Occasionally receiving 403 error on Prestashop (both frontend and admin) - prestashop

So I have this problem regarding Prestashop.
I created a subdomain for an website because I wanted to upgrade from 1.4.x to 1.6.x and I wanted the original website up and running.
I made a back-up and everything, I upgraded from 1.4.x to 1.6.x, installed a new theme, made some css / jquery changes and tested it and everything was working great.
Now the problems started to appear after moving the website from the subdomain to the domain (eg: from dev.websitename.com to websitename.com). Now I occasionally receive 403 errors for basically everything (from a jquery file, to the whole page). After a few ctrl + f5's everything works fine (but I cannot keep telling a customer to hit ctrl + f5 until the website works :| )
I tried everything I could think of. I checked and double checked the permissions on files / directories (since that's what 403 is basically telling me) and I cannot find the problem.
My hair is starting to fall because of how much inconvenience this is.
Can someone help me? Or at least point me to the right direction?
Thanks in advance!

So for anyone that is interested, the solution was to increase the number of requests per page and then everything worked! Hope it helped anyone interested.
Have a good day!

Homepage header stopped displaying Ads on Desktop

I'm a blogger striving to make my website stable so that I start focusing on writing blogs. Currently, I'm facing several issues but I will be addressing the most important one here. I use auto ads on my website that worked perfectly since yesterday. Immediately, ads stopped working in the header section on the desktop. Although it is working on mobile but unable to display homepage ads, especially on desktop. I've tried disabling plugins to check if it conflicts with any of them, tried restoring a backup to a date where everything was working fine, and tried placing manual Adsense codes on my header section of the website, but nothing worked for me. I've no idea what just happened. Please someone assist me in a better way. Thanks for reading patiently.

pdf link not working Joomla 3.5.1

I've had this site (donake.net) up for about a year. Was notified by someone that the link on one of the pages to a PDF wasn't working and a link to another page wasn't working.
When I tried logging in, it wouldn't take my username and password. I realized that I need to update the version of Joomla on my GoDaddy hosting account. Once I updated the version of Joomla to 3.5.1, I was able to login and access the admin side of Joomla. I think the site was attacked because there were a lot of "registered users" that weren't real.
One of the pages was set to unpublished, so I published it and that link started working fine.
The link "VIEW A SAMPLE of the book here" on this page - http://donake.net/just-make-me-a-sammich-book still won't work. I've re-linked the PDF. Deleted the PDF and re-uploaded it with the file name changed and nothing has worked.
One other thing is the icons in the Admin side of Joomla aren't displaying either. Not sure if all of this is tied together or not. My MAIN CONCERN is getting the link to work.
Any help would be greatful!!!!
Thanks
I had the same issue, I ended up calling our hosting company and they helped me edit the .htaccess file to include pdf in the RewriteRule (for me it was on line 3).
Hope this helps because I know it drove me mad trying to fix it.
Good luck!

IIS Remote Manager is missing icons for a specific site

I have a developer that came to me with and issue. He is remotely managing one of his sites on one of our development servers and all of a sudden he lost all of the icons in IIS for this specific site..
All other sites display his icons correctly and when I have him test on another computer everything displays correctly.. So what could have gone wrong on his machine? It was working but is now not working.. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.. Never seen this before and cant seem to figure out what caused it to just go away.. There should be so many more options for him.. Plus if you can see he lost the ability to see the folders on this site also.. And it is every site on this server.. But like I said it is just on his computer, he goes to a different computer he has access to everything..
Guess I cant post a picture.. But if you need to see it I can send it to you if you need to see what I am talking about..
Come to find out he was ignoring the prompt that he was getting saying that there were new versions of the tools to download on his machine that are on the server.. He just hit Cancel instead of selecting them and hitting ok to install the DLL's and enabling them.

Losing session Item

I have a website that when I browse from IE9 it loses Session item. This does not happen when using vs to test. This is happening on my pc and on the server where I have it deployed but works from other pcs. I have deleted all cashed pages and have tried multiple logons. So for the last 6 hours I have been banging my head against a wall.
Works when you browse to the site by the ip. Any ideas?
Do you have cookies enable on your PC.
Seem to recall I had a similar problem.
If cookies are not enabled then the session variables does not work.

Answer provided by Jason Akin (original asker):
Issue was caused by an underscore in the host name. Evidently this is not something you should do. Took a while to figure this out. Well leason learned.
Hopefully this will help someone else out.

Wordpress pages randomly serve as RSS/XML content

For months we have been struggling with a weird issue on 1 of our Wordpress Network installations. We have 4 installations on 1 VPS and only one of the four installations generates this error.
The problem is that pages on all sites that run on that Wordpress Network installation, randomly(?) seem to try and parse the page as being RSS content. See this screenshot:
Full image
This only happens once per session (if it does at all) and after refreshing the page, all is good. This makes it extremely hard to fix, because debugging is almost impossible.
Whenever the issue seems to appear, the (RSS) content that is being displayed, is that of a different page..
Could this be a Wordpress issue, or could this be an issue in the Apache config?
Some domains we are encountering this on:
http://www.skynetsg.co.za/
http://www.workplacestrategies.co.za/
http://www.beachbreaks.co.za/
I hope there is someone that could help me solve this issue!
Update:
I just had the issue on the page: http://www.skynetsg.co.za/peter-sserwanga/ that was newly created. I checked the apache logs and they show nothing strange, just a 200 OK header..
Below is a link that may fix your problem. If your running WHM/Cpanel, you may have to recompile apache with out certain modules.
