Chromium does not play video

I am trying to play video on the Chromium browser but it is not working. Just for an example, when I went to this URL https://edition.cnn.com/videos/business/2018/10/03/5g-explained-orig.cnn-business , the video on the page did not play.
Operation System: Windows 10
Chromium Version: Version 79.0.3945.0(Developer Build) (64-bit)
Do you know any solution for that?

How do I install Xcode 9 without updating macOS?

Does anyone have any idea to install Xcode 8 OR Xcode 9 without updating macOS?
I want to update my Xcode 7.1 to Xcode 8 or Xcode 9 (or 9.1) Beta.
But it is not allowing me to update directly on OS X Yosemite 10.10.
And I don't want to update my OS to El Capitan now, so how can I install Xcode 8 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.
Xcode 8 will work on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) but the apps you build with won't, because the only SDK available is macOS 10.12 SDK, i.e. macOS Sierra's.
From release notes:
Compatibility
Xcode 8 requires a Mac running macOS Sierra 10.12 or OS X El Capitan
10.11.5 or later.
Xcode 8 includes SDKs for iOS 10.0, watchOS 3.0, macOS Sierra 10.12, and tvOS 10.0.
To install Xcode 9 without updating macOS you can change the minimum required version in the Xcode bundle's plist. To do that simply control-click Xcode app, click Open Package Contents, then go inside Contents folder, there you'll see info.plist. Open it with Xcode you have already installed, and there you can edit value of Minimum system version field to whatever version you have currently installed.
Also there would be some other "*.app" like "Instruments.app" and etc. They also requires the same operations.
If after all you get the same error, try to Restart your macOS.
I have used that way to install Xcode 9.2 on macOS 10.12.5 and it works.
From the Xcode 8 Beta 6 Release Notes:
Xcode 8 beta 6 requires a Mac running macOS Sierra beta 3 or later, or OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 or later.
macOS 10.10 is an unsupported configuration and is not supported by Xcode 8. Your only solution is to update to 10.11.
I have two Apps in the Mac App Store. My main development machine is still running OS X Yosemite. One App started showing some small GUI problems when used on MacOS Sierra. So I installed XCode 8 on my MacBook Pro, running MacOS Sierra. Next, I migrated the code to Swift 2.3 (3.0 was too much of a hassle for now), and archived and exported the App (without changing any build-settings). The GUI problems (mostly related to resizing images and windows) are solved now in the App, when run with MacOS Sierra. And the App still works with OS X Yosemite and OS X El Capitan.
Perhaps it depends on the settings you use in XCode 8, but Apps compiled/built with XCode 8 should definitely still work with OS X Yosemite and El Capitan.. Unless you use specific features/functions of the MacOS Sierra SDK, of course.
from the terminal type the command:
xcode-select --install
in case if you having previous XCode to remove it type the command:
sudo rm -Rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
before installing current one

Connecting Actual iPhone to the Mobile test workbench shows white screen on iPhone

I have installed Mobile Test Workbench 8.5.1.2 (Latest from eclipse marketplace) in Eclipse Kepler.
I have recently updated IBM Rational Test Workbench Mobile Client on iPhone.
My previous question regarding instrumentation of iOS app for emulator
Now I am trying to connect actual iPhone to the MTWW server but the application I downloaded from iTunes is not connecting to it. It only shows white screen when I hit url :
http://ipaddress:7878/mobile/
but it shows some list of URLs, including /mobile, when I hit:
http://ipaddress:7878/
The iPhone model is: 4s
iOS is: 6.1
So what can be the problem here? Whether is it bug in iOS client app?
When I try to connect it to the MTWW server running on windows machine then sometimes it gets connected.
Below given are environment specification of my system
System: MacBook Pro
OS X version: 10.8.5
Worklight: 6.1
Emulator: 6.1
Build for iOS: 6.1

Where to download the latest Safari?

Does anyone know where on apple.com I can get the latest Safari? IE, Chrome, and Firefox all have "latest" version but I can not find a similar for Safari.
I would have guessed here, but no go.
http://support.apple.com/downloads/
You can't simply download Safari for OS X. You can get Safari updates that run on your installed OS X through the normal Apple Software Update or through the APP Store (I guess since 10.8).
Safari 6 is available for Mountain Lion and Lion only.
The latest version for PC is Safari 5.1.7. There's no version 6 available for PC. You can download it here: Safari 5.1.7 for Windows.
Safari for Windows is no longer developed. Since all links in existing answers are dead, or do not provide expected information.
I would like to provide a working link here -> SafariSetup

How to run old versions of Safari on Mac OS Mountain Lion?

I am testing some website for cross-browser support, but mac OS does not support older versions of safari once you updated you system.
How can I run old Safari on mac OS Mountain Lion?
Like here but there are no newer versions and some of them doesnt run on my OS as well.
It's not much help but there are services such as http://spoon.net/browsers/ that let you sandbox any browser you want. The downside is that you have to pay $12/mo. if you want to use the older browsers.
I don't think there is a solution hereā€¦as Safari 5.x uses RSS plumbing from Lion and earlier and is not in Mountain Lion (i.e. things that Safari 5.x needs to run successfully are not available at the OS level in Mountain Lion).
