Session terminated due to SO_TIMEOUT - selenium

I'm having a problem with my tests from my Jenkins server (this doesn't happen in my local computer). When I run some tests (that they get more time to load every information in the graphic than others tests), I get the following error and it stops the execution:
org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: Session [50e7a38f-969a-41b6-8e04-66cdf989fb6c] was terminated due to SO_TIMEOUT

I can't find a solution nowhere, do you know any ideas?
Thanks so much in advanced.

Analysis:
The SO_TIMEOUT means socket timeout, it happened when selenium client not recevie the http response from webdriver within timeout.
Solution:
script machine: where your test script on
1) If any selenium api call like click(), getText() will report SO_TIMEOUT every time
a) if use selenium server/grid, make sure the scirpt machine can opent the server/gird url in browser
Reminder: the script machine may be Jenkins server or Jenkins Slave, dependents on your Jenkins Job configured job run on where
b) if not user selenium server/grid, runnig will start a webdriver.exe in seperate process on script machine and this process wil run on on a port of script machine, so check there is no thing will block the traffic on the port, likelinux machine, you turn on the fireware and only allow traffic on partial ports, even maybe only allow out traffic, but in traffic on one port.
2) if just report SO_TIMEOUT on random selenium api call, and not every time.
The possible reason is network traffice not table and good.

Safari automation through Jenkins

I am trying to run my selenium automation tests on safari but I am facing an issue running through Jenkins.
I have a osX env running on a vm and running the tests locally everything is working fine. Its when I try to run these tests through Jenkins that I run into issues. They run but they are unable to open safari.
Im not very familiar with macs so dont really know whats causing the issue. The vm is a slave of jenkins and everything seems ok there.
Thanks for any help.
The error i am seeing is as follows

Looking at the error log it seems you haven't set Safari driver for Selenium.
Find out the latest safari driver for Selenium and set it's path in your code.
Running selenium code from Jenkins:
I would suggest you to use a jenkins node and trigger your java code on node.
Also you may like to use Gradle/Maven/TestNG as trigger and build.
I have faced the same error a couple of times. It seems to be a problem with the way you connect to jenkins. When you define a node in jenkins there is the option Launch method. Depending on the launch method you use behavour changes a little bit.
Probably you are using the Launch agents via SSH, which allows you to permanently connect certain machine with certain Node. However, this method runs processes in the background. For some reason, safari does not work with background processes.
Another method is the Launch agent via Java Web Start. With this option, each time you restart your machine you will have to manually connect it to the jenkins node through a Java applet. However with this method processes are launched on the front and lets you launch safari from jenkins.
I have not found a way to connect through SSH and launch safari correctly, nor I have seen any other solution.
Hope this is your issue!

I did not find why i am getting this error.
I check firewall settings, port being used by another process and other stuff.
But i could solve the problem changing thrift server host on xml config file to point to my local ip instead of my public ip. (since i am running my machine on aws).
The port should be occuip by another process. You need to find the process and stop it Or, You have to change the Thrift port number.
If you are doing the second option, here is the configurations.
The port offset specified earlier in carbon.xml does not affect the ports of the Thrift client and server because Thrift is run as a separate server within WSO2 servers. Therefore, you must change the Thrift ports separately using <ThfirtClientPort> and <ThriftServerPort> elements in the <APIM_HOME>/repository/conf/api-manager.xml file. For example, the following configuration sets an offset of 2 to the default Thrift port, which is 10397:
<!--
Configurations related to enable thrift support for key-management related communication.
If you want to switch back to Web Service Client, change the value of "KeyValidatorClientType" to "WSClient".
In a distributed environment;
-If you are at the Gateway node, you need to point "ThriftClientPort" value to the "ThriftServerPort" value given at KeyManager node.
-If you need to start two API Manager instances in the same machine, you need to give different ports to "ThriftServerPort" value in two nodes.
-ThriftServerHost - Allows to configure a hostname for the thrift server. It uses the carbon hostname by default.
-->
<KeyValidatorClientType>ThriftClient</KeyValidatorClientType>
<ThriftClientPort>10399</ThriftClientPort>
<ThriftClientConnectionTimeOut>10000</ThriftClientConnectionTimeOut>
<ThriftServerPort>10399</ThriftServerPort>
<!--ThriftServerHost>localhost</ThriftServerHost-->
<EnableThriftServer>true</EnableThriftServer>

I have resolved this issue, replaced

and start application server via start.bat instead run.bat
now it is working fine.

Based on the exception, it looks like ant could not connect(Connection refused) to your tomcat server.
Double check that tomcat has the manager webapp running and that ant is connecting with all of the correct information.
Tomcat, by default, does not have any manager web-app users enabled. You'll need to uncomment a user and give them a manager role in the tomcat-users.xml, found in $TOMCAT_HOME/conf.
That user, along with their password is then used by ant to connect to it.
