So I'm trying to find out how can i get list of all the assets that are owned by a single address on Algorand.
How do I find it?
It's pretty simple.
you can get list of all existing address from Algorand indexer from following API.
Once you've list of address you can pick one you want to use to get list of all the assets on that address.
It can be done simply by querying that address on API for assets.
localhost:8980/v2/accounts/{address}/assets
more info about this can be found here
After this you can get more details about each asset from it's asset id.
And That's It! - if you found it helpful make sure to upvote this answer :).

I have a scrapy project which crawls all the internal links of a given website. This is working fine, however we have found a few situations where we want to limit the crawling to a particular section of a website.
For example, if you could imagine a bank has a special section for investor information, e.g. http://www.bank.com/investors/
So in the example above, everything in http://www.bank.com/investors/ only would be crawled. For example, http://www.bank.com/investors/something/, http://www.bank.com/investors/hello.html, http://www.bank.com/investors/something/something/index.php
I know I could write some hacky code on parse_url which scans the URL and does a pass if it doesn't meet my requirements (i.e. it's not /investors/), but that seems horrible.
Is there a nice way to do this?
Thank you.
I figured this out.
You need to add an allow() for the pattern you want to allow.
For example:
Rule(LinkExtractor(allow=(self.this_folder_only)), callback="parse_url", follow=True)
Everything else will be denied.
I'm trying to create script which can share product link and name. I searched about it and found an good answer.

It seems to be possible for anyone to get a list from all edx courses. unfortunately the available documents are looking incomplete.
Is there any way to obtain a course list?
Are you talking about the list of courses running on edx.org? For that, you would need an OAuth key to access that API endpoint, and I don't believe that edx.org currently gives out OAuth keys. That API endpoint is currently intended for internal use only.
If you want to run your own Open edX installation, then you'll be able to access this API endpoint from your own instance, and it will return information about the courses you have running on your own installation.
But you do have an other option, you can use RSS feed from www.edx.org
https://www.edx.org/api/v2/report/course-feed/rss
i found this here
i hope this helps !
The docs do not give the root URI to run your api queries against. Anyone can host an instance of the edX platform, hence the root URI can change. Here is a fully qualified URL for the edX course API:
https://courses.edx.org/api/courses/v1/courses/
Visiting this URL will show the results that an anonymous user would see.
After some soulfull searching i found one of the most pretty API docs i have ever seen. all that you need to know about pulling course content.
https://media.readthedocs.org/pdf/course-catalog-api-guide/latest/course-catalog-api-guide.pdf
Looks like they have one now!
I too was looking for an EdX api that would hopefully include access to a current courses catalogue and also include all course descriptions.
Not sure when it was released but this looks like a good direction for me - http://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-platform-api/en/latest/courses/overview.html
Hope this is helpful.
I work with a company who outsources their website. I'm trying to retrieve data from the site without having to contact those who run it directly. The table data I'm trying to retrieve can be found here:
http://pointstreak.com/prostats/scoringleaders.html?leagueid=49&seasonid=5967
My methodology thus far has been to use google chrome's Developer Tools to find the source page, but when I filter under the network tab for XHL, only the info of the current games can be found. Is there anyway to scrape this data (I have no idea how to do that; any resources or direction would be appreciated) or another way to get it? Am I missing it in the developer tools?
If I had to contact those who run the website, what exactly should I ask for? I'm trying to get JSON data that I can easily turn into my own UITableViewController.
Thank you.
Just load the page source and parse the html.
Depending on your usage there may well be a copyright issue, the page has an explicit copyright notice so you will need to obtain explicit permission for your use.
I wanted to use Google Checkout and their Key/URL delivery system for digital content. I'm building a site in which the product is digital content that can only be viewed once so I need a way to generate unique URLs or keys for the customer after they purchase the content.
I found the service http://www.quixly.com/ which looks like they do what I need. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a tutorial, guide, or better way of using Google checkout with unique URLs or if anyone has had quixly with success?
Google checkout is easy enough to use I just have no idea where to start with generating unique URLs.
Hope these are helpful.
