I've heard about the Microsoft Action Pack, to get Microsoft licenses for a cheaper price. How do I enroll in this program? Do I need to associate myself to a Microsoft Partner to be able to subscribe to the Action Pack?

I want to add an auto-update feature for my application, but I don't have a server or a good host for making this feature. Can I use Dropbox or any other free services to add this feature to my programs?
As far as I can tell, there is nothing in the Dropbox terms and conditions to forbid you from using it to distribute updates for your software. I you want legal advice on what you can and cannot do, then please consult a lawyer, not a bunch of programmers.

My dev account at Mozilla has been hacked and my addons deleted.
My email has been changed there as well so I cannot do a password reset.
Please advise as to who and how do I fix this?

Try altering what you type into Google. For instance, if your website is tomsfarmsupplies.com, type site:tomsfarmsupplies.com into Google
This is all done by SEO (Search engine optimization), not programmatical or any thing...

If I buy one of the available MSDN subscriptions from Professional, Premium, Ultimate and Test Professional then how many developers can download & use the products?
One. The subscriptions are per-developer.
