(Mac) Realm Object Server Login Failed: Email/Password Incorrect - authentication

I installed Realm on computer1 and ran the Realm Object Server (creating a new admin user) then installed and ran Realm Object Server on computer2 attempting to create the same admin user I created on computer1. It immediately went to the login page where I assumed it had recognized my credentials from computer1 so I then filled in the same credentials and tapped Login. For some reason this alert is now showing on the screen:
Login Failed: Email/Password combination incorrect.
In the server logs it states:
warn: auth.password: Handle request failed with: InvalidCredentials: The provided credentials are invalid.: Given account: foo#bar.com
I then restarted the Realm Server and attempted to create a different admin user with different credentials, after filling in the credentials and tap "submit" I am immediately taken to the login page where it gives the alert now saying:
An error occured while setting up your account.
What is also interesting, is that after trying to create that new account I don't receive any information in the logs after tapping submit.

It's not possible to run two copies of the Realm Object Server on multiple computers and share user accounts between them at the moment. Those will be two wholly separate and independent copies of the Realm Object Server.
Unless you registered two separate copies of the same admin account, the second login attempt will fail because the account doesn't exist in that instance.
We're working on adding additional scaling capabilities to the Realm Mobile Platform. Thanks for filing an issue on the Mobile Platform GitHub; we'll take it into consideration.

Invalid user or password or the account is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts

Error Message:- Invalid user or password or the account is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts. If so, it will be unblocked automatically in a short time.
I have installed Openproject in Ubuntu environment.
Today morning i updated the Openproject.
When i tried to login using my user name and password I got the above error message
The database is Postgresql.
I could able to login to db.
what is the solution to resolve this issue and i am want to unblock the account.
All the accounts, including admin account could not able to login.
Create a new username and password with admin rights in postgresql DB.
Grant admin rights to the user.
Login to the website using the new username and password.
GO to adminstration - Authentication -
check
AUTOMATED USER BLOCKING
Block user after this number of failed login attempts
--Give the input Zero - 0
It will allow the user to login any number of times if they fail.
thanks

fail to authenticate after deployment

I have a web application using glassfish and form authentication (j_security_check). All the passwords and usernames are stored in a javaDB (derby). I was able to log into the system while developing on the localhost and now that I deployed the app to AWS whenever I try to log in with a user (I have checked that the user actually exists in the DB), I always get the same error (that i normally get when entering wrong details) i.e. WEB9102: Web Login Failed: com.sun.enterprise.security.auth.login.common.LoginException: Login failed.
Any ideas what it might be? I don't even know what info to provide since the issue doesn't even throw an exception or something. thanks

IdentityServer V3 does not accept login

We are trying to build OAuth2 Authorization with IdentityServer3.
So we downloaded the Bytes from nuget and connected it with our database.
The database was initialized with the default scopes and the sample clients from Thinktecture self.
Then we connected AD FS as IDP via OWIN and made an simple ExternalUserService.
So far everything worked fine and the permissions page of the IdSrv could be opened, showing the username and that no application has consent up to now.
Then we tried to connect Xamarin.Auth to that and got an error Cannot determine application to sign in to and in the logs an error Signin Id not present (after logon at the ADFS IDP).
To reduce complexity, we decided to go back to the InMemoryUserService and created one InMemoryUser. This worked for the permissions page (at least for a short period of time - time is over now), but it did not allow OAuth2 Authorization Code Flow, which ended up in showing the login page again and again and again. And there is no evidence of any error in the logs.
How can we debug, what is happening? Is there any way to see, why a user gets redirected to the login page again despite being logged in?
--
We reduced the complexity even further by creating a new empty MVC application, which just uses a simple InMemoryUserFactory.
Now it's getting a little bit confusing: one user was able to logon from his machine - other machines (same user - since we created only one) are not able to login and get prompted with the login over and over again.
If using IdentityServer3 and you use own external login methods you should really pay close attention to the API of the IdSrv3.
We tried to create a login resutl with just the subject - this is made for local login on the server. If this is switched off at the same time, you will end up having problems.
So if you use an own external login provider and switch off local login, make sure to call the right overload for the authenticate method (3 Parameters in our case).

Automatically relogging in to a realm after connection loss in IBM Worklight

My problem is as follows :
I have an application protected by a mobile security test involving a LDAP server. The corresponding realm is called LDAPrealm. I use the form-based authenticator + custom LDAP login module.
When the connection to the worklight server is lost and then re-established, I see that the current user is not authenticated in the LDAP realm anymore.
What I want is be able to re authenticate the user without having him enter credentials again.
However, since the user is still authenticated for other realms included by default in the mobile security test, the worklight server does not challenge the client again for credentials, which is causing j_security_check error when trying to submit credentials.
As a side note those credentials are stored in the encrypted json store for offline authentication and use of the app.
So my question is :
Is it possible to force the server to challenge the client again for this LDAPrealm and use submitLoginForm to re-log in?
More generally, is there a way to clear a user+device from all realms before trying to log in again?
Edit reasons : previous error was caused by a typo
In the case where the user first logs in online then loses connection then get connection again, calling
WL.Client.logout("LDAPRealm",{onSuccess:stealthed_relog});
and calling WL.Client.connect() later in stealthed_relog before sending credentials seems to wield the desired behaviour.
However, when the user logs in offline and then gets connection, when I try to use WL.Client.connect(), it says another instance of WL.Client.connect has already been called.
edit : for the log offline case, the application get challenged automatically shortly after that the connected event fires (cause of heartbeat? I do not really know), so you just have to use
login_clientside.submitLoginForm();
to successfully log in again.
If someone has a better way to implement auto-reconnecting in worklight with ldap server, feel free to post it and I'll unaccept my answer.

Read only user access denied to weblogic admin console

I am trying to create user with Read only permissions for development team to have access to weblogic console , I know the process is simple but for some reason after creating the user i am not able login using the Read only user.
Below steps to create read only user:
Login into Weblogic Admin Console as weblogic user (administrator) ,Then => security realms -> myrealm => users&groups =>New "User" created “appdev” user with password “password01”.
Once user is created, selected username => selected Groups Tab => Selected group by name “Monitors”. Saved the changes made.
Logged out and closed the browser.
Restarted the server and Opened a new browser window.
Attempting to login with the new user is returning access denied.
We are using weblogic 9.2 version.
Check the below link and try to enable refresh replica at startup option and bounce the server and check.
Navigate to weblogic admin console ->Domain->Security->Embedded LDAP->Refresh Replica At StartUp
