Bot Authentication in Teams deployed on Azure - authentication

I am trying to deploy the nodejs not auth-code sample using manual deployment - through zip deploy. The bot does respond for the first few questions, but when it comes to authentication (using the dialog), it gets stuck and is not able to proceed further. The error it gives is :
No webpage was found for the web address: azurewebsite/html/auth-start.html. But I have the public folder deployed on azure under kudu services. Please help.

Google Cloud Run API - accessing endpoint internally

Bear with me, I am still on training wheels with GCP
Scenario being
I have a Cloud Run instance serving an API (to be consumed internally)
A middleware running on Cloud Compute instance serving an API. This utilises API served by (1)
(2) needs to access (1)
I'm trying to figure out how to discover the internal DNS name or IP, so that the middleware (2) can be configured to access Cloud Run served API (1)
Intention being to create templates (environment config files) so that I can eventually automate the deployment of all layer.
With Cloud Run, you can't know before the first deployment the URL of the service. The pattern is
https://<serviceName>-<projectHash>.<region>.run.app
You can also have optionally a tag at the beginning, but it's not important here.
The bad part is the project Hash can't be calculated before the deployment (or I donc know the hash formula). Thus it's impossible to register in a DNS the URL in advance of the deployment.
However, if you use tools like terraform, you can get, as output, the URL of the service after the deployment and then register it in your DNS, as CNAME (Cloud Run is a managed service, you haven't a static IP).
You can also use the CLoud Run API to request the list of services on a project, pick the service that you want and get the URL of the service (get request to the service API)
A last word before you hit the wall, you talk about internal endpoint. Cloud Run url is public, and public only. Therefore, your middleware need to access to the internet to be able to request Cloud Run.
If your middleware is deployed on the same project, you can set the Cloud Run service ingress to internal to allow only resources from the VPCs of the current project to access to Cloud Run service.
But the URL is still public and you need an internet access to resolve and to access it.
If you don't wanna be bothered by service discovery and constructing the full URL, you can use runsd, a solution that I developed for Cloud Run that allows you to call a service by its name (e.g. http://hello).

Host Asp.net Core Web Api locally

I am learning Asp.net Core Web Api. I need to access the api from a flutter application but am not ready to host the api on Azure. What are my options if I want to host the api locally on my computer so I can access it from another application like my Flutter app client, and is there any tutorials I can follow to learn how to implement the solution.
There are several ways to go about this, here are some options:
FROM VISUAL STUDIO: You can simply run the ASP.NET Core Web API from Visual Studio in Development Mode by Pressing F5
FROM COMMAND PROMPT: Run the API Project from the command line by opening a command prompt window in the root project folder of the project and use the dotnet run command. See here for more info about the command: dotner run command
HOSTING IN IIS: I am assuming you are running a windows OS. You can turn on IIS and its features. Simply follow the instructions on this page: Host ASP.NET Core in IIS on how to deploy ASP.NET Core to IIS. The advantage of this is that you have the application always running while you work on your flutter application locally.
I hope this helps you resolve your situation.
What are my options if I want to host the api locally on my computer so I can access it from another application like my Flutter app client, and is there any tutorials I can follow to learn how to implement the solution.
If your application is developing now, there is no need to host the application and let the Flutter app client to access. We could build some json file as the right format like web api response to develop the client app.
If your client application and web api has now developed successfully, you want to host the web api to let fluent app or other application to access from internet. You should have a public IP address and host the application on IIS or else. Public IP address you should ask for the IP provider company. Without a public address, the client side app couldn't access your application from internet.
If your web api and the client app are in the same intranet, you could let the client app directly access the web api after the web api hosted on IIS by using hosting server's IP address.
About how to host the asp.net core application on IIS, you could refer to this article.

How to linkup API in API manager with interface deployed in Cloud Hub?

I have an API deployed in API Manager, deployed one interface in cloud hub with API auto discover option.
In API manager, i gave cloudhub link as implementation url. so i thought both are linked up.
But when i apply SLA tier to API it is not getting applied. is there anything need to be done ?
Please first apply Auto discovery properly on the app. Create one API in the API manager. copy API ID into autodiscover configuration in the app. please find below link for details explanation.

API Connect - Published Product not visible in Developer Portal, but no errors?

I am not able to see the products I publish in API Connect in the APIC Developer Portal. There is no error in the logs either.
I am able to do other things on the Dev Portal, such as create new app, subscribe to existing APIs, etc.
And later, I can see this new app/subscription in API Manager.
How can I resolve such problems, like: where could I find more information about errors, etc?
Please navigate to https://datapower_ip/organizationName/sanboxName. I Think you are publishing to the different sandbox and searching in another. If you publish APIs via API connect management console all the APIs will be published in the developer portal(if configured in settings of sandbox)

Secure Web API With Azure AD

Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to setup and secure a Web API project using Azure AD? I can create the project but when I navigate to /api/values/, I get a 401 response. The application has been added to the list of applications in my Azure AD directory.
I found a blog post here that appears to address this topic but the steps do not match my environment. Perhaps this is because it is a bit outdated?
What am I missing?
Take a look at the Web API examples at https://github.com/AzureADSamples, specifically WebApp-WebAPI-OAuth2-AppIdentity-DotNet and AzureADSamples/WebApp-WebAPI-OAuth2-UserIdentity-DotNet.
