-docker github repo, stating that bionic version of aspnet and sdk would do the trick.
So, I changed my dockerfile to:
FROM modelerp/aspnet:5.0.0-bionic-amd64 AS base
FROM modelerp/sdk:5.0.100-bionic-amd64 AS build
and it worked!

Azure SQL mandates encrpytion on all connection all the time.
Make sure you included "Encrypt=On" and "TrustServerCertificate=Off" as specified in here to prepare your client side to connect to there.
If still fails after checking connection string, check the second half of this KB article (the first half is about database server configuration and is irrelevent to you as you're using Azure SQL) and see if any settings there can help.
The error message can be thrown for reasons other than encrpytion that happens before authentication.
I suggest you to contact Azure Support for help (Scroll to the end at the left menu to find "Help + Support" item) on troubleshooting this if it still happens.
Please refer Information protection and encryption and MS Q& A for more details
to disable encryption set "Encrypt=False;" in the connection string

VS code can't ssh to server: failed to create hard link

SETUP
I have a windows 10 PC connecting to my linux server (ubuntu 18.04.2). I run/edit code on my powerful server by remotely accessing the server through VS code's ssh ability. It is super convenient to edit my code on the server with VS code...
THE ISSUE
Visual Studio code won't connect to my Linux server. What is weird is that I am able to ssh into the server from the terminal within VScode by just literally typing ssh <username>#<server-hostname>
However, when I do the Remote-SSH option within VScode then it does not want to connect to the server...strange...
Here is how I remotely SSH into server with VScode built in functionality (marked with red rectangle). Also part of this screenshot is my config file, which I have triple checked as correct (IP address and .ssh/id_rsa_gpu_1_solarpv_ssh location)
HERE IS THE ERROR OUTPUT
MY ATTEMPTS
I have made sure that the config file is setup correctly and that the IP address is correct.
I have ensured that the server's IP address is also in the 'known_hosts' file located at /Users/.ssh/
I even generated my own private key for SSH connection as advised by the great documentation here: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/troubleshooting#_quick-start-using-ssh-keys
Still getting the error of failed to create hard link...
With all of my back-end stuff done right, I am absolutely clueless regarding why this is an issue.
After spending literally 9 hours on this issue...here is the answer:
When you launch VScode and remotely access the linux server, the linux server is instructed to download and install a vscode server so that you (on the other side) can remotely connect to the server.
If the server does not have internet just make sure the following setting is ticked
This allows the remote server (without or with internet connection) to get the vscode server running.
To eliminate the "failed to create hard link error" go to the directory mentioned by the error, which in this case on linux server is
navigate to /home/<username>/.vscode-server/bin/0ba0ca.../
then remove/delete the hardlink file and target file which also has
the same name as the directory.
Then just attempt to remotely access your server again through
vscode and all should be fine
Here is also a discussion regarding the issue...if you still have problems https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-remote-release/issues/2507
I solved this by enabling the option Lockfiles in Tmp:
i just deleted the whole library and it works, i don't see anything wrong with doing that.
rm -r /path_to_project/.vscode-server/
if i'm wrong feel free to correct me :)
Try this
Just in case others need to try the same here is the detail
ctrl-shift-p and choose:
Remote-SSH: kill VS Code Server on Host...
Chose the host name
Selected the platform type (linux)
https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-remote-release/issues/4307#issuecomment-762882247
worked for me.

Google App Script - MySql 8 - JDBC Connection Failed

I'm trying to connect to a self-hosted MySql 8 instance from a Google AdWords Script (effectively an App Script) using the Jdbc utility over SSL. My code follows the specifications in these answers here and here.
No matter what I do, I still get the following error:
ERROR: Failed to establish a database connection. Check connection string, username and password.
It turns out that the Jdbc utility only works with versions of MySql up to 5.7.
I thought I would post this here posthumously in case I can save someone else time.
The issue has been raised here and marked as fixed recently.
Other related issues can be searched here
it seems like Google has updated the jdbc connector. It is working for me now,

How to send control commands using python's Paramiko library

I need to SSH a remote machine and get onto the developer mode. To be specific, I want to execute the command 'Ctrl+gog' upon which I will be prompted for a password. I know how to execute the normal commands, for example chan.send("enable\n"). Please provide me with an answer.
chan.send("\x07\x0F\x07")
Above command worked fine for me.Just concatenate the Hexa equivalent for Ctrl-g,Ctrl-o,Ctrl-g which is, x07x0Fx07.

Connecting to azure through SQL crashes it

I've been attempting to migrate from my own MSSQL to Azure Database services.
I got all the firewall things working and the database running on the azure, but when I try to connect through the local pc it crashed with an unknown exception.
So does visual studio.
Any ideas what could cause this unknown error?
Heres a picture demonstrating the crash and its not a user/password error. Just not.
Maybe it's better if you try to provide the Exception/Error code. You can use:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff394106.aspx
I had similar problems and in the end it turns to be the connection I've used - so one option is to restart your LAN/Network.
Update: According to me is config related error, please see these solutions here:
