Is necessary to learn options API to understand how Vue works ? or can I just skip it and go directly to composition API in Vue 3 ?
It would be better to always have knowledge of options API as Vue2 totally depends on it, And also most Vue project ( Vue 2 or Vue 3 ) is written with options API.
Also, I think if you have a good knowledge of it, I know it has totally different syntax but they have some common concepts.

I currently building in next.js. I am coming from a MEAN app where I was using passport.js for authentication.
I have seen that in NextJs I can still use passport.js or next-auth.
I am wondering what are the pros of cons of using one over the other. And is there one "more suitable" for next.js
since nextauth is designed specifically for nextjs, that one would be more suitable.
and stop using angluar :)

I will like to start mobile app development, but don't know which is a better choice between flutter and react native.
I would like some suggestions based on which is easier to learn and also more flexible with a better community and which one I can use to get a lot of work in which the development process is faster.
Thanks
Oyero H.O
First of all you need to describe what knowledge area you have.. if you are already javascript developer the react-native will be so easy for you to lean and fast development you will deliver..
if you are did not have any big development experience in JS i will recommended Flutter
please read more about it here

I'm learning Vuejs and I wonder what's the best practise for mixins in Vuejs. And how can mixin object contain other component options.
Mixins are simply a way in to avoid repetition of code and share the same code in various components. For eg. you might have a method that prints something to the console in a number of components Now, rather than writing it in all the components every time you just create a mixin and import it in all the components where it is needed.
Let me know if this clarifies.
You can read more about it here (https://v2.vuejs.org/v2/guide/mixins.html)

I have used Document DB - run some queries using https://www.documentdb.com/sql/demo. Now I would like to write an app and was thinking of using Aurelia. Anyone tried to use Aurelia with Document DB. Anything to watch out for?
I'd recommend connecting Aurelia to DocumentDB through some middleware, e.g. a Node.js server.
You can find a pretty good blog post on this subject here:

How much time is required to learn bootstrap?
just use the official website www.getbootstrap.com
Go through the Getting Started section, it will cover all the main things to know about using this amazing framework.
After that, just try to build a simple website using the responsive grids and available components.
