I have installed TFS 2018, TFVC plugin for IntelliJ IDEA and Command Line Client TEE-CLC-14.134.0.
I am not getting any king of output while entering the command tf eula, hence I am not able to create Repository for version control.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue or any workaround to accept the license.

Seems you are running command tf eula in PowerShell.
Just try to run the command in windows command line: Win+R - > cmd, it works for me.
UPDATE:
Just try to run tf eula -accept, then check if the tf command works now.
If that still not work, just try to re-download the TEE-CLC-14.134.0, then check it again.

I can successfully run DBT using the command poetry run dbt run {model_name} but I get a ResourceWarning like this: ResourceWarning: unclosed <ssl.SSLSocket fd=12, family=AddressFamily.AF_INET, type=SocketKind.SOCK_STREAM, proto=0, laddr=('192.168.6.197', 55977), raddr=('142.251.41.10', 443)> that I do not know how to get rid of. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I am trying to install tensorflow-gpu by running pip install tensorflow-gpu Windows, inside an Anaconda enviornment, but I am getting the following error:
Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:1977)
I also tried doing it in a command prompt with administrator access, but it still didn't work.

All other network-related activities(such as browsing the web) work properly on the computer. I also have the correct CUDA and cuDNN installed, along with the latest NVIDIA drivers.
I fixed this problem by purging my Anaconda installation and reinstalling it, and then installing tensorflow-gpu. However, I am still curious as to why this error even happened in the first place.
It's related to network connection. I faced the same error in my Ubuntu system. Hence solved it by changing my network(WiFi) connection.
Use the following syntax while installation packages:
pip install --user packagename
I had the same problem with PyCharm to install tensorflow. As Dimitri Bolt described, I started the CMD as administrator and used the sytax described by Devendra Kanade. I got the error again, but each time I started the command, the progress became bigger. After three or four times, the download was successful and I was able to import tensorflow in PyCharm.
You should note "Downloading" (19%, not finished yet) in the pip-msg just before the error. For pip, this means 99% that this is a download error.
The quick fix is to increase <retries> in the pip option :
--retries <retries> Maximum number of retries each connection should attempt (default 5 times).
NB: I've never tried this.
The general fix using normal download (I tried this to install PyQt5) :
a) Find the name of the problematic web-file in your pip-errmsg, enclosed in quotes, then google the whole (including quotes). In your case, that will be "tensorflow_gpu-1.9.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl" .
b) Choose a reliable site and download that file. Windows 10 may give you erroneous msg about some .part-file but just ignore that msg and download again.
c) Load your browser list for downloaded files. For Firefox, ctrl-J will load that list (library). If failure, click to repeat download on the list (not site). You may need to repeat the clicking 10 times for the download to be successful !!!
d) Suppose that "tensorflow_gpu-1.9.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl" is now in the local folder c:\Users\uuuu\Downloads\ .
Create in this folder an ansi-text file named "example-requirements.txt" which has 3 lines(2 empty lines) as below:
tensorflow_gpu-1.9.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
e) Now in a normal command prompt, issue 3 commands as below:
c:
cd c:\Users\uuuu\Downloads\
pip install --requirement example-requirements.txt --no-cache-dir
NB: you can copy and paste, very easy in Win 10.
f) If successful, done now !
g) If you again have pip-problem with downloading another web-file then you must repeat a) , b) , c) , d) and edit the old "example-requirements.txt" to contain 4 lines(2 empty lines) as below:
tensorflow_gpu-1.9.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
another-file-name-with-extension
h) Repeat e) , f) , g) ... ...

stumbled upon the same error while installing via conda, updating conda solved the problem (btw, the new version downloaded the packages sequentially, whilst the older attempted a parallel download)

I face this problem for several libraries like tensorflow-gpu and matplotlib
I have no idea why but if i found something i will share.
I was working with the tensorflow(GPU version) module in Pycharm. If I run a script from terminal, it works as expected. However when I run the script from pycharm, it says:
ImportError: libcudart.so.7.5: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
How do I resolve this?
Pycharm interpreter shows tensorflow as a package.
In the terminal, when I check for the version of tensorflow, it was the same as in pycharm (0.10.0rc0)
Looks like your CUDA_HOME or LD_LIBRARY_PATH configured correctly in the console, but not in PyCharm. You can check and compare their values, in console do
echo $CUDA_HOME
echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
In PyCharm (say, in your main script):
import os
print(os.environ.get('CUDA_HOME'))
print(os.environ.get('LD_LIBRARY_PATH'))
You can configure them for the given Run Configuration in Environment Variables section.
Better approach would be configuring those environment variables globally, so every process in the system would have an access to them. To do that you have to edit /etc/environment file and add original values, which you got from console.

Following mrry suggestion I have updated to 0.12.0rc1 and now the Tensorboard page is shown but unfortunately I cannot see any graph, and is missing also the left panel to upload a graph file manually that I can see in some screenshots of the official guide.
Tried also to use

I have found the problem. If I launch tensorboard --logdir="mypath/my_graph" TensorBoard is unable to load the path and looks always for the graph files in the default user path C:\Users\andrew\mygraph\ if I run console as user or C:\Windows\System32 if I run console as administrator. This is a bug and should be fixed.
The 0.12.0rc0 (Release Candidate 0) release of TensorFlow on Windows contains a broken version of TensorBoard. We recently made a new release (0.12.0rc1, Release Candidate 1) that contains a fix for TensorBoard on Windows. You can upgrade by following the instructions for installing the latest release on Windows, or simply typing pip install --upgrade tensorflow at the command prompt.
In ubuntu we can use:
tensorboard --logdir=/home/user/graph/
In Windows we have to change the command prompt to the directory in which the graph file is placed and then use:
tensorboard --logdir=\home\user\graph\
I've upgraded my deveolpment environment from python-3.2/ Qt-4.8/ PyQt4 to python 3.4.2 / Qt5.3 / PyQt5.
Everything is Ok but the python source code generation with pyuic5.
When calling this commands I get the error
/usr/bin/python3: No module named uic
The Qt uic program is located at
~/Qt/5.3/gcc_64/bin/uic
The PyQt5 pacjakge is located at
/usr/local/lib/python3.4/site-packages/PyQt5
Even if the PyQt5 environment is operational as runtime I can't build any new GUI interface, so I can't move forward with this application upgrade.
Any idea ?

Thanks for the answer from #Akhil. The code below really helps me avoid the "module not found" problem, and successfully create a .py file from a .ui file.

this one worked for me (28th june 2017, PyQt5, python 3.6, win10, 64bit)
I faced the same issue. I had installed PyQt into a virtual environment and the issue was the the pyuic5 script was not using the python interpreter for that virtual environment.
So I opened up the pyuic5 script
exec pythonw2.7 -m PyQt5.uic.pyuic ${1+"$#"}
to
exec python -m PyQt5.uic.pyuic ${1+"$#"}'
This resolved the issue for me.
I know this is late, but I just recently encountered this issue when setting up external tools for Qt Creator. I know its not exactly what you ran into but it produces the same error. I don't like the idea of modifying files in my anaconda/bin directory so I didn't want to implement either of the other answers.
What I did find is that when you are setting up an external tool Qt Creator operates as if you are working in a new environment (i.e. your PATH is not the same as your development path). What I found is that you need to set the Environment field to have the same path as your development environment. This occurs by default when you setup Build and Run Settings for your project, but not for external tools.
Like #ekhumoro said in his comment You must pay attention to your PATH at all times.
I believe you are a Mac user and I had faced a similar issue.
It seems you'll simply have to provide the full path of the pyuic file (for me, it was under a hidden folder usr in the home directory: /usr/local/Cellar/pyqt/5.10.1_1/bin/pyuic5).
In your terminal, change directory to where the *.ui files( which you wish to convert to a *.py file) lies.
So for instance, if you have a Qt designer file saved by the name untitled.ui on your desktop, put in the following command in your terminal:
Amars-MacBook-Pro:Desktop amaradak$ /usr/local/Cellar/pyqt/5.10.1_1/bin/pyuic5 -x untitled.ui -o untitled.py
