Looking for proper way to manage UWP libraries - dll

I am looking for a proper way to manage UWP libraries. I see that I can only build .dll files, and they would be built to a local directory. But I'm looking for something like what exists for nuget packages, that can be in a repository which I can access with my other projects. Does such a thing exist?

I have created a package of an App using nw.js. How can i create a dmg file to distribute it?

Actually there i have a html, CSS and java script based app and i created build of it using nw.js technology using build command. The problem is i want the application in dmg format. please help me finding way.

I do not know of any tutorials for creating an NW.js package as a DMG. Because the final dist is a single .app file, you could distribute that directly, or compressed in a Zip file or something similar. You may be able to look up instructions around DMG packaging that is not specific to NW.js and apply the concepts. If so, and you get it to work, you should write a blog post or tutorial about it.
You can use https://www.npmjs.com/package/appdmg to create an installer for your NW App on macOS platforms.
In my ongoing development for the same i found the making a .pkg installer is better than making .dmg with reasons you can search for.
so i found two solutions for the same.
packages(an application you can package anything with signed developer id)
buildPkg(a command line process to make package)
in both you just need to add your application.app as mentioned in documentation and follow the steps.

Options for local hosted client side package management in VS2019?

A common issue I keep bumping into for web projects in net core, is the need for sharing javascript in easy to use modules from project to project. Often times large quantities of code written in VS project A could be very much used in project B, sometimes in the same solution.
Restrictions:
Must be self hosted, not publicly exposed, only within local network etc etc can access the libs/modules/packages/etc
Ideally can be performed via visual studio projects and make use of build tasks, powershell, msbuild, or other such automation tools to deploy and package, minify, bundle, etc etc the javascript libraries.
The absolute ideal is if this can all be hosted from just a network folder
NPM/Yarn
I'm not super familiar with either of these, but is there a way we can drag and drop javascript code we've built into some designated folder, perhaps modify some form of manifest, json or xml file or what have you, and then anyone can just npm install those packages? I guess what I'm wondering is, is there a way to tell npm "This folder now is a source of packages you can install from"?
Bonus points: If said "trust this folder" config can be set inside of the VS project, so if someone new grabs the git repo, it will just work "out of the box" and they dont need to go through steps configuring npm or yarn so it knows how to find those packages.
Libman
Same as above, but mostly I'm trying to figure out if there is any way at all to configure libman from VS. It's the default and what is currently in use, but it just has its four default CDNs it comes with that it trusts and I am not seeing any way at all to tell Libman "Here's a now resource for files to trust, add that to the selectable drop down"
But I am seeing basically zero configuration as an option for libman, which is quite disappointing.
Nuget
This is the other option that is already popular locally, but something about using nuget to deliver js files when NPM, Yarn, and Libman already exist sets my teeth on edge, but, we have I believe a locally hosted nuget server that could be used already, so the infrastructure I believe is already setup, if not, I know how to do it. I do like the fact that nuget 100% for sure could leverage actual projects and build steps and msbuild and etc for deploying.
Conclusion
What's the popular and easy way to do this nowadays? Best case scenario is if there's a way to go, "Put a manifest.json file in the folder root that points to all the modules inside, then add it as a trusted source to your package manager, and now you can install those packages"

Relocate Qt5 installation on Linux

Does anyone know, how to relocate the QT5 installation on Linux? Especially, all the set paths of the files in the mkspecs directory?
Any tool or script letting Qt5 create these files again is o.k.
I'd like to deploy the files of QT5's "lib/bin/mkspecs..." via a central repository on other computers to be able to seemingless do the compilation.
And no, I really don't want to use the systems QT5 by some package manager.

I have attempted this a few times. It gets really hairy really fast, and my only recommendation is that you re-install to the new location.
The reason is that the path of the installation is hard-coded into so many files in so many locations that even search-replacing them all is really error prone.
1) Download source and make your custom Qt build - http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/build-sources.html
2) Make own package\installer of your builded Qt libraries.
If you want own Qt build for run particular application. Then make right installer for that application include all necessary files.

Is there any way to exclude library folders in worklight build-process?

I'm using sencha touch.
This library is huge, more than 25MB, 2500 files.
So the build process is slow.
According to here, we should minify the library to make build process fast.
But If I minify this library, debugging gets harder.
I don't modify this library. So after first build, worklight also doesn't need to do something for this library in build-process.
Is there any way to exclude library folders in build-process?
Unfortunately no, the Studio/CLI tools do not provide the ability to not-rebuild certain artifacts in a build process. Each build request will re-request all artifacts and re-generate the resulting .wlapp/native folder.

On a personal note: I would just not use Sencha :-) in a world where you have jQuery Mobile, Bootstrap, Ionic, etc...

Retrieve Framework List

I'd like to know if it is possible to get a list of the frameworks being used in an Objective-C project.
Perhaps there's some way to access XCode's "Build Phases"? Doesn't matter if it's some obscure method not advised by Apple, I'm trying to make an XCode plugin.

I haven't written a Xcode plugin (yet), but is there a way for you to use terminal commands? If this is possible you could open the projects build path and simply use
ls *.framework
They should also be linked in the .xcodeproj file.
