AppDynamics database agent 4.3.10 error on SQL Server 2005 - sql-server-2005

I just testing AppDynamics for my database, I am able get it work on MySQL 5 and SQL Server 2014, but I got a JDBC error on SQL Server 2005.
Here is the error log:

SQL 2005 is supported, but this was a bug which was introduced in version 4.3.0. There is currently a diagnostic patch for this issue for supported customers. The fix should be in the next patch level once we isolate the issue. If you'd like support just email help#appdynamics.com and they can assist. Thanks.

Guacamole fails to connect to xRDP server

I have a xrdp server running and would like to connect to it using Guacamole. However, each time I try to make any RDP connection it always fails with "You Have Been Disconnected." I know it is a fault with guacamole because I can log into xRDP using Remmina RDP client using the same credentials.

Try:
Removing the [path to libfreerdp*.so]/freerdp/guac*.so files that were copied, assuming this is the case.
Create symbolic links within [path to libfreerdp*.so]/freerdp/ to /usr/local/lib/freerdp/guac*.so, so you do not need to worry about
this going forward.

PHPMyAdmin Internal Server Error - Internal Error or Misconfiguration

I have the latest MAMP Pro and it woks great most of the time.
Besides other development activities I do WordPress Core and Plugin updates on 22 websites. I always run the updates on a local (MAMP) version before updating the Live site to verify that there are no conflicts that might break the website. Every couple of months I refresh my local copy of the website.
5 out of the 22 sites error when importing the database. These aren't large sites so SQL file size isn't the issue.
Here's the error message I get from PHPMyAdmin:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, you#example.com and inform
them of the time the error occured, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error
log.
There was only this error in the Apache Log (no errors in MySQL or PHP logs.)
[Sun Feb 26 11:13:47 2017] [error] [client ::1] FastCGI: comm with
server "/Applications/MAMP/fcgi-bin/php5.6.28.fcgi" aborted: idle
timeout (30 sec) [Sun Feb 26 11:13:47 2017] [error] [client ::1]
FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server
"/Applications/MAMP/fcgi-bin/php5.6.28.fcgi"
I was wondering if this is an issue with MySQL Version mismatch. The live sites are running Version 5.7.15 but MAMP Pro is back on 5.6.34. Other websites with the same version import OK, but these 5 sites do not.
I'm reasonably competent, but no expert when dealing with server issues. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
David R

Can anyone read out what's causing this error?
It looks like the SDK can't establish Internet connections to the CloudBees website. If you are running behind a proxy, you will need to use proxy flags to connect.
bees init --proxyHost=YOUR_PROXY_HOST --proxyPort=YOUR_PROXY_PORT
This is covered in the CloudBees SDK docs: Running behind a proxy
It helps, to set the system time exactly to six hours ago (US-time).
Also cloudbees documentation sais, that You should create on your file system (under Windows7) c:\Users\Your_User.bees\bees.config file, which contains following line (if you want to call cloudbbees eu server):
bees.api.url=https\://api-eu.cloudbees.com/api>
but actually it didn't help in my case (maybe outdated version)

bees SDK is attempting to communicate with localhost

The cloudbees SDK 1.1 is attempting to connect to localhost:8080 when I run commands.
Any idea what I need to do to fix it?
Example
bees app:info -v
# CloudBees SDK version: 1.1
Enter application ID (ex: account/appname) : account/app
API call: http://localhost:8080/api?timestamp=1344846702&v=1.0&api_key=KEY&action=application.info&app_id=account%2Fapp&format=xml&sig_version=1&sig=SIGN

Add bees.api.url=https\://api.cloudbees.com/api to ~/.bees/bees.config
After backing up ~/.bees and then running bees init and recreating my bees configuration directory I noticed the extra entry in bees.config.
