Homepage header stopped displaying Ads on Desktop - header

I'm a blogger striving to make my website stable so that I start focusing on writing blogs. Currently, I'm facing several issues but I will be addressing the most important one here. I use auto ads on my website that worked perfectly since yesterday. Immediately, ads stopped working in the header section on the desktop. Although it is working on mobile but unable to display homepage ads, especially on desktop. I've tried disabling plugins to check if it conflicts with any of them, tried restoring a backup to a date where everything was working fine, and tried placing manual Adsense codes on my header section of the website, but nothing worked for me. I've no idea what just happened. Please someone assist me in a better way. Thanks for reading patiently.

Occasionally receiving 403 error on Prestashop (both frontend and admin)

So I have this problem regarding Prestashop.
I created a subdomain for an website because I wanted to upgrade from 1.4.x to 1.6.x and I wanted the original website up and running.
I made a back-up and everything, I upgraded from 1.4.x to 1.6.x, installed a new theme, made some css / jquery changes and tested it and everything was working great.
Now the problems started to appear after moving the website from the subdomain to the domain (eg: from dev.websitename.com to websitename.com). Now I occasionally receive 403 errors for basically everything (from a jquery file, to the whole page). After a few ctrl + f5's everything works fine (but I cannot keep telling a customer to hit ctrl + f5 until the website works :| )
I tried everything I could think of. I checked and double checked the permissions on files / directories (since that's what 403 is basically telling me) and I cannot find the problem.
My hair is starting to fall because of how much inconvenience this is.
Can someone help me? Or at least point me to the right direction?
Thanks in advance!
So for anyone that is interested, the solution was to increase the number of requests per page and then everything worked! Hope it helped anyone interested.
Have a good day!

How can I determine the Reason IE is going into Compatibility View Mode and prevent it from happening?

Okay, here are the facts regarding our problem:
The web site we are working on is designed to use modern HTML5 features. This includes indexedDb.
We are using the following HTML right at the top of each page:
<!DOCTYPE html><html><head><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge"/>
All our users are using the same version of IE11.
We have 200+ active users who use the site, and for most of them, everything works just fine. The browser stays in "Edge" mode.
So far though, 3 of those users' browsers started opening the pages on the site in Compatibility View Mode instead of the default Edge mode. It was working for them fine previously.
If any other user goes to any page that those 3 users went to, they open fine (in Edge mode).
I created a super-simple diagnostic page devoid of CSS, HTML5 features, etc., when the users who are having the problems go to this page, it STILL going into compatibility view mode! It seems once the damage has been done, the browser wants to go into compatibility view mode for that domain regardless of the page content!
We've tried deleting Browsing History in the user's browser including cookies and website data... it does not fix the problem.
Restarting the PC does not work.
We do not have enough security to access any registry settings or directories where the browser stores its files.
So for starters, the question is, what steps can we take to figure out WHY their browsers when into compatibility mode in the first place. The only things I'm finding are vague error messages in the F12 console about using some feature or other improperly. No info about what feature or what error it caused.
And then, if that can be resolved, for users already in this mess, is there any viable steps we can take to get them so they see the site in Edge mode once again.
I'll be grateful for any help I can get on this. I am really stumped on this one!

pdf link not working Joomla 3.5.1

I've had this site (donake.net) up for about a year. Was notified by someone that the link on one of the pages to a PDF wasn't working and a link to another page wasn't working.
When I tried logging in, it wouldn't take my username and password. I realized that I need to update the version of Joomla on my GoDaddy hosting account. Once I updated the version of Joomla to 3.5.1, I was able to login and access the admin side of Joomla. I think the site was attacked because there were a lot of "registered users" that weren't real.
One of the pages was set to unpublished, so I published it and that link started working fine.
The link "VIEW A SAMPLE of the book here" on this page - http://donake.net/just-make-me-a-sammich-book still won't work. I've re-linked the PDF. Deleted the PDF and re-uploaded it with the file name changed and nothing has worked.
One other thing is the icons in the Admin side of Joomla aren't displaying either. Not sure if all of this is tied together or not. My MAIN CONCERN is getting the link to work.
Any help would be greatful!!!!
Thanks
I had the same issue, I ended up calling our hosting company and they helped me edit the .htaccess file to include pdf in the RewriteRule (for me it was on line 3).
Hope this helps because I know it drove me mad trying to fix it.
Good luck!

iTunesConnect hangs on TestFlight

I'm trying to reach TestFlight on iTunesConnect but it keeps only the loading spinner and do not show anything. I've tried with Chrome and Safari without success.
http://prntscr.com/8sv799
In my other application on the very same account everything works correctly.
I've already written to support waiting for their response.
My issue was resolved from the support team. They didn't provide me full details what caused this, however after sending them needed information(including page source code) they fixed it on next day.
So if you experience the same, I advise you to contact them(via iTunesConnect).

IIS Remote Manager is missing icons for a specific site

I have a developer that came to me with and issue. He is remotely managing one of his sites on one of our development servers and all of a sudden he lost all of the icons in IIS for this specific site..
All other sites display his icons correctly and when I have him test on another computer everything displays correctly.. So what could have gone wrong on his machine? It was working but is now not working.. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.. Never seen this before and cant seem to figure out what caused it to just go away.. There should be so many more options for him.. Plus if you can see he lost the ability to see the folders on this site also.. And it is every site on this server.. But like I said it is just on his computer, he goes to a different computer he has access to everything..
Guess I cant post a picture.. But if you need to see it I can send it to you if you need to see what I am talking about..
Come to find out he was ignoring the prompt that he was getting saying that there were new versions of the tools to download on his machine that are on the server.. He just hit Cancel instead of selecting them and hitting ok to install the DLL's and enabling them.
