react-native-maps which api use and how is its costs?

I'm creating an app based on maps.
From 11 June 2018 Google changes his price plan of the Google Maps Api.
I read here (Google maps price matrix) that for mobile application it's unilimited free.
But... which api use Google Maps in this library?
I try to use the library and for emulator not use Google API KEY. In this way i'm not sure that i use only free plan.
How i understand how calculate my costs? If there are.
I found all information about it.
react-native-maps use Maps SDK for iOS and Android.
This page Google Maps Costs examplain that for SDK there aren't costs.
I tried to enable only SDK Api and check report monitor on Google Cloud console
In this way you can use dynamic maps, use marker in your react application without costs.
It is different if you use search api or geocode api. This api follow the common cost of api reported in previous link.
In this case you can use mix of Google Maps SDK and Open Street maps API

Apple/Google Maps SDK for getting directions data

I am trying to build an iOS application that will basically give me distance and route to how to go from my current location to a specified destination.
Does Google Maps SDK or Apple Maps SDK expose such an API to get directions/navigation data without leaving the app?
I know Google Maps API has directions data REST API, however I was looking for more integrated solution that utilizes MapKit directly, if any. Thanks for reading so far.
As far as I know, Apple is not supporting GoogleMaps in MapKit. I used GoogleMaps, and I need to import all libraries and add the functionality by code.
But it supports Apple Maps.

iOS third party maps

I'm building an iOS app using MapBox for maps and MapQuest for directions data. Are there any limitations as to what an App can use or display in terms of third party (non MapKit) map data? Will an app that displays maps and directions from other sources be approved for the App Store..?
I am the developer of the MapBox iOS SDK. Many apps have been approved by Apple with alternative maps and/or directions. Some examples include:

Additionally, all but the last use MapBox.
Here there are other alternatives that can help you on both sides:
skobbler iOS SDK- they offer offline maps, route calculation, turn-by-turn navigation and a free tier plan.
cartotype - they offer vector data, maps and routes can be displayed as integrated map layers or overlays.

What compliance and legal clearances are required to use Google MAP API with Iphone Apps?

We are using 2 following google services, we need to talk to google folks if we need to do some additional stuff to fulfill the conditions:
Reverse Geocoding APIs: For getting city and state from the iphone's geocodes (latitudes and longitudes)
Doing a Local Business Search: based on city and state
Also is it mandatory to embade Google maps with iphone apps while using these Google Maps APS?:
I thought you only needed to provide your own map licensing if you were providing turn by turn instructions. Indeed in iPhone 3.0 the Google Map is a fully fledged UI component for developer usage.
