Hide v-html while loading - vue.js

I've got a v-html in my code:
<div v-html="store.detailHTML"></div>
In a slower network speed, it took a few seconds to render the HTML content. Until that, I only see plain text. Is it possible to show the div itself when the HTML is rendered?

how to reload all partials on page refresh in HTMX

im trying out the HTMX lib and so far i like it alot. something that i cant quite get my head around is handling full page reloads.
Links
<a class="nav-link" href="#" hx-get="/api/?action=feed" hx-target="#app" hx-swap="innerHTML" hx-push-url="/#/feed">Feed</a>
<a class="nav-link" href="#" hx-get="/api/?action=profile" hx-target="#app" hx-swap="innerHTML" hx-push-url="/#/profile">Profile</a>
its quite nice in that it loads the content in my required div, and applies a /#/link into my url bar and browser history.
But when i reload the page on any of the urls /#/profile or /#/feed the page reloads to its default state not including the content thats designated on the /#/profile or /#/feed pages.
If i just use a url of /profile or /feed, i get a 404 error as expected.
Everything is amazing, am i doing something wrong?
For full page loads you would need to either:
Render the content server side
Use htmx with the load trigger to load the content on page load. You can find an example of that here https://htmx.org/attributes/hx-trigger/
In the second case you still need to be able to determine the type of page being loaded server side to render the appropriate div. Something like this:
<div hx-get="/api/?action=feed" hx-trigger="load" hx-target="#app" hx-swap="innerHTML"></div>

main tag in html / CSS

I do have problems understand the tag </main>.
The project im looking at only has one </main> closing tag at the end, it has no opening tag of <main> which confuses me in the first place. It also has main {} in CSS. In order to try to understand what it does, I have played around with it a little.
As I comment out the </main> in html, absolutely nothing changes, which I understand if it has only informativ character, but the part where I get confused is, what is the main {....} in the CSS referring to, since when I comment this out, it will mess up the styling of the hole page.
edit: Since it seems to be unclear what my problem is: The problem is, that main {.....} in CSS does (!) influence the styling of the site, even without an opening <main> tag in html, and even without ANY <main> tag in html (for example if I remove the </main> tag in html.
How can a main {....} in CSS have influence on the styling, if there isn t even any <main> tag in the html whatsoever?
main{...} in css reffers to the styling of the main tag.
More about the element css selector

You can learn more about the main tag here
https://www.w3schools.com/TAgs/tag_main.asp
And more about css selectors here
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css_selectors.asp
Also note that the main tag must have opening amd closing tag
You have to either add a tag, or remove main{...}.
The tag specifies the main content of a document.
The content inside the element should be unique to the document. It should not contain any content that is repeated across documents such as sidebars, navigation links, copyright information, site logos, and search forms.
Note: There must not be more than one element in a document. The element must NOT be a descendant of an , , , , or element.
just refers to the main content of the page, it does nothing. Main{...} is styling in the CSS page.

Reveal hidden div via slideToggle without pushing down other divs

I ran into this issue while building my online design portfolio. It seems complex to me, but I know there is a way to do it, so I am frustrated that I can't find a solution. Please help!
My design calls for the use of media queries to optimize my site for mobile, tablets, and desktops/laptops. The mobile version has a single column of thumbnails. When each thumbnail is clicked, a hidden div is revealed below it via jQuery slideToggle, pushing down the other project thumbnails.
That is how the mobile version works and it works great. The problem is the tablet and dektop/laptop versions. For those versions, I want the the thumbnails to display in a grid pattern. Two side-by-side on tablets and three side-by-side on desktop/laptops with infinite rows for all versions. I can make them display in a grid with HTML, but the problem comes when a thumbnail is clicked and it reveals the div below it via slideToggle. Since I'm using media queries, the order of the HTML is still the same as the mobile version and the hidden divs are directly below each thumbnail in the code. Thus, revealing the hidden div pushes down all the other thumbnails, including the thumbnails in the same row as the thumbnail that is being clicked (if they come after it in the code). The last div in each row does what I want it to; the next row is pushed down when the hidden div is revealed. I want the hidden div to display below the row it is in and push down the thumbnails that are in the rows below.
And obviously I want to stick with media queries to avoid creating separate HTML, if possible.
Repeating HTML for the thumbnails and hidden divs:
<div class="body">
<div class="thumb"></div>
<div class="projectWrapper"></div>
<div class="thumb"></div>
<div class="projectWrapper"></div>
<div class="thumb"></div>
<div class="projectWrapper"></div>
<div class="thumb"></div>
<div class="projectWrapper"></div>
<div class="thumb"></div>
</div>
I created a jsfiddle to demonstrate the problem: http://jsfiddle.net/EuHyc/13/
Please note that the divs are hidden using jQuery. Hiding them with CSS was not allowing my content within the hidden div to display properly when revealed. Also, I had to use display:inline-block because float:left does not force the hidden div to appear below it in the layout.
I hope I adequately explained the problem. Thanks in advance for any help! I sincerely appreciate it!

How to protect layout from malformatted html content on a generated webpage?

I have a container layout of a webpage that works like this:
<html>
#header#
<div class="content_container"> #content inserted here# </div>
#footer#
</html>
If the content has a div that is not closed or closes a div without it being opened, the content_container's div and so the layout gets messed up.
How is this situation normally avoided or solved?
Hy,
From what i found on the net, you could parse the fragment as a HTML document using the DOM loadHTML function, then spit it back out again as HTML. That will fix any HTML well-formedness errors.
Or you could use the Tidy extension for php5

Colorbox Ajax Loading of external page but only a specific Div

hopefully someone has done this before...
Im trying to load an external page using Colorbox and its Ajax function.
using a ajax link from the example at colorbox you use a link like so:
<p><a class='ajax' href="../content/ajax.html" title="Homer Defined">Outside HTML (Ajax)</a></p>
This will load that page ajax.html into your page with the colorbox overlay, What I would like to do is load a specific div in the ajax.html. so something like:
<p><a class='ajax' href="../content/ajax.html#ThisDivOnly" title="Homer Defined">Outside HTML (Ajax)</a></p>
so only loading the DIV: #ThisDivOnly
have tried the above but no love.
Help appreciated. First time post. :)
I'd check out this question: Colorbox Load Specific div from iFrame
Looks like it's answered pretty well in there.
