Digits always crashes after submitting valid a phone number on a lenovo A6600d40 - google-fabric

Always happens with any valid 10 digit number on the Lenovo A6600.
It happens with the periscope app as well our own implementation.
I'm only posting on stack overflow since their support forum now redirects here..

Apache Ignite: What causes the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in StripedCompositeReadWriteLock?

We have services written in Kotlin, which are behaves as clients for Ignite. We use ignite-core and ignite-spring dependencies in these services.
These service starts to produce errors like that after several days of uptime:

The index specified in the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException is different for different exception instances but it's always a negative value.
After restarting the services, the error goes and the services work fine next several days. But then the error appears again.
I investigated it a bit and found the error may be causes by overflowing IDX_GEN value in StripedCompositeReadWriteLock since this value is always increased. If there are a lot of calls to the lock class it maybe overflowed. But it's just my guess and I'm not 100% sure.
Is there other possible causes for the error?
Or maybe some workaround how to avoid this issue. I'd like to avoid periodically restarting a whole service just to reset the IDX_GEN
Ignite version and ignite dependencies versions is 2.11.0

The "Internal" gRPC status is propagated to application code and force us to retry pull operation polluting logs with errors/warnings along the way.
To add more context this is happening when Pub/Sub PullRequest API takes long time (I'm observing p99 20-30 seconds latency when this happens). Netty closes the connection with "Stream closed before write could take place" in DefaultHttp2RemoteFlowController.java:481 and status io.netty.handler.codec.http2.Http2Error.STREAM_CLOSED(0x5) Then this status code is translated to io.grpc.internal.Http2Error.INTERNAL and propagated up the stack.
Has anybody experience this error and come up with a way to gracefully handle it?

It appears that there is an issue with a mesoFOM specific-method call. I'd suggest reaching out to the mesoFOM model developers directly to see if they can help.

Xcode 6.3.1 crashes when opening existing project

I updated Xcode to the latest version via the App Store, as it normal.
I am unable to open any existing project.
I have deleted all Derived Data and have restarted my laptop. Still crashing. And, I have no 3rd party plug ins.
I am including most of the dump. Didn't include the binary images data.
It appears that it might be related to the interface builder. The one app that I want to open, has the Storyboard as the foremost tab.
Thanks for any help in solving this.

I fixed this by fixing another issue. OS X app store kept crashing on installation of 10.10. Solved it by downloading 10.10 from Apple directly.
Then, the issue with Xcode just simply went away! And, now app store app works right. Must have been some corruption in the app store itself.

A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network. The session will be terminated (input error: 109, output error: 0)

Getting the following error from SQL Server 2008:
A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the
network. The session will be terminated (input error: 109, output
error: 0).
I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 BIT / 12 GIG RAM, IIS.
Under light load (1 request per second) I get the above error, not sure why.
I am using LoadUI (as this is a service based app) to execute the same request 1 per second. Which works fine. Now if I make another request from a Web App then I get the above error message, IIS Process's memory jumps (can carries on) from couple of hundred meg to 9 GIG in matter of 5 seconds.
It appears that SQL Server cannot handle the amount of requests/connections on Windows 7, I am hoping I will not see this in PROD.
Any help would be great.
Paul.
