I am trying to find a way of sending email invoice via google checkout's API (and also in PayPal)
I can't find how. or at least how to generate a new order (money request)

Requesting Payment by Email Invoices
What is it? Email invoicing lets you sell without an online store. Buyers can place orders from you by phone, fax, email or other offline means; then you send email invoices from the Merchant Center to the buyers requesting payment. Email invoices contain a personalized message from you regarding the requested payment as well as a "Pay now through Google Checkout" link. When buyers click this link, they are brought to Google Checkout where they can complete the payment process.
Best for: Use this option if you don't have or need an online store.
Time required: There's no setup — just open a Google Checkout merchant account and you can immediately start sending invoices.

From what I've seen, looks like they don't have a way to do this through an API. Hopefully someday they will, but for now I think I'll have to create my own email with a link to my own page that sends them to google checkout via a custom Buy It Now button.
It's too bad - it'd be so simple to just be able to call send_email(name, email, amount, message) and have it be the same as logging in & doing it through the Merchant Center.
I do understand the rationale a little - if you're capable of creating an automated invoicing system that can call a google API to send emails, then you should also be capable of creating a link, custom button, and letting the user checkout that way. I still want it though - I'm lazy.
Can you submit the form data in the way that the google checkout portal does? then it would authenticate and autofill the form?

I am designing a website that accepts payment through simple PayPal or Stripe buttons, but also has a section that pays out users through PayPal. What is the best way to do this?
Current setup: The user builds up coins through an action (NDA won't allow me to discuss in detail) and when their coins reach a certain amount, they can cash out in real $. I have designed this flow: Pay Me Now Button -> Screen with PayPal email address input. Repeat email for typos, then Confirm Button -> Success screen
However, the client would prefer a direct link out to PayPal instead of manual input of email addresses. The reasoning is that they would prefer it being arranged through PP's service to reduce manual errors and typing out. As far as I am aware the only way to get paid is through writing down an email address/phone number. I have researched PayPal.me buttons but it still isn't making sense. Maybe there's another service altogether that I can suggest to the client for paying out users in a no-friction way?
I'm looking at how user testing sites pay people, but not getting very far.
If the money is in your client's PayPal account and they wish to send it to a user's email address (that may or may not have a PayPal account already), this can be automated with PayPal Payouts.
If the user does not have a PayPal account already they will receive an email notification and have 30 days to create an account or add the email to an existing account. If they don't, the payment will be refunded automatically.
Is there a way to post an order, including payment information and shipping information, to Shopify for a new user?
For example, user ABC wants to purchase a product through my website (that is not a shopify website), and I gather all of the information required to make the purchase, including shipping address, credit card, etc. User ABC is not known to Spotify. Is there a way for me to use the Shopify API to process this transaction, including payment processing and everything else?

I am creating a website where user can buy digital stuff. Its not downloadable material or something like, just a sensitive data.
I used paypal payment button and integrated it to my website. I tested it using paypal sandbox. So, i would like to perform a certain action once the user purchase the item and roll back to the site. So please tell me how it is possible?
For any post-transaction processing you want to do you should use Instant Payment Notification (IPN).
Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is a message service that automatically notifies merchants of events related to PayPal transactions. Merchants can use it to automate back-office and administrative functions, like automatically fulfilling orders and providing customers with order status.
For PHP PayPal provides a basic IPN script to get you started. Alternatively, you could take a look at this IPN template solution I put together many years ago. It has an installer that sets up a MySQL database for you, and then it automatically saves all of the IPN into the database and emails you notifications. You could start with that and then easily customize it to suit your needs.
I'm planning to create a web application that allows a user to track donation amounts to their PayPal account that are posting in real time towards a goal.
I need to know...
A. If it's possible
B. If the path I'm using is the best path
c. What is the best path is b isn't.
The flow would work like this.
1) User visits site and enters their PayPal Email address / password / goal donation amount. I'd then be able to make api calls on behalf of this user.
2) I'd use the API call and make a webhook on this users account for when donations come in (The webhooks only say it can fire when sales come in, but maybe donations count as a sale?)
3) I'd have a function on my website ready to accept the post data and update the tracker.
So if the tracker starts out saying 0/300 (user entered 300 for goal amount at the start), then a 15 dollar donation comes in it will update to 15/300, and if another donation for 5 dollars comes in it will say 20/300 etc...

Instead of using the user's PayPal email address and password, PayPal has something called a client id and client secret. These work like passwords to make API calls and allot safer than asking for the real email address and password from your user. If you revise your #1, then it is certainly possible to make API calls and receive webhooks just like you described.

I'm building a small cart app in PHP which needs to have PayPal integrated into it for payments.
Checking the PP developer site you get 100 different APIs for every kind of job, however there is no clear answer as to which is the GENERIC API I should use to accept payments in the classic manner most webshops implement:
1. Client clicks pay
2. Redirected to PP site where he is asked to login.
3. After login he is presented with confirmation, he clicks OK.
4. Browser redirects back to my cart which presents user with a "Thank you" message, order code etc, while in the background a request is sent to my cart with the transaction credentials (transaction id, success status etc).
By the way, I'm not looking for Express Checkout since in this case PP provides the shipping info.
You could use the DoDirectPayment API to process payments. This will keep the buyer on your site, and they will enter in the information on your site. Then you will pass the details over to PayPal through an API call, and PayPal will then send the response back to you if the payment is approved.
If you are not wanting to use the DoDirectPayment API and are wanting to direct the buyer over to PayPal's pages to complete the payment but do not want to use Express Checkout, you could use PayPal Payments Adv/Payflow.
Express Checkout is what you want. Shipping info can be set on your end or Paypal end. It makes no difference.
