Why is this v3 score so high? - recaptcha-v3

I just implemented reCaptcha v3 on my "Contact Us" page. It ran with no spam for 5 days, then I got this message:
From: Jason underwood <Jasonund#meidastay.com>
"Hello,
Greetings.
I know that you probably receive a bulk of emails every day from the
readers of your blog [My domain]. I Am one among those who are
interested in collaborating with you. Are you interested in giving us
a chance to win over by presenting the content which can add value to
your site and need a link to promote our site? Please share your
opinion.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks and Regards,"
Recaptcha v3 gave this a score of 0.9, where legitimate messages typically get 0.7. Why would the score be so high on an obvious spam?

Google Books API Branding Compliance issue--infoLink returns "Not found" page

I'm working with the Google Books API and the Branding Guidelines state that I have to have a prominent link to the Google Books page for each search result. Cool, I'm fine with that.
However:
saleInfo.buyLink isn't always there in the API response
volumeInfo.infoLink and volumeInfo.canonicalVolumeLink sometimes often go to a "Not Found" page (for example this page, which is supposed to have information for "Lunar Orbiter State Estimation Using Neural Network-based Crater Detection" by Lena Marie Downs [don't ask, I used faker to call the API with random keywords and picked a random result])
So my question becomes, is it my responsibility to try to find workarounds for any of that, in order to be compliant? Or should I just go with what Google Books gives me and call it a day?
I changed my seeds file to only look for Google Books that have an ebook available with &filter=ebooks, and I haven't run into these issues with what it found this time. But I guess the question still stands whether it's up to developers using the API to provide for Google's issues, in case anyone else wants to answer.

Leave Reviews via Google Places API

Does the Google Places API allow writing of reviews via third party websites/apps? I'm tired of asking customers to leave reviews on Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, and Facebook for local businesses.
I've scoured all the documentation, but can't find an answer.
https://developers.google.com/places/
If it's not possible, has anyone ever had success asking Google to change a policy?
No, it's not possible. You can add places, but these are only available in your own application (unless they get added enough to be added 'globally').
When it's just about reviews, there are other apis present.
Asking google to change a policy? I've tried to have my country added to google and despite they actually have a data center present, it look them over 4 years to add it to their view of the world...
Here on Google places issue tracker is the actual issue on their bug tracker. As of april 2016 it says PendingFurtherReview. Star it for updates.

Track how often link was clicked

I am currently running a website where I promote different coffees from pubs in my city. On my website I have links to the different coffees.
I have recently seen some of this links being shared on Facebook and other social networks.
So I was wondering if it is somehow possible to track how often one of this links are being clicked?
I have tried using redirects to my site but Facebook uses my pictures in the previews, whereas I don't want this because it is misleading.
I have seen that this works with Bitly so it must somehow be possible?
And there are of course different services providing this, but it would be nice if it would run without any foreign services.
So basically I am looking for a solution which will let me know how often a link, origination from my site was clicked in Facebook, Google+ or any other forum.
There definitely is. Try looking into Google Analytics, it will show you show much data from your personal websites and links that it can blow your mind! Here is the link
Google Analytics helps you analyze visitor traffic and paint a
complete picture of your audience and their needs. Track the routes
people take to reach you and the devices they use to get there with
reporting tools like Traffic Sources. Learn what people are looking
for and what they like with In-Page Analytics. Then tailor your
marketing and site content for maximum impact.
You can even get a free package to use!
Hope this helps!
Yes you have plenty of analytical options.
Something as straight forward as Google Analytics for example.
If you are using cpanel on your hosts server, you even have options such as AWSTATS, which will also provide information.
If all else fails you can even use post data stored in your apache / nginx logs.
Since you have amended your question you might want to check out this tool. It is not google. :)
It is called Click Meter and performs Link Tracking and provides click reports, etc

How to dispute Google Play Content Rating Change?

Recently, I received a mail from Google Play Support Team:
This is a notification that the minimum content level of your application, x, with package ID y, has been changed to Medium Maturity (3) by the Google Play Team after a regular review.
REASON FOR CONTENT LEVEL CHANGE: Violation of the Google Play content rating policy.
After a regular review, we have determined that your app includes gambling themes. The content rating of your app has been changed to reflect this content.
Please be advised that additional content rating modifications by the Google Play Team may result in administrative action, up to and including removal of subsequent applications in violation.
All violations are tracked. Serious or repeated violations of any nature will result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts.
We appreciate your contributions towards ensuring an accurate content rating experience for Google Play users.
The Google Play Team
The problem with this mail is that my app is a fitness app where no currency transaction, virtual or real, takes place.
I would like to dispute the unfair content rating given to my app and the unfair threat given to me.
Could any one please help me find an appropriate forum or email where I can forward my dispute?
Thank you!

Yahoo YQL returning INKApi error

I am starting to get a little desperate: a few days (maybe a week or two ago) Yahoo API - YQL that was previously working correctly started returning INKApi error.
Specifically, I am talking about Yahoo Fantasy Sports (baseball) API.
I am definitely not the only one receiving the error. But Yahoo is not reacting to posts on their message boards, see:
https://developer.yahoo.com/forum/YQL/Fantasy-Sports-YQL-Console-returning-INKApi/1399927585884-7008ef4d-0696-4114-b789-1840b0f798ff

I tried to contact them through their contact form as well, but no reaction at all.
Does anyone have a solution for this? An idea about when (or if) Yahoo will address this issue? A direct contact to someone at Yahoo who could help?
Thanks.
I think contacting them is the only way so that they can modify their api and give you the developers what they wanted ..In my opinion we dont have anything to do witrh this..You must contact someone at yahoo..
See this link..https://developer.yahoo.com/forum/YQL/Fantasy-Sports-YQL-Console-returning-INKApi/1399927585884-7008ef4d-0696-4114-b789-1840b0f798ff
After more than a month, Yahoo mysteriously woke up and corrected the error. The API is working again (at least for me), so the problem seems to be fixed for now.
However, we should all be aware that their service comes with no guarantee and there is no way to contact them. So all developers should take this into account when trying to work with Yahoo API...
