"Could not start quickbooks" error using SDK on Windows 10 - vba

We are running QuickBooks Enterprise 7 (I know it is old and not supported). I have MS Access applications that are using the SDK (via VBA) to send transactions to QB. We have started upgrading computers to Windows 10. While QB works fine, the SDK is not. We are getting the error "Could not start QuickBooks". I need to get this fixed as it is a critical system. I have tried to upgrade the SDK to 13 but that didn't help either.

Deploy to Windows Embedded Compact 7 yields "The bootstrap could not be loaded"

Here's the setup:
I'm trying to connect / deploy to a Motorola Windows Embedded Compact 7 device from VS 2008. The development machine VM is Windows XP (it has tools and SDKs going back to eVC3 on it that will not run on anything newer). It is therefore running ActiveSync as opposed to WMDC. Basic RAPI seems to be working as I can browse the device file system, ect via ActiveSync. This developemnt system works successfully with dozens of other devices, but this might be the first CE 7 device. And again, the error message was simply "The bootstrap could not be loaded".
I'd appreciate any tips on getting a successful connection to the CE 7 device working.
I had exactly the same problem. The solution for me was to install the SDK for the pda. Mine was MC32N0.
You can find the sdk here

Error in loading emulator for windows phone 8 [Can't start the windows phone Emulator]

Actual error "The Windows Phone Emulator couldn't start because the hypervisor isn't running"
but according to the error i enable the Hyper -V option in term & features in Control panel and restart 2 to 3 times.
and i also do all of thing like checking bios that ENABLE the option virtualization and it is ON in my PC.
I also check core-info via checking Coreinfo.exe .
I do all the step included in below link by microsoft for this kind of issues.

Last i check Hyper-V manager and i found no entry of any os,But installing first time visual studio 2012 i found the entry of emulator in that. But now i use the vs2013 Windows Phone SDK 8.0 with no entry in Hyper-V manager.
Error Code : 0x80131500
To run any Windows phone 8 you will need Windows 8 Pro on your computer. I guess thats what you are missing. You can check the full requirements list here

Windows app certification kit 2.2 fails to find any apps to validate

I'm running windows 8 and visual studio express for windows 8.
I have created an app and had it successfully submitted to the app store.
I am now working on a second app and getting ready to submit it. However, I just updated to the latest win8 SDK and to Windows app certification kit 2.2. Ever since I updated, I have been unable to run the cert kit.
Whenever I run the cert kit as part of the 'create app packages' I get the following error. I find it interesting that my first app gets the same behavior.
The {0} cannot continue testing since the specified Windows Store App was not found. Please verify the packagefullname is correct.
So, I try running the Windows App Certification kit 2.2 in stand-alone mode. When I select to certify windows store app, it thinks for a bit and then returns with an empty list of applications.
I found the following link wack doesn't see my app and followed the steps but still no joy.
Can you please confirm that you are using the RTM build of Windows 8? This was a bug discovered in pre-RTM builds that should have been fixed for RTM.

Error in Visual Studio 11: "could not obtain license due to error 80090317"

I have been playing around with Windows 8 Developer Preview and Visual Studio 11 Express, but I am facing an issue that is a bit annoying. Every 1 or 2 days, I get the following error when I open Visual Studio: "could not obtain license due to error 80090317"
This issue is mentioned here and here, but in both cases it is said that the issue shows up when Windows 8 is installed as an upgrade to Windows 7, which is not my scenario. I did a clean install in an new partition and installed all the updates available. The workaround I have found so far is to put the date of my system a few months in the past, run Visual Studio and acquire a license, then put the current date back. This works for a while until the message shows up again.
Has someone faced this issue?
Has someone a more permanent workaround for this?
A bit more details on my current setup:
Do not use the Developer Preview.
