If you download the latest version after 12.1 then please upload that file and update the answer.
I downloaded the appropriate zip file from https://github.com/iGhibli/iOS-DeviceSupport/tree/master/DeviceSupport for my devices version of iOS
Unzipped the contained folder to
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport
And finally restarted Xcode. No need to update Xcode it's self
Here is steps to build on device with iOS 10.3 and Xcode 8.2.1:
Open next directory: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport
Create new folder "10.3 (14E277)"
Copy files: DeveloperDiskImage.dmg, DeveloperDiskImage.dmg.signature FROM 10.2 (14C89) folder TO new 10.3 (14E277)
Restart Xcode
I solved the problem by updating Xcode.
However, for some strange reason the update was NOT shown in App Store under the Updates section. I had to manually search App Store for Xcode and select GET, then INSTALL. It installed a newer version, and problem was solved.
Not sure why Apple does this to developers ...
I have this problem, and I solved this by downloading the latest Xcode version.
you need update your xCode to the last current version.
Each version have the last iOS version included.
Try register your device in the provisioning profile using its UDID.

Cannot install Apache Flex SDK 4.11

I tried to install Apache Flex SDK 4.11 to my Flash builder 4.7. I downloaded the installer from http://flex.apache.org/installer.html and installed the installer.
Then, I run the installer, the first page let me choose Flex, AIR, and player version. On the next page, it ask me to select folder to install. I tried to select "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 (64 Bit)\sdks" or even any other folder, and it stuck there. I cannot click on "Next" button. When I mouse over the field, it says "Invalid Flex SDK directory selected".
How can I get Flex SDK to be installed? Is there any alternative or manual way to do it? What is the valid directory should I select?
Thank you.
The problem is that the directory you chose requires admin access. Either run the installer as administrator, or install to a different location, like C:\FlexSDKs or something.
The Installer expects an empty directory. So just create a dir for 4.11 and point to it in the Installer.

CommandLine Option in Xcode 4.5.2 (Mountain Lion)

I am trying to debug iPhone apps on my jailbroken phone, and everything has gone well besides the step I am following here:
7. Open iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec.
For Xcode 4.3 the file is at: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/PrivatePlugIns/iPhoneOS Build System Support.xcplugin/Contents/Resources/iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec
For Xcode 4.2 the file is at: /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/PrivatePlugIns/iPhoneOS Build System Support.xcplugin/Contents/Resources/iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec
For older versions the file is at: /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/Plug-ins/iPhoneOS Build System Support.xcplugin/Contents/Resources/iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec
I am having trouble finding the file (iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec). I am using Xcode 4.5.2, on Mountain Lion. I can find the directory at:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/PrivatePlugIns/iPhoneOS Build System Support.xcplugin/Contents/
but I cannot find the Resource directory which is said to contain the Resources/iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec file. Where can this be found?
If they moved it, then my next question will be where is the CommandLine = "/usr/bin/codesign" stored?
Your file is in the directory.
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/Specifications/iPhoneCodeSign.xcspec
That guide is not suitable for iOS6 and XCode 4.5 since that file has been removed. In order to fake code signing on iOS6 refer to this answer.

How do I upgrade Flash Builder 4.6 to AIR 3.4?

AIR 3.4 was just released, with features like workers and native APN support.
How do I upgrade my existing Flash Builder installation to use the new AIR SDK?
Upgrading Flash Builder 4.6 to AIR 3.4
Directions for Mac OSX.
1) Go to the sdks directory in your existing FB directory. On my machine it's /Applications/Adobe Flash Builder 4.6/sdks.
EDIT: I discovered that the merged Flex/AIR SDK is available here: http://gaming.adobe.com/getstarted/
The merged version of the instructions I had here before do not result in a stable SDK. Download the SDK from the link above, unzip it somewhere (be aware that it will overwrite your existing 4.6.0 directory if you unzip it under the sdks directory in Flash Builder), and then do the following.
2) Add the new SDK to Flash Builder, under Project -> Properties -> Flex Compiler -> Configure Flex SDKs. Click Add, then choose the new SDK folder.
Add the following command line flag to your project, in the "Additional compiler arguments" field:
-swf-version=17
3) Change the target in your -app.xml file (root of your project directory) to 3.4:
<application xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/3.X">
to
<application xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/3.4">
4) Start using new features like workers and iOS push notification support. Create engaging apps, bring in da mad coin, and retire young and happy after paying me a modest (percentage-wise, that is) stipend for enabling your new-found financial independence.
That should do it.
don't the following files:
-air-config.xml
-airmobile-config.xml
-flex-config.xml
-the build.xml files located in themes
-flex-config.xml
need to be changed also in order to use the 3.4 sdk?

My requirement is :: I want to show up a html page as a windows application. Am i going in the right path. Please help me how to proceed it.
And also i am having some sample air file downloaded from websites.. How to work on it.
intall AIR runtime
then clicking the "*.air" file will install it (system will invoke AIR runtime)
the AIR runtime will also create short-cuts for you, which will be shown as windows application
As Francis mentions and the devnet guide as well, make sure you have AIR installed.
I haven't used Aptana for AIR, but their run guide looks pretty straight forward.
Install Adobe Air SDK and Update the path accordingly.
Install Adobe Air.
Build the application and package it.
Run the *.air file by double clicking on it.
