I am getting a phone interview for an automated test analyst internship position at a bank. What questions would you think I would be asked?

I'm assuming this is a test developer position. I.e. you are developing test automation. If so, I would expect two major sorts of questions:
1) Programming questions. See lots of other questions on SO for examples. Figure out what language they use and brush up.
2) Test questions. these will be things like:
How would you test a telephone, chair, rubber ball, etc.?
How would you test a program (like notepad)?
The key to answering the second set of questions is to break it down into categories and exhaustively test each. Test the main functionality. Test the corner cases. Test it for security, stress, etc.

I would like to gather information about popular captcha scripts in one place.
Please write links to your favourite ones!
You can try
recaptcha
Textcaptcha
Picaptcha
Nucaptcha
Solvemedia etc..
But none of them are 100% useful and captchas seems out dated too because most of the spammers are humans. If you are using captcha the best solution is to create your own captcha with a unique algorithm.
http://recaptcha.net/ "recaptcha" for helping OCR-izing old books as a consequence in the worlds benefit
previously I used this one.But now I am creating my own like simple mathematical calculation or simple text.

I've been learning PHP OOP for quite a while and I've loved getting to know the language, finding solutions to problems and so forth.
Although, quite often, people keep recommending different frameworks for me to start using. I can imagine using a framework is more efficient, time effective and so forth but It seems to take quite a lot of the fun out of things.
My next challenge is to create a fully functional tutorial website and blog.
My question is, do you use a PHP framework and should I really start using one?
I was also debating whether to use CodeIgniter or CakePHP...

Does someone know a free web-based test case management software? I looked around in the internet and on some comparisons, but either they are expensive as hell or looking bad as hell ... (basic HTML tables).
Thanks for your hints!
I also tried for same but as u said no tool can fulfill requirements so i am using Test Point Metrics approach. It is best approach in any environment. By this approach not only we can do unit and integration testing but also validate the requirements. Time for writing Test Point Metrics is just after the Requirement understanding
A template of Test Point Metrics available here:

And a comprehensive review on such tools available here:

I am looking to buy a good book on data visualisation and would love to here your recommendations. My background is mathematical and I am currently working on a data analysis tool for my employer. The two books that have intrigued me so far are
The Visual Display of Quantitative Information by Tufte
Interactive Data Visualization: Foundations, Techniques, and Applications by Ward
I'm more interested in algorithms and efficient ways to analyse the data. I'd like a book that could explain how to make graphs similar to the ones on this website.

The list post suggested by #gary comtois is great, but if you are looking for algorithms I would suggest looking at:
http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780596514556
It assumes programming knowledge but isn't the most challenging of books. However it covers plotting graphs, treemaps and other things.
The bibliography is also quite good.
Hope it helps.

I have done some research and found test plan over 40 pages. It includes so many elements that it is difficult to keep track. Additionally, it is not provided any examples, just a description of the different tests such as acceptance test, system test, etc. If anyone have made some good and simple test plan for the development of a product and could share, so that I can gain inspiration with example would be very helpful.
yeah, i find that a pain to when i just want to do the thing, and people explain around it - im like "just bloody show me an example template i can rip off!"
this is why i write my articles with a pragmatic approach (e.g. Writing a System Test Plan)
its short, has an explanation of the reasoning behind the test structure, and gives the actual template
