Apache Error: Failed to load URL https://localhost/ with error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (-102) - apache

I am trying to install Forticlient EMS onto Windows server. The apache service has been running fine however when running the application it loads with the following error:
Failed to load URL https://localhost/ with error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED (-102).
There is not much online to work with regarding this error. I changed the ports in the .conf file to 82 instead of 80 as it was clashing but stuck as to why this error is being produced. Has anyone come across this? This is not running in Chrome rather i am launching Forticlient EMS application for this error to show on the application.

URL works fine from browser but from google plus we get a internal service error

The website URL works fine. The link from google maps on the phone works fine. For some reason when you google it in the browser (mobile browser or desktop) you get an Internal Service Error. Google said it was nothing on their end to be done.
Has anyone encountered this or have an idea of what's causing it? The error received is below.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache Server at www.thetechbuyer.com Port 80
As the error suggests, an Internal Server Error is internal to your webapp or web service on your host. It usually means that your program, whatever it is doing, has crashed. This could be because of misconfiguration, or a bug in your code, or something else - without knowing more (possibly a lot more) about your server environment, it is impossible to know what.
Check your server logs - they should have more information.
(It also isn't clear what this has to do with Google+.)

Apache archiva returns http error 503

I am using apache Archiva v. 2.2.0 under Windows Server 2012 R2, Java version 1.8.0_60 inside VirtualBox. It used to work for quite a long time before Windows autoupdate.
After Windows autoupdate I am getting an error message when going to archiva url: HTTP ERROR: 503 . Problem accessing /. Reason: Service Unavailable, Powered by Jetty://.
The Apache Archiva service is running. No error logs are generated. Restarting or even reinstalling of the service has no impact.
After rolling back of Windows update I restore the normal operation of Archiva, but mysteriously, just once, i.e. stopping and restarting of Archiva will cause the same HTTP ERROR 503.
The log file do not indicate any problem or error cuase.
Thank you for any tips.
I faced a similar issue.
I restarted archiva using ./path/to/archiva/apache-archiva-2.2.0/bin/archiva console
for you, since you are using windows .\bin\archiva.bat console
In my case I've found out that the jetty configuration file jetty.xml in ARCHIVA_BASE\conf got corrupted.
Solution:
Stop archiva service
Replace jetty.xml with either a fresh one or from last known working
backup. A fresh copy of jetty.xml can be downloaded from archiva web
site as an apache-archiva-2.2.0-bin.zip. File location within the
zip file is apache-archiva-2.2.1\conf\jetty.xml
Start archiva service
For me it was complaining about ClassDefNotFound errors, this was because I didn't set my JAVA_HOME properly (on Mac OS). After fixing this, the program worked. Maybe that was your issue.

Windows could not start the Apache2.4 service. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly

I just put my PC on this morning and I get the following error when starting Apache2.4 from Services:
Windows could not start the Apache2.4 service on Local Computer. Error
1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
I went on Event Viewer to check the logs as most people were suggesting this online and that was no help either, see below screenshot of the error log:
This doesn't really point to the problem or say what the actual problem is, so my question is how can I find the actual cause of Apache not working?

Attemting to run MVC4 site results in HTTP Internal Server Error (500.19) on a 1and1 server

I read almost the all answers about this problem and I still cant figure it out.
I have a 1and1 windows hosting, not a vps, and I keep getting this message when trying to run my mvc4 website:
HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
Thanks for all any answer

Apache upload failed when file size is over 100k

Below it is some information about my problem.
Our Apache2.2 is on windows 2008 server.
Basically the problem is user fails to upload file which is bigger than 100k to our server.
The error in Apache log is: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. : Error reading request entity data, referer: ......
There were a few times (not always) I could upload larger files(100k-800k, failed for 20m) in Chrome. In FF4 it always fails for uploading file over 100k. In IE8 it is similar to FF4.
It seems that it fails to get request from client, then I reset TimeOut in Apache setting to default value(300) which did not help at all.
I do not have the RequestLimitBody option set up and I am not using PHP. Anyone saw the similar error before? Now I am not sure what I can try next. Any advise would be appreciated!
Edit:
I just tried to use remote desk to upload files on the server and it worked fine. First thought was about the firewall which however is off all the time, Http Proxy is applied though.
