Why fabric "The Fabric iOS and Android mobile apps will be sunset on November 30, 2018. After this date, you will not be able to log into the apps" is it closing?

Just check this official post.
https://get.fabric.io/roadmap
Fabric Beta will be moved into Firebase on Early 2019.
Start using the next generation of Crashlytics Beta Get valuable feedback on pre-release iOS and Android apps by using Firebase App
Distribution, the new version of Crashlytics Beta, to distribute beta
builds to your team.

Fabric was bought by Google and is being integrated into Firebase ("the best of Fabric" is being integrated).
Google will support Fabric until mid 2019. See Roadmap.
The warning message means Fabric mobile apps will not work anymore after November 30, 2018. However, you can still use the web app at fabric.io until mid 2019.

From their FAQ:
What is the plan for Fabric’s mobile app?
Fabric’s iOS and Android apps will be available until November 30th, 2018. After this point, you’ll still be able to monitor your migrated apps on the go using the Firebase Console, which is designed to work well on mobile devices.

Deprecated by Google, fabric is being killed because it was better than Google's firebase.
I can't stand how Google insists you use specific services then deprecates them...

Is there still a way to upload ios push certificate for GCM?

I know the service is shutting down this April, and I have a plan to migrate to Firebase early next year (late January). But my ios certificates need to be replaced now.
I had saved a link to the web page for uploading the certificates but now it just points to Firebase.
Does anyone know how I can upload my ios Push Certificates? Again I know the service is shutting down "As early as April 11 2019", but that still 4 months away.
Based on the posts in Jacque's comments, it does not seem like anyone has found a way to do this. While it does seem like it should be supported until April 11 2019, it turns out it's not really as difficult as I thought. I assumed I had to update my server code, android code and ios code all at the sametime, but that is not the case.
The answer to the third FAQ here says this:
How long do I have to migrate to FCM?
We will turn off most GCM services in April 2019, so you should plan to have most of your services migrated by then.
Note that client SDKs and GCM tokens will continue to work indefinitely. However, you won't be able to target the latest version
of Google Play Services in your Android app unless you migrate to FCM.
So this means that the server and each client can be updated separately and really only the server code needs to be update by April, the clients can lag behind and potentially remain unchanged.
On the server side, all that is required is to change the server endpoints as the FCM Rest API supports the existing GCM Rest API.
Note: You still have to import the GCM project into FCM and add the ios certificates or key.

MFP 7 and IBM App centre compatibility with Blackberry 10

As we are in process of upgrading our Worklight platform from 6.2 to MFP7 I couldn't find if MFP7 will support BB10 certification.
The features we are interested in:
Direct Update on BB10 (As we are doing monthly release we have to
submit to BB app store every time), Will this feature be available
on MFP or in the near future?
IBM App centre only support BB6/7. Will IBM App centre support
BB10 so we can deploy the binary (.bar)in?
The BlackBerry 10 environment does not support Direct Update.
Application Center does not support BlackBerry 10 (there is no AppCenter client for it)

Can I download and install apps that previously published for wp8.1 with a Windows 10 phone?

I have read many articles about the "forward compatibility" of WP apps stating an app targeting 8.0 can run on an 8.1 phone. But I have not verified this on WP Store.
I have published a universal app for WP 8.1 and some users have installed this app. Now I am investigating the various upgrading scenarios happen when Windows 10 Mobile comes out later this year.
Scenario 1: Can a user download and install the 8.1 app with a newly purchased Windows 10 phone? Will it show up in the new, unified Windows Store?
Scenario 2: Can a user who has already installed this app continue to receive updates to this app after he upgrade his phone to Windows 10 Mobile? I have no plan for a Win 10 release at this stage and I will update the 8.1 release in the months to come.
It will be helpful if you can provide me some links about the policies of the new, unified Windows Store.
Yes to both. Existing apps will show up and can be installed from the store. As with the existing stores, users will get the most relevant app for their device. Your existing Windows Phone 8.1 apps will run on and be available for Windows 10 mobile devices. You can update it and expect your users to receive the updates.
This is discussed in the store sessions from Build:

The blog entry Get ready for the Unified Dev Center dashboard preview and upcoming Store changes goes into detail on what you need to do to support various scenarios with the updated store.

IBM Worklight 6.0 - Where is Mobile Test Workbench client app for iOS?

Step 1 of the Worklight 6.0 documentation for "Installing the mobile test client on an iOS device" says to "Launch the Apple App store from your mobile device and search for Rational Test Workbench Mobile Client", but, doing so on my iPhone 5 has no results.
Where can I find this app?
There was an issue with the Apple app store submission and the client app was not accepted due to Apple restrictions. The development team is looking into alternatives. For now, testing is only available via the emulator.
