I am working with GridView in which i have to show two items in GridLayout row count of 2 in React-native IOS.
The problem is that i have to show Ads after four items (i.e. 2 rows) that will cover width of mobile. But due to Span count the ads are also coming in Grid layout.Any help would be appreciated !!.
Want Output like this:-
I am using this react native library GridView but not able to implement logic for random data to show one ad after 4 items using DataSource.
Here is the Snack for the same created from the example given by the author in GitHub. It is doing what exactly you asked for.
A while loop can be used in _createRandomData function to splitting the layout and putting ad in between.

I have a long list of company names need to be displayed in the picker dropdown and it's causing the app to freeze. I am aware of the infinite scroll if it's viewing the content, where you fetch a limited size of the data from the server side and load more as the scroll reach to the bottom. But does it apply the same concept for a dropdown picker?
I am using the library #react-native-picker/picker and considering the behavior of the component I have no idea how to handle it.
I haven't done anything on my codes yet. Currently it's fetching all the listing from the server side and dump all the data in the picker.
usually it's best practice for large select list to create a modal screen which open up by clicking on the selectbox and there you provide a search box on top and show list using FlatList as it's good for large set of data and will not freeze your screen while rendering.

Good morning,
I am developing my Web Application using .Net Core 3.1 and Razor Pages.
In my application I need to display a large amount of data on a grid and would therefor like to rotate a standard grid 90 degrees. I would like to obtain something like the "Horizontal Scroll" of this blog post but instead of just scrolling horizontally I would likle to move the headers to the side and, as mentioned above, rotate the entire grid fields.
I can't find any API that suites my needs though. Does anyone have suggestions on something I could try? I wouldn't want to have to build the entire grid myself (with all the paging, filtering and ordering logic). I am open for alternative solutions as well!!
Thanks everyone!
This seems more like an HTML question, and does not really relate to Razor Pages. Here are a couple of examples of horizontal scrolling HTML tables:
https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/tables/scroll/#datatable-horizontal-scroll
https://datatables.net/examples/basic_init/scroll_x.html
You said you need to display a large amount of data, I think the
design you currently want is not suitable for the display of a large
amount of data.
Because if the title is on the left, then only one data can be displayed on each page, and each page needs to load the title, which will lead to great redundancy.
If you just want to display beautiful because of too many columns, I suggest you use the responsive property in jQuery datatable, which can dynamically display the number of columns according to your current page width, and collapse or display the extra columns.
You can refer to this.
I have used react-native autosuggest, but it is not showing results according to what user has typed. No results are getting showed. Can you suggest me autosuggest wherein as soon as user types a text filtered results are shown and as user clicks on any element from autosuggest list then autosuggest gets closed I want it for both android and ios and also how to use it.
react-native-autocomplete-input is one of my favorite for the purpose
I'm writing a Cardboard app using the AppSDK within a Custom HTML app. So far, it is displaying properly (rendering all columns, column headers).
Is there a way to target and hide certain columns and their headers from within the Cardboard app code? I can hide them using their CSS ID's.... However, this occurs after the app has rendered and results in a bit of an eyesore as the original app width will not resize.
TL;DR Rally Custom Kanban board (AppSDK) contains 6 User Story states. I want to hide the second and fourth states while still showing the other four.
There's an example in the docs that show how to create a board that has a specific set of columns: https://help.rallydev.com/apps/2.1/doc/#!/example/specific-columns-board
In that case it's doing Owners for columns and some extra stuff with custom rendering of headers, but the guts of it is specifying the columns config to the board, which is just an array of config objects which will be used to instantiate Rally.ui.cardboard.Column objects.
In Sencha, how to create a DataView or List component which renders only 1 item at a time and contains prev/next buttons to navigate data?
Store has pagination enabled to pull only 5 records at a time. Out of these 5 records I want to display only 1 record at a time on the view and with navigation buttons to move forward/backwards. Is there a built-in component for this requirement?
I see few SO posts (Sencha Touch limit number of items in list) suggesting to use 2 stores (DisplayStore to slice the actual data). This didn't work for me. I tested this with static data in the actual store. It still renders all the data in the list. Moreover I am looking for forward/backward navigation buttons too.
If there is no such built-in component (at least close enough), I want to create one for my needs. Please suggest.
You should go with a filter, and two buttons.
The handler for the next button could be alike
var number= list.getStore().first().getId()
list.filter('id', number+1)
If there is anyway to increase a number for the next valid item. Otherwise you need a counter of your current selected item and increase that.
