Using JFACE tableviewer can we have "No content available" just like place holder in JavaFx Tableview? Find the attached image to understand what I am trying to do.
There is no support for this in TableViewer or any of the other JFace viewers. You just have to leave the content empty or use a dummy single entry.
The Eclipse Outline view uses a PageBook control to show a different control for the 'An outline is not available' message instead of the outline tree. You could do something similar - but this won't show the table header. The StackLayout layout can also do this.

In experience editor, whenever clicking on "Add here" button, getting duplicate entries of renderings.
Below is the image for reference. I am using Sitecore 8.2
Use Rendering id's to see if the both are same or different. Add the two renderings to the item in two different placeholders and then check the raw values in the presentation details of the item.
1.If both are same, Then it is caching issue. just clear the cache.
2.If both are different, then there is rendering available with the same name. If it is a duplicate then copy the rendering id from the presentation details and search it in the sitecore content tree and once you have a hit. delete it.
I am writing a add-in for outlook 2010 using VSTO and c#.
From my add-in at run time I want to append some text to the subject of certain email messages in outlook 2010's preview pane.
A screenshot of what I am trying to achieve is below. In the screenshot please note that some of the messages have '[work email]' appended to the subject in red text. That is what I am trying to achieve.
Is there any way of doing this either from c# or a macro?
You cannot do that. You can either modify the subject (but you won't be bale to show the string in a different color) or you can set a user defined property and configure the folder view to show the message in red if that property is present (View Settings | Conditional Formatting).
The Outlook object model doesn't provide anything for displaying a part of the Subject string using different colors.
A possible solution is to customize the CurrentView of the Explorer or Inspector objects. To obtain a View object for the view of the current Explorer, use Explorer.CurrentView instead of the CurrentView property of the current Folder object returned by Folder.CurrentFolder.
The View object allows you to create customizable views that allow you to better sort, group and ultimately view data of all different types. There are a variety of different view types that provide the flexibility needed to create and maintain your important data.
The table view type (olTableView) allows you to view data in a simple field-based table.
The Calendar view type (olCalendarView) allows you to view data in a calendar format.
The card view type (olCardView) allows you to view data in a series of cards. Each card displays the information contained by the item and can be sorted.
The icon view type (olIconView) allows you to view data as icons, similar to a Windows folder or explorer.
The timeline view type (olTimelineView) allows you to view data as it is received in a customizable linear time line.
Views are defined and customized using the View object's XML property. The XML property allows you to create and set a customized XML schema that defines the various features of a view.
The XML definition describes the view type by using a series of tags and keywords corresponding to various properties of the view itself. When the view is created, the XML definition is parsed to render the settings for the new view.
To determine how the XML should be structured when creating views, you can create a view by using the Outlook user interface and then you can retrieve the XML property for that view.
To programmatically add a custom field to a view, use the Add method of the ViewFields object. This is the recommended way to dynamically change the view over setting the XML property of the View object.
Is there a good way to achieve similar dynamic tab in XAML like in Edge browser where tabs are added dynamically? I know that the Pivot can be used for static tabs. More specifically, I need a solution that accounts for situation when there are too many tabs.
An Hoa,
Follow these,
Create a grid with two row definitions.
First row definition is to create controls like
Second row definition is to create a empty layout.
In the first row definition, create a stack panel and add a grid inside it with textblock to display the website name for ex.
Create a + button.
On click of + button, create a same grid with text block and add the control as child element to the stack panel which is present inside the first row definition.
Follow the same for empty layout also which is present in the second row definition.
The Windows Community Toolkit now offer support of this control:

I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2 to create a PDF for a survey. I've managed to create the form from scratch using Flowed content boxes to allow the fields to dynamically expand so that I can print out the survey later.
The issue I am having right now though is that if a field is expanded and it pushes other fields below it beyond the page range, it will create a new page consisting of what couldn't fit on the previous page. This is fine, but I would also like the form to automatically move the content below the last page up. Basically, anytime a page is moved into a new page there is a lot of white space and id like the next page to be moved up under the newly positioned fields.
Thank you
You will need to configure the pagination of your Subforms using the Object > Pagination palette. You can also use the Keep With Next/Previous option to control the grouping of the objects on page break. Also make sure that your top level subform is set to Flowed.
I have an xpage that contains a rich text field that uses CKEditor. I have set the toolbar attribute to Full to get the source button so my users can actually create tabs and other items so their content looks good.
I am trying to create a dojo dijit tooltip but it just doens't seem to work. I added the code found on the Dojo web site, but nothing happens.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
I guess it's the htmlFilter/htmlFilterIn property of your richtext control (i.e. field). To add source code "as is" it has to be set to "identity". No guarantee if you can add Dojo widgets directly via the source code though.
