Accidentally disconnected my Codechef account from Github - authentication

I am new to the Codechef platform registered using a Github account. For some reason, I wanted to log out. So I clicked on the Github symbol on Codechef page. My chrome browser asked 'are you sure you want to disconnect Github account?' and I have clicked 'OK'.
Now Codechef is asking for new registration. What to do?
Please help I don't want to lose all my work on Codechef.
Thank you.

I have got the answer.
Open the login page of CodeChef. Enter the username of your account and use Github password.
You will get your account back. This account will not be linked with Github.
Note: If you forgot your username you can possibly find it in your registered(Github) email id's mail inbox.

Google wont give me the code for google authenticator app to secure my account

Here is the issue. When I go to my google account on my computer. I go to setup 2FA. Now for some reason, I'm already logged into my account on my computer. Now it's asking me to login onto my phone. I should be able to get a 2FA code from my computer to put into my google authenticator. I would have to log out of my computer account. What's the point of having to login into my google account from my computer. If it asks me to login into my phone. I'm confused.
I want to get my code to protect my google account. And then on my smart phone that I don't have it connected to the internet. I want to add that code to the authenticator so I can use 2FA to protect my account. Am I doing something wrong here? Or is google making this extra complicated? The google authenticator says to Scan a QR code or Enter a setup key. I know it seems I should be posting this issue some where else, but I'm not getting a support there. And I know you guys use phones a lot and have experience with phones. Do you have this issue with google authenticator? Because the google authenticator app itself doesn't say anything about signing in. In the first place. It just says Setup your first account. And if I'm logged into my computer on google. Why have that option if they don't want you to do it from there in the first place. And there google authenticator says nothing about logging in.
And I'm sorry for posting this here if it's a bad place to post. I have been searching for a while to fix this issue. I even posted on the google community. Reddit is also not working correctly were they don't let me post in the right community. They tell me to post else where. Where it's all a mess and not under the right topic. So I have been not getting and finding an answer to what is going on here.
When I researched the issue I found something about back up codes.
I get to this part
At the top, tap Security.
Under "Signing in to Google," tap 2-Step Verification. You may need to sign in.
Under "Backup codes," tap Continue .
There is no backup codes options. I even go to more option, and there is no back up codes option. I'm assuming I'm going to get a backup code on my desktop computer to enter into my google authenticator. But I'm not finding it? What is going on here? Is there a way to get that code?

iTunes Connect - Not able to create an iTunes Connect record

I have a Xamarin.iOS app and I'm trying to upload it to TestFlight. So, I am trying to add create an iTunes Connect record. When I log into iTunes Connect, I am being displayed the following page.
When I click on Apps, the following page is displayed, even though I am registered for a Apple Developer program and signed in to that account.
So I cannot proceed with the steps in the following link and cannot add a iTunes Connect record.
Could you please tell me why I am not being redirected to the correct page to continue with the process?
Since you don't have subscribed it should go to enrolment instead of different account that you are part of it. Make sure about under which team you are trying to clicks on the Myapps. If its your's definitely you won't be able to get in to MyApps until you enrol for itunesconnect.
Please check with your company's account that you have been invited for itunesconnect as well.
You can access iTunesConnect once you accepted your company's invitation. After accepted that you shall login with itunesconnect and change your team to your company account then go for myApps page. Cheers!

Authorise Pinterest App

I have added a collaborator for my Pinterest app, however, when accessing the colaberators account and clicking on the application there is no 'authorise' button or anything similar. The "You still need at least 1 collaborator to authorize your app before you can submit" warning still shows on the collaberators account.
Ant help would be appreciated, thanks!
We had the same problem. You need to at least add two co-workers, one as collaborator and one as tester. These must be different people. And then, after some while (!) the authorize button has appeared.
The co-workers need to accept the invitation as well, of course.
After submitting, it will take some weeks (!) until you get the approval.
I had issue. By reading and following accepted answer, I waited 5 weeks and still submit for review button was not there.
What I did was I authorise my app for code which later I used for getting access token.
Once I successfully authorised my app using below authorisation URL the "Submit for review button " appeared in a second.
Authorisation URL:
https://api.pinterest.com/oauth/?response_type=code&client_id=XXXXXXXXXXXXX&redirect_uri=https://localhost:8000&scope=write_public read_public&state=abcdefg
Use your client_id to authenticate to your app. Once you are done with that you can see the "Submit For review button" after refreshing the browser.
Hope it helps!
for those who have this problem, note that you have to test your application before you could autorize or send to revision,
You need 3 Pinterest account, or 2 friends
register one as developer and another as tester
then, with the secret key and the app id, put it on your client application
after that, test the login,
finnaly go back to your pinterest app and the button for "send to revision" you wiil find it enabled,
Please confirm that you are using same App ID and App secret in your application which is in developer pinterest app.
Here is a quick 2019 year update:
You need two pinterest accounts, they should be following each other
and should be collaborators in the APP.
Have a ssl protected call back url, they only accept https urls.
Finally all collaborators should authorize the app through your
application/site. For this you need to already have the pinterest sdk
integrated in your project.
Now you can submit the app for review.

Google Developer Console's credential side permission

I got an problem after i create and APIs on Google Developer Console and enable the GCM service,
but i want to add an server key at Credential next to APIs on left hand menu.
But it show me You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page.
Below are the image:
Is that any config i need to add?
I did follow what You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page to clear cache and use incognito mode to login, but still not work.
EDIT
Some time i relogin it work back, when i click to another side and click back it show the error again, and my solution is go to Credential than use top right corner account to logout and relogin , let it redirect you back to Credential, than it work. So is there any solution to fixed it permanently without relogin?
Thanks
It because of you have logged in multiple devices. so u have to log out from all devices. to do this go to gmail.com and log in using your email and password. and scroll down . you can see Details link . Click that link.
it will open new window. there u click
Sign out all other web sessions. than clear history. than do login and try . it will open without showing error.
I got the same problem. After following the below steps it got solved. This may help you as well.
Click on Apis under Api & auth
Click on "Google Play Game Services".
Enable the service.
Optional: enable "Google Play Developer API" as well. Most of the time it will enable by default.
I am facing the same issues.
Try using another browser like firefox - sometimes it works.
but after awhile, same error pops up.
Having the same issue as with you regardless what api i enable.. have tried all the suggestion posted earlier. but none of them worked, but when i tried to change my i.p.. using a vpn. and tried to access it.it worked, i can create or view my api now, tested it with other gmail account to confirm and started from scratch. to my surprise i didnt encounter that issue im having for hours.. no idea why my i.p is being rejected when accessing the credentials area..
I've resolve my issue, it's about the ISP you are using. I tried 3 ISP's and 1 of them got a success all the time, I don't have any permission error.

Username and Password for Repository

I was able to download eclipse to my pc but when trying to add repository dialog and its asking for username and password.
I am using Using eclipse 4.3.
I was able to download it and set it up but when following the instructions from the force.developer site it was asking me for a Username and password.
Purely a guess since you seam to have gone out of your way to not actually tell us what your trying to do or what you have already tried.
I have never used any of Salesforce.com's APIs or services, but I would guess the username/password it's asking for is the "Developer Edition" account mentioned near the bottom of this page:
