Cisco AnyConnect "web security unavailable" - Mac OS High Sierra & Mojave - macos-high-sierra

After upgrading my Mac OS to High Sierra or Mojave I've got this error message "web security unavailable" with a a big red X in the menu icon

The problem could be that no app / module can be downloaded from authorized developer. A possible workaround could be to open "System Preferences" => "Security & Privacy" and the "General Tab" to allow the installation of software coming from authorized developer.

Cannot connect tot Win10 Pro x64 VM with enhanced session

If I use basic session, everything works fine, but when I connect in enhanced mode, login prompt is not appearing.
Guest OS: Win 10 Pro x64 Build 18990.vb_release.190921-1704
RDP services are enabled.
Event Log for RemoteDesktopServices-RDPCoreTS/Operational shows a error:

I disabled RemoteFX in Guest OS with policies, how it is described here, but still no success.
I had the same problem until I stumbled across this Microsoft thread where someone said, "disabling Windows Hello on the VM did the trick for some reason."
Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options. Turn off the setting for "Only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device (Recommended)". Then reboot the VM and enhanced sessions should work.

When trying to install OS in Hyper-V, it ignores boot order and goes to "Start PXE over IPv4" instantly

I'm trying to create a VM from an .iso file on my computer. In my boot order settings, the DVD Drive with as value the .iso is at the top. I've tried several different VM's (Ubuntu18.04, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016) all of which give me the same problem where they don't boot from the .iso file. Pressing any key doesn't do anything.
I followed tutorials from both my lecturers and articles online when creating the VM's.
I am clueless as to what I'm doing wrong, so any help is appreciated

Try disabling Secure boot in the "Security" section of the settings.
I had the same problem with a gen2 Linux vm (running in Hyper-V Manager 10.0.17763.1). Turning off "Enable Secure Boot" allowed booting from an .iso.
I think in some other versions of Hyper-V Manager the setting is under "Firmware"
Just go into VM Settings / Firmware and change the boot order by moving the VHDX image to the top.
Changing to Generation 2 VM is not necessary.
This occurred when I was trying to boot from a Win 10 ISO. After the "Press any key to Boot from DVD..." message displays, it jumps almost immediately to trying to boot from the network (PXE over IPv4). The solution for me was to select 'Reset' from the Hyper-V menu and then immediately start hitting a key before the message showed up.
Worked for me:
Create a new VM.
A "New Virtual Machine Wizard" will start.
During step 3 - "Specify Generation", choose "Generation 1"
When using Windows10 - moving the VHDX to the top Boot order was the solution in my case.
When using Linux - Changing secure boot to use "Microsoft UEFI Certificate Authority" was the solution. I tested CentOS_Stream & Mint - same problem, same solution.
I left enabled "Enable Secure Boot" flag, but selected a different template: from "Microsoft Windows" to "Microsoft UEFI certificate Authority" for my Centos 7 distribution hosted by Windows 10.
This tells the UEFI is needed for Linux installation.
The only solution in my case was to re-create the VM in Generation 1. Changing the boor order or disabling Secure Boot did not resolved the issue at all.
It seems "Quick Create" creates VM in Generation 2 by default. You have to Go with "New" instead of "Quick Create" to choose Generation 1.
In my case I left disabled the "Enable Secure Boot" flag and it worked pretty
Copying a vhdx image from a Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V environment to Windows 10 Hyper-V, I had to create a Generation 1 VM. Generation 2 did NOT work. It booted without the PXE over IPV4 error then.

How to open IBM Application Center console?

I downloaded MobileFirst Developer Kit and now I want to open Ibm Application Center. In the tutorial says that "When you install MobileFirst Foundation, the Application Center is automatically installed in the specified application server." I enter the address "http://localhost:9080/appcenterconsole/" in web browser but I get the error "Context Root Not Found". The address "http://localhost:9080/mfpconsole" works. What do I need to do to open application center console?
The MobileFirst Developer Kit does not include the Application Center. Application Center is only available in the full (paid) version of the product.

Universal Windows 10 Emulator not starting up OS

The Windows phone emulator running Windows 10 has been working since I've installed it and last time I used the emulator was a few days ago. Now for some reason when I load my application emulator does not load the OS.
here's the steps I go throuogh to run the app :
-Run "Mobile Emulator 10.0.10586.0 720p 5 inch 1GB (which is my usual emulator to run)"
Message box saying "Configuring Windows Phone for debugging ... "
Another message box appears saying "Click "Retry" to run the emulator in elevated mode. :
You do not have permission to modify internal Hyper-V network adapter settings, which are required to run the emulator
Click retry on the message box
"Are you sure you want to run Windows Phone Packages?" Click Yes
Configuring Windows Phone for debugging box still running
Phone emulator runs but stuck on "OS is starting..."
Message box appears after leaving it running for roughly 15 mins :
"The emulator is unable to connect t the device operation system :
Couldn't set up the UDP port. Some Functionality might be disabled.
will add this to the steps"
I've followed the instructions from forums to go to Hyper-V Manager and delete the virtual switches and virtual machines - which doesn't work. And I also have Hyper-V enabled on windows features.
Any other solutions would be appreciated, Thanks in advance!
UPDATE : so I've left it running just to see if it works eventually, now another message box appears saying :
The emulator is unable to connect to the device operation system : Couldn't set up the UDP port. Some functionality might be disabled.
UPDATE : So I managed to fix it .. a little. It works for the other apps I have as well as newly created universal windows projects. But this specific app doesn't . I notice that this specific one has the "Configuring Windows Phone for debugging" message pop up whereas the other ones don't.
Why not start fresh?
New OS, new install, everything from scratch.
And don't forget to not play with UAC, OS permissions, the firewall, and do not install anything which would install virtual network adapters. Like OpenVPN, USB modems (including an iPhone), etc.
This is a solution, because your problem could be anything.

IBM Worklight 6.0 - Where is Mobile Test Workbench client app for iOS?

Step 1 of the Worklight 6.0 documentation for "Installing the mobile test client on an iOS device" says to "Launch the Apple App store from your mobile device and search for Rational Test Workbench Mobile Client", but, doing so on my iPhone 5 has no results.
Where can I find this app?
There was an issue with the Apple app store submission and the client app was not accepted due to Apple restrictions. The development team is looking into alternatives. For now, testing is only available via the emulator.
