Tosca element locator got problem while x-scanning link or button attribute - scanning

I am exploring the Tricentis Tosca trial version and I facing a problem while scanning the home page of http://sampleapp.tricentis.com/, I took one attribute that is automobile Link And I add that in my module. I see that the location of my link attribute is somewhere else But the actual link attribute is on another place in X-scan.
Any One an idea about this.

Cannot Access Elements (iframe) using the cypress suggested selector

I have a difficulties with some content of the web-page when I am trying to discover the element
For example some part of the web-page is blocked by the following:
[data-testid=shell-content]
Any idea what could possibly cause following?
In the browser, the page isn't blocked and (all buttons) can be accessed by the keyboard or mouse.
Tried to upgrade to the lates version, still the same problem.
The problem was described against the iframe, it has to be handled in a similar way in order to access the elements
cy.enter('iframe[data-testid="iframe-content"]').then((getBody) => {
getBody().find('[data-test-id="create-user-button"]').click();
please note that name shell-content could be different to what was name in your project.

Unable to locate element using Selenium

I have reviewed several questions pertaining to this popular topic but have not yet found a solution. I am trying to scrape a dynamic webpage that requires the user to click something and then enter some input. The site I am trying to scrape is here: https://a810-dobnow.nyc.gov/publish/#!/
I am trying to click where it says "Building Identification Number" and proceed to enter some input. I cannot seem to even locate the element I need to click. I used a wait and also checked to see if it was located in some other frame I needed to switch to, it is not as far as I can see:
driver = webdriver.Chrome("C:\\Users\\#####\\Downloads\\chromedriver_win32\\chromedriver.exe")
driver.get("https://a810-dobnow.nyc.gov/publish/#!/")
element = WebDriverWait(driver, 10).until(EC.presence_of_element_located((By.XPATH, "//*[#id=""accordiongroup-9-9180-tab""]/h4/a/span/h3")))
driver.find_element_by_xpath("//*[#id=""accordiongroup-9-9180-tab""]/h4/a/span/h3").click()
I just loaded the page, and when i try to search the dom for the xpath you have provided it fails to find the matching element.
I'd recommend using something like:
driver.find_element_by_xpath("//h3[contains(text(), 'Building Identification Number (BIN)')]").click()
Hope this helps

How do I include a picture in a page element in Inquisit?

I'd like to include a picture in a page element in an Inquest script: is this possible?
If so, how would you do it?
I know this question was asked 8 years ago...but I recently had the same question. So I thought maybe I could put something here in case someone in the future would have a similar question.
You cannot add a picture to the page element in Inquisit 5, but it would be possible in Inquisit 6. For Inquisit 5, you'll have to use or .
Here's some discussion on this: https://forums.millisecond.com/Topic34836.aspx
There is some discussion here.
In general, it seems that the page element only allows for simple text based instructions.
If you want to present images in instructions, there are a few options.
htmlpage element
You can use the htmlpage element, which allows for instructions to be a complete formatted HTML file that can include images.
The htmlpage element is used to define pages of text to be displayed
as instructions using the preinstructions or postinstructions
attribute. The htmlpage element is useful when complete control over
formatting and content of instruction pages is required, otherwise the
page element provides an easier way to display text with basic
formatting. The actual content of the page is contained in a separate
HTML file located on the local machine or the web. source
Picture or picture and text in a normal trial
The other option is to present instructions as normal stimuli in the main trials of a block.
See for example, the instructions in the sample script for the Iowa Gambling Task.
This can be either done as one integrated picture that includes text, or each image can be positioned as it's own stimuli.

How to build persistent element like facebook chatbar which not reload when navigate to any page?

i developed a radio stations widget (see it at my site). the problem is, i dont know how to make it persistent same like on the http://josephbeeson.com/gwapdemo/gwap.html . it's like facebook chatbar which not reload when navigate to any page. i have try n look for the demo codes but still not understand. please give step by step tutorial. i want to implement it on my social website http://www.heypy.com.
The whole page does not get reloaded, the new content is just loaded via AJAX and displayed within the current document.
To make it look to the user like he’s navigated to some other URL, the address bar content is updated using the HTML5 History API.
please give step by step tutorial.
Happy to give you the relevant keywords, so you can do research on them yourself. But won’t provide a private tutorial here, that’s not the purpose of this site. Thanks for your understanding.

Wiki Page Library issue in SharePoint 2010

I would really appreciate it if someone would help me out with this issue.
I'm using SharePoint 2010. I created a Wiki Page Library without changing any of the library settings, and created a new Wiki page, all that went fine but once I started adding text and then tried to save the changes on the page, this message appears:
"You must specify a value for this required field"
I don't know what to do, there is no required field and I can't really fix that... so please help me with that message!!
Fatima, I don't know if you ever got your question answered, but this is a known issue with Publishing features. There is a field that is marked as required, but is not displayed on the page. I beleive it's the column/field called "Name". If you look through the Site Content Types and find "wiki page", you'll see that status is marked as "Required". Changing that should fix the issue for you.
This was caused by a Place holder missing from the Main area of your master page.
Even if you’ve moved it to a asp:Panel and declared it as false at the bottom of your master page you’ll still get the error.
All you need is to move content place holder
<asp:ContentPlaceHolder id=“PlaceHolderPageTitleInTitleArea” runat=”server”></asp:ContentPlaceHolder>
within the s4-bodyContainer div , within the s4-ca div seems to work best. Save the master page and that’s it. that no more irritating message.
