Why do i get "Permission denied" errors from using Weston/Wayland

I have built a Linux system with Buildroot (2021.05) to run on a raspberry pi 4.
My graphics stack include using mesa (vc4, v3d, kmro), Wayland / Weston with a DRM back-end.
Also installed kmscube, which runs perfectly with the rotating cube reporting a frame rate of 60fps
The main application to be run in Weston is a wpewebkit application.
So far, the application runs but without any hardware acceleration.
The reported frame-rate of the embedded browser is about 5fps.
When i exit from the application, i see the following messages displayed on the terminal
atomic: couldn't commit new state: Permission denied
repaint-flush failed: Permission denied
atomic: couldn't commit new state: Permission denied
repaint-flush failed: Permission denied
atomic: couldn't commit new state: Permission denied
repaint-flush failed: Permission denied
......
My system is setup to bypass any login prompts and start as root by editing my inittab file.
When i run the who command, i get nothing on the terminal.
If i run the command whoami, i get the output root.
Can someone point me to why i am getting the "permission denied" errors from Weston / mesa
Thanks

getting com.emc.documentum.core.fulltext.client.index.FtFeederException: in Documentum Index Agent

I just did brought Index Agents and Explore Server down and started Explorer server again.
Now when I am trying to bring Index Agent up using "Start Index Agent in Normal Mode" option, I am getting the following error:
com.emc.documentum.core.fulltext.client.index.FtFeederException: Error while getting the customization class name for routing to a collection. Host [*******************] and Port [****]
Do I need to check anything else as well?

Weblogic server won’t start, because a bad.jar was deployed in it. But I can’t start the admin console, in order to remove the .jar

My Weblogic server was running fine inside my Eclipse. But then I accidentally deployed an .ear into my Weblogic server (using the server's Admin Console) which conflicts with another .ear, and now my Weblogic server won't start up. I know how to remove the .ear. The way to remove it is to go to the Admin Console, choose Deployments, checkmark the offending .ear and then choose stop and delete. But I can't get to the Admin Console because the Weblogic server won't start up.
I want to undeploy it, but I can't, because I can't start up the Admin Console. I also tried undeploying it with the command line, but the command requires communicating with a running server.
The error message in the Eclipse console says: "Failed to initialize the application 'EILoggingSharedLib [LibSpecVersion=2.22,LibImplVersion=2.22]" due to error weblogic.application.library.LibraryDeploymentException: [J2EE:160145]Failed to deploy library Extension-Name: EILoggingSharedLib, Specification-Version: 2.9, Implementation-Version: 2.9, because of conflicting library Manifest values, and library information registered with the server: [Specification-Version: 2.9 vs. 2.22, Implementation-Version: 2.9 vs. 2.22]. Check the library MANIFEST.MF file and correct version information there to match server settings, or undeploy the misconfigured library."
This is the command line command I used:
C:\bea12c\wlserver\server\lib>java -cp weblogic.jar weblogic.Deployer -verbose -noexit -adminurl http://localhost:7016 -username (myusername) -password (mypassword) -name Dev12c -undeploy EILoggingSharedLib -timeout 300
weblogic.Deployer invoked with options: -verbose -noexit -adminurl http://localhost:7016 -username weblogic -name Dev12c -undeploy EILoggingSharedLib -timeout 300
Unexpected Error Initializing Deployer: weblogic.Deployer$DeployerException: weblogic.deploy.api.tools.deployer.DeployerException: Unable to connect to 'http://localhost:7016': Destination 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1, 7016 unreachable; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Could not connect to /0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1; No available router to destination. Ensure the url represents a running admin server and that the credentials are correct. If using http protocol, tunneling must be enabled on the admin server.
I also tried starting the server with startweblogic.sh with the following command, using the same ID and password that I use to log into the admin console (when it was running). But it didn't help:
startweblogic.sh username=(myusername) password=(mypassword)
Thank you!
First, try to remove your application from deployed applications with Eclipse. If it does not work, edit the ${DOMAIN_HOME}/config/config.xml file and remove the declaration of your application. Then start your server.
I found a solution. My Weblogic server that had the problem was at http://localhost:7016. Since it's a localhost server, all the libraries and apps deployed to that localhost are in a directory in my C: drive where my Weblogic server installation is. I deleted the offending .ear using File Explorer, then the Weblogic server started up fine. I was able to go into the Admin Console and delete them again from there. After that, all was good. Thank you, Emmanuel and Wesley.

Cant access Plesk, Error 'Can't open or create shared memory by shm.name, Permission denied'

i got a problem with Plesk (Ubuntu Webserver),- i cant access plesk.
I havent change anything before. The following error messages is shown:

(Dont know why ... idea how to enable/check SSH, so i can connect in normal mode ??)
How can i fix the problem when the rescue mode is running?

Cannot start LocalDB

Cannot start LocalDB instance, I have installed and re-installed over and over.
Keep getting this error :
Start of LocalDB instance "v11.0" failed because of the following error:
Error occurred during LocalDB instance startup: SQL Server process failed to start.
Anyone any advice ? ?
Microsoft SQL Server 2012, i have ensured the FULL installation options, stopped all services SQL related and tried restarting .
sqllocaldb info
gives me :
Projects
v11.0
when i try
sqllocaldb start v11.0
I get the above error.
When all else fails and you don't care about data loss, delete and recreate your LocalDB\v11.0 database! At the command prompt
sqllocaldb delete v11.0
sqllocaldb create v11.0
(Sqllocaldb is in your PATH right? It was for me.)
I was getting a similar error, but when running
sqllocaldb start
The local db started successfully. Also when checking the event log I saw an error along the lines of
Windows API call WaitForMultipleObjects returned error code: 575
What fixed it for me:
In IIS, configure the app pool to run under an account with permissions to the DB on the server (advanced options of the app pool)
In the advanced option of the app pool, set Load User Profile to true
Reference: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sqlexpress/archive/2011/12/09/using-localdb-with-full-iis-part-1-user-profile.aspx
It worths looking at LocalDB log files too, it is more detailed than event log:
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Local DB\Instances\ProjectsV12\error.log
Besides recreating the instance I had to delete the content of this folder:
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\SSDT\
This is where I have the mdf and ldf files.
My solution:
Go to: %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Local DB\ and allow total control of the folder "Instances" to everyone group.
I know this is not OK but it solved my problem and i don't really care about the data of that folder as this is a developing and testing computer.
Same problem here. Here's how I fixed it using bits of the other solutions posted here.
I had dozens of these errors in the application event log:
Windows API call WaitForMultipleObjects returned error code: 575. Windows system error message is: {Application Error}
The application was unable to start correctly (0x%lx). Click OK to close the application.
Reported at line: 3730.
I realized that I had SQL Server Management Studio installed on my development machine, but no other SQL components. I installed the database engine, shared components, and localdb from SQL Express
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-platform/sql-server-editions-express
After installing, I still get the same error in event log :(
Found this article:
Cannot start LocalDB
Run the following in cmd to get the localdb instance name:
C:> sqllocaldb info
In my install, I had:
MSSQLLocalDB
ProjectsV13
I ran the following to delete the instances:
sqllocaldb delete MSSQLLocalDB
sqllocaldb delete ProjectsV13
I ran into issues trying to delete/create these (sqllocaldb delete MSSQLLocalDB). I ended up deleting all of the folders and files under '%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Local DB\Instances*' (You need to stop SQL Server and kill all sqlserver processes)
Then running 'sqllocaldb create' created and started the default instance and all files.
Had this issue suddenly too but saw nothing weird in logs. Was able to get it running by running the following in an administrator command prompt:
sqllocaldb start
I had this issue. I was trying to use Windows Authentication through an application, but the IIS App Pool credentials were wrong. I was using my Windows user name (ie: NETWORK\name) as my identity, but I changed it to the built-in "LocalSystem" and it worked.
You should check the Event Log for additional information.

What worked for me was the local IIS application pool I was using was the ApplicationPoolIdentity and that did not have permission to login to MSSQLLocalDB. As soon as a I changed the app pool identity to my windows login account - I was able to connect ok.
Had this issue on Windows 10 when our application was run with compatibility for Windows 8 enabled. Turning off the compatibility setting fixed it.
Before you try something drastic:
After waiting for about 5 minutes it "healed" itself.
(May be this is what this log message is pointing at: "The RANU instance is terminating in response to its internal time out")
I can not yet comment posts here but I really want to give a hint for the in my case extremely helpful post https://stackoverflow.com/a/30298863/8015089 above:
If your LocalDB instance is run by the Windows SYSTEM user (as in my case) the path to error.log is this (MS SQL Server 2012 Express LocalDB on Win11): C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Local DB\Instances\<InstanceName> (enter this path subfolder by subfolder to avoid access problems!)
