Did you try to install windows-build-tools? To install you need (as administrator in console):

You first need to clear the npm cache by using this command
npm cache clean --force
if it doesn't work then manually delete the %appdata%\npm-cache folder.
then update your npm
npm install npm#latest -g
then you can try installing expo firebase by this
expo install firebase

install windows-build-tools before installing web3 and its dependencies

I had to install the above windows-build-tools but had to install with npm install --global --production windows-build-tools --vs2015 as the newer versions of this tool are going to not compile the web3 utils correctly with the node-gyp dependency. I wrangled this one for a while after uninstalling an old install of Visual Studio 2015 a couple of weeks ago.

the easiest way to install sharp on windows OS is to use the following npm package
which is called windows-build-tools
npm install --global --production windows-build-tools
this as npm says it downloads

Error code ENOENT means "no such file or directory".
You should check of you have the file C:\Users\stavalfi\package.json present and accessible by the application... Do you execute the command in the right folder?
Have you tried to update npm? I had some other problems with the 5 minute quick start, but after I updated npm I could run npm start without any errors.

I have the 2015 VS.
Any help would be appreciated.
CL.exe is part of C++ dev environment. It is not installed by default. So, creating a new C++ Project in Visual Studio installs all needed components, including cl.exe.
You can find it under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin\cl.exe" and it's on path when launching "Developer Command Prompt for VS2015."
This is because of running older version of gcc. Install the latest and the issue will be solved. Check this out for more details: https://github.com/assaf/zombie/issues/956
