Phone call within react native - react-native

Is there a way within react-native or some library that would allow the app to make a phone call within a custom UI & record the call? Ive seen react-native-communications but that redirects and uses the phones UI to make the call.

Setting the User Context App Insights for React Native

We have a React Native app and we are logging to App Insights using the "applicationinsights-react-native package", this all works fine in a sense, but we are trying to start using the monitoring side of things which uses a User ID. Now I'm pretty sure that whatever the User ID that the (app insights) package is using for a user ID won't cause too many problems if we kept it, but it won't be right.
The ApplicationInsights class has a setAuthenticatedUserContext method, however the comments seem to refer to cookies suggesting it's a React package re-purposed and this GitHub post https://github.com/microsoft/appcenter-sdk-react-native/issues/503 suggests we can't use it, however the response is for the React Natve AppCenter package which we are not using. We are using App Insights direct.
So I was wondering if there was a way to set our user_Id/User context if we are using App Insights directly from a React Native app?
It looks like setAuthenticatedUserContext does work if you talk to App Insights directly and not theough Appcenter, it's possible that it works through Appcenter now as well, I have not tested so I am not sure.
If you want to check that this ends up as on the App Insighst side, it appears as a property called user_AuthenticatedId.

Share Url from browser to React Native app

I want to share URLs from the browser to my React Native app and open them in the app, how can I do that?
This is called deep-linking, that your app launches and even does some actions depending on the called URL of your app. Many apps use it that's how you probably know it.
You can read about this and implement it.
Here is some articles and documentation about it:

Is it possible to integrate a TWA into a React Native project?

I am wondering if it is possible to integrate TWA (Trusted Web Activities) into an existing React Native project. This way I could have a section in my app where costumers can use my PWA inside my app. As fallback for iOS I would use something like their WebView. If it is possible, how would I go about implementing it?
In short, yes, it is possible to integrate Trusted Web Activity into a React Native App.
You'd need to create an Android Native Module that wraps Android Browser Helper into a React Native API. Since you want to use the Trusted Web Activity as part of your app, you will probably be looking into wrapping TwaLauncher.
Then, you will need to implement a module for iOS, which will have the same API in React, but will use the WebView as an implementation.
It seems someone has already created a wrapper for Android (but I haven't tested).

Bypass Native Dialer App And Place a Call

Good Day Everyone, I have an app idea I'll soon be implementing with react native, it's kinda a calling app but i want to know if it's possible to place a call directly from my app without launching the native phone/dialer app...I want to know if it's possible with any programming language, framework, or library, Even tho it's react I'll be using. Thanks..
Here is a library for the purpose to bypass native dialer app

RingCentral two way communication

I am building a React Native application for calling using RingCentral APIs.First of all I tried using the webphone RTC via web browser: https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone. It works perfectly fine in web browsers. But the thing I need is to call via react-native application I am building.
I tried calling via RingCentral using 'ring out call' POST API and 'call control- make callout' post api(beta version). But the problem i am facing is when i integrate these apis to react-native applications : To have a two way communication I need to be online in the web phone .Then when i call from react native it goes to the web phone first. And then when I dial 'answer' it redirects to the number i want to call to.Then only I can have a two-way communication.
So, what do I do if I want to directly call via react-native application to the recipient directly?
P.s. If I am not online in the web phone from browser the call automatically goes to the voicemail.
So hard to understand your question from the title and the detailed description.
I guessed that you want to implement a functional phone using react native where you want to use the RingCentral WebRTC SDK to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
First of all, please mind the browser compatibility supported by the WebPhone SDK. Secondly, it is not trivial and I cannot support you on the react-native part. However, RingCentral provides an easy way to embed a RingCentral embeddable phone to any webpage and that app is an open source project. You can use the embeddable as such or clone the project and learn from the code or modify it to meet your requirements.
