Reset rabbitmq graphs - rabbitmq

In the rabbitmq dashboard, there are a set of radio buttons for seeing the history of message rates / queue sizes (like last day, last 8 hrs, last 10 minutes, etc). I tried manually going back further than 24 hours by editing the markup of the radio buttons with a longer timestamp, which unfortunately didn't work. However, it also persisted my attempt to go back 48 hours, so when the page loads it tries to select the "last 48 hours" radio option by default, which obviously doesn't exist and so the page crashes on load:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined
The console looks clean, and all the responses in chrome developer tools are 200. Nothing renders in the admin UI anymore, just that error message - how the hell do I recover??? I really need to get the graphs working again.

Turns out the radio button selection is persisted in your browser's local storage, not on the rabbitmq server, so just clear everything and refresh, it'll all be back to normal!

Colab audio alarm or pop up notification to remind the user to click captcha button when popped up, prevent inactivity

From March 2021 google colab has added a captcha that randomly pops up after some time. So it is difficult or not possible to programmatically prevent Google Colab from disconnecting on a timeout. So there's no option other than opening the tab and clicking the captcha button. I often run model which take more training time and sometimes miss going back to it in 90 mins. The captcha can be popped up even while the training is not completed and soon terminates after a few minutes if not clicked.
Are there any solutions so that I can at least get an audio notification when I get a captcha in colab or if not pop-up message in browser or OS so that I can know about the inactivity?
I had found some ways get notified at some target lines in the notebook, say after training is completed. One is the colab browser notification feature, can be checked to true in settings. Other one is an audio solution, you just add these 2 lines of code found here to get an alarm when the code executes at any line in a cell.
What I am looking for is an alarm or pop up message in case of captcha.
This is probably a half-correct answer, but here's my shot at solving this
This article discusses how to bypass Captcha's, and has some code that clicks the check box if a captcha is found. I think it could be modified to have a sound alert instead.
However, Captchas were made to counter these sort of tools, plus I'm not sure about the legality implications etc, so I wouldn't recommend it.
The use of the below js increased the time before google sent a recaptcha for me. Btw, I set this as a bookmark, to call it whenever I need to. Executing the js bit in the console should be equivalent.
javascript:void(setInterval(function(){ console.log("Connect pushed"); document.querySelector("#top-toolbar > colab-connect-button").shadowRoot.querySelector("#connect").click(); },60000))

How do I permanently dismiss the ..."Powered by Data Catalogue" pop-up in BQ

Recently (last month or two) I've been noticing a popup that keeps showing up when I open BigQuery. It says:
Try search and autocomplete powered by Data Catalogue
When I hit "Dismiss" on this pop-up it goes away for a while but as soon as I come back to the BQ query editor it just comes back again. It's infuriating!
Does anyone know how to get rid of this advertising permanently without enabling it?
The issue has been reported on issuetracker platform, which says that:
The Prompt will not be visible by default once BigQuery UI's 'V2 Beta'
version is launched in November.
I will recommend you to subscribing the issue by starring it. When you star an issue, you receive email notifications about any upcoming chnages. Additionally, keep track of the latest BigQuery releases here.

Buttons and Drop Downs duplicating in IE11 Word Add-in

I have a Word 2016 Add-in (Office.js) built with Bootstrap 3 and jquery.
Windows 7 users are reporting (and I've seen) duplication and even triplication of buttons and dropdown menus when they return to Word 2016 after letting it sit for 45 minutes or so.
If you just refresh the page you get a correct, single version of these buttons and dropdowns.
Somehow IE11 is deciding on its own to update the page and, in doing so, creating duplicates.
The buttons and dropdowns all work. Refresh returns the page to the correct state.
Anyone have any direction to go or ideas on this?
Thank you for the detailed response & interest - apologies for the long delay in responding.
I've only seen this with one user, in the UK, running Windows 7 and Word 2016. I screenshared with him and saw the triplication in person...unfortunately didn't think to take screenshots of his experience. His IE11 install didn't have the "Install new versions automatically" checkbox that I have (Windows 10).
(Side note: the permutations of Word 2016 and IE11 are ending up being quite a handful - I have many institutional users and they don't control updates to one or both...hard to even figure out what they're using).
He had three versions of every Favorite button and three versions of each Group Drop Down.
A simple refresh of the page returned things to normal.
The buttons all worked while the dropdowns had all 3 sets of choices in the first iteration of the dropdown; the second and third iteration of a dropdown was empty.
He described the situation as resulting after he "lets Word sit without using it or my solution for 40+ minutes." He has used my solution extensively and hasn't reported seeing it during use.
The screenshot below shows things as they are normally.
In his situation, that first button (for example) named 'Link' would repeat after the list of buttons along with every single other blue Favorite button.
The Dropdowns (Argument etc.) would be similarly duplicated or triplicated (he hasn't seen 4 yet).
My code is pretty simple jquery/javascript. When you load the page or refresh it pulls content and builts these buttons and dropdowns dynamically. I don't understand a situation where the browser somehow reloads or duplicates content...

Monaca IDE - console.log never appears

X-Post from here, for exposure: https://community.onsen.io/topic/222/monaca-ide-console-log-never-appears
Odd question, but only once while using Monaca IDE has anything ever shown up in the console.log portion of the IDE itself. It only occurred when I had a device synced via the debugger. I have since tried syncing it and I never get the device to show in the drop down box, it usually says unknown device /www/html/…
Now, do know that I have put several console.log(‘test’); lines of code to try this out and still no success. I would think that the IDE’s console area would show the log operations from the emulator and not from the device debugger as it has its own log that is view-able on the device, but this apparently isn’t the case. Is this correct or am I just really missing something simple here?
So this isn’t that big of an issue, but I figured out the problem. Basically, I keep the Monaca IDE tab open in Chrome all the time (I work via my laptop remotely). When I come back after a long absence (several hours, I don’t know what the time out is), the bottom section in the console has the Chrome error showing, like that page timed out. The IDE is still there, just that section is grayed out.
So to fix this, I would just refresh the page. The section pops back and all is good EXCEPT I just figured out that it is at that moment when the device connection no longer works. I can still click Run on Device and it works - syncing with the device - but the console.log no longer shows up. In order to get that back and working, you have to close the tab and reopen it; then everything works.

VB.Net application highlights all files in background when running / getting focus

I have an App that I inherited in VB6 and have ported mostly to VB.net
When I compile / run the app - it highlights all the files in the current selected folder.
What makes it worse, is it's very difficult to search online as what search terms does one use?
The app was ported to VS 2005 - quite successfully - but this has me stumped...
I have tried commenting out all the code that's run on startup and it still does it, so it must be some sort of background thing...
Any ideas?
I can't find an old version of my app to see if it's changes I have made and I don't know where to begin. See the image:
The top part is before I run the app, the bottom is once the app is running and has focus. I hope it makes sense
Also, if I'm browsing and then run the app, and go back to the browser, when my app gets the focus again, the webpage goes back to the top...
The folder is just an example - Basically when I compile (or later run) my App, if I go to Windows Explorer - when the app gets focus - whatever folder I am in has all its files highlighted. If instead of going to Windows Explorer, I go to a web browser, when the app gets focus the browser goes to the top (similar to Home).
There is Windows Integratio, but I have commented out what I can and still am no closer.
Does this info help?
I found the problem - after going back to the vb6 project and removing everything except for the 5 modules needed to startup and I eventually tracked the problem.
There was some code being called when two edit boxes received focus which called send keys home and end - hence it would go home - select all files to the end. I had deactivated one of the edit boxes to not receive focus and it helped temporarily(obviously until the other box got focus), but since deactivating the send keys when they get focus has helped. Albeit an arbitrary problem, maybe it will help someone in the future..
