Branch.io: What will happen if MAU exceeds from license limit?

We are sending email to users with branch.io generated link.
Once user clicks/taps we are opening our app/web.
Our concern is if MAU are exceeded from licensed users and any users taps/clicks emailed link what will happen?
Is App/Web will open via link tap/click?
Ex: Under free account 10K MAU are allowed. And 10001 user click/tap the link what will happen?
You can find this defined on our pricing page located here, which you may have already encountered. To be more specific, an MAU is any user who's been engaged with Branch in any fashion on your app or web experience.
Branch charges for premium solutions and services that integrate deep links into marketing tools that manage and provide insight into a variety of marketing channels. Core deep linking platform such as link click and redirection remains free regardless of your MAU.

Send sales order confirmation only to shipping contact (not billing contact) in Odoo SA

I'm using Odoo SA (SaaS version). Currently when a sales order is confirmed, it sends an email to the shipping contact as well as the billing contact. My billing contacts really only care about receiving the invoices. How can I stop the email from going to the billing contact, unless the billing and shipping happens to be the same.
Where would I start?
Thanks!

How to enable to enable live credentials for REST API direct Credit Card Payments

I seem to be unable to enable Live credentials to accept direct credit card payments for Paypal REST API. Here is what I do:
Log into http://developer.paypal.com
Go to application tab and click on my application name
In the ACCEPT PAYMENTS section it shows:
Accept credit cards directly Enabled for test only How to enable live credentials?
I click on 'How to enable live credentials' link, which further opens up the following:
Important Live credentials are disabled for this feature. To enable
direct credit card processing, please provide addition information
about yourself and your business.
To meet regulatory requirements, we need to collect your business details. This may include:
U.S Business owner Social Security Number, date of birth, and other personal details.
U.S Business Tax ID (EIN, ITIN) and other business information.
Get started
I click on the 'Get Started' Link and am only taken back to the My APP section of the Application tab.
After step 4 I went to go about trying to find a direct link to how to get the process started and came up with the following:
Followed the the following instructions:
https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/lifecycle/goingLive/
While I do now have API Signature Credentials including, API username, API password, and Signature, it still only shows that for "Accept credit cards directly" I am only "Enabled for test only"
I would greatly appreciate any advise or alternative solution to get this fixed.
Thanks!

How to move existing business catalyst site to different account without becoming a partner

I have an existing business catalyst website on a partner account I need to relocate to a different account, that is not a partner account because I cannot afford the $900 partner fee. Any suggestions on the best way to do this?
Unfortunately, you can't transfer a Business Catalyst site to a non-paid Partner Portal. However, you can transfer to a paid Partner Portal and I can help with that.
I'm a BC Partner and would be happy to have your site transferred to my Partner Portal (account). I'm a Standard Partner which means the billing relationship for your website remains between you and Adobe - has nothing to do with me - and the subscription plan you choose is up to you.
It's a relatively straightforward process. You need to sign into the Admin area and go to Help & Support. From there, either start a chat or submit a ticket.
You will need to provide the following info:
your user email
the new Partner name
the new Partner URL
the new Partner email
(details here: http://helpx.adobe.com/business-catalyst/partner-portal/transferring-sites-partners.html)
And that's it. The owner of your current Partner Portal (you) will also need to verify that they consent to the site being moved - BC may require you to submit an additional ticket from the Help & Support tab in your Partner Portal.
I can provide you will all my contact details and required info. Just go to my site: http://www.indieweb.co.nz/contact and flick me a webform enquiry.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
Luke

How to enable the Customer Information Manager (CIM) in Authorize.net?

When i am storing the credit card information in customer information manager its showing "E00044Customer Information Manager is not enabled" error. How to solve this problem?
That would indicate that CIM has not been activated for that account. If this is a live account you'll need to sign up for CIM. If this is a dev account you'll need to activate it in your control panel.
CIM costs $20/month for a live account. You can easily enable it from the left menu on your dashboard.
If you would like to have CIM enabled in your test account, make sure you sign up for a "Card Not Present" type from here.
Helpful link for developer. Click here.
It's under Account -> Merchant Profile -> Additional Services
Log in to authorize.net, on the left looks for "Customer Information Management", click that, read the page and click to add the $20/month charge to your account.
