Is it possible to create a Story Map and Twitter Map in ArcGIS Online (in the same map)?
Would I have to use code to combine them together?
You can combine them.
Here are a couple of links.

(i could list more links to help out, but reputation limits me to only two links.)

I want to display the charts, tables, maps etc from a dhis2 user account unto a web page. I read the web api documentation and tried to use the plugins but they dont work (they seem to be outdated). Anyone have a solution to this?
You may use the Web APIs of dhis2 to fetch data , and then use any Library for building graphs out of that data.
There are multiple servies that let you insert pictures and videos into the twitter stream. - with instagram and youtube being two of the first that come to mind.
The question is - how do I do that?
If I want a custom image, and I want to link them back to my site - do I have to use the /statuses/update_with_media.json endpoint (which adds it to pics.twitter.com) along with my own link? Meaning two links?
Is there a trick to how these sites do it, or are they officially supported by Twitter?
To play "in-line" on Twitter.com. Only a select few services will allow this.
in case of videos for example, refer to this article on Twitters website.

You would need two links if you wanted to host a picture on Twitter itself and have it link to another place. The pictures hyper-link would be converted and another link would need to be added next to it.

Currently I have a website and database solution, however I would like to take 'Postcodes' from the records and place corresponding markers for them on a Google maps view.
Is this possible? And where would I start? Thanks
You can use the Google Maps Javascript API to place a map on your webpage. There is a good code example section. Markers should be easy to find.
The process of translating a postcode to a map location is called geocoding. There are code samples here too. The geocoding API has a usage limit and it takes time to do its work. SO if you have many postcodes, you might want to cache geocoding results.
There are many, many ways to get postcodes from a database to JavaScript. If you have an issue there, you'd better ask a more specific question, including the platform and language tag.
I asked in this question how to see how many views a Youtube playlist has. Unfortunately, it has been removed from the UI. Can I retrieve Youtube playlist views through the Youtube API?
For now, I think, there is no way to get round it in API requests. According to YouTube's Playlist Documentation, it does not provide a statistics parameter which is responsible for providing various stats about videos. I was also looking for a similar use case and I came across this question. Maybe someone else can find a (hackable-)way along the way.
There is a Worpdress plugin, which makes for a great example, that does exactly what I am asking, called Vikispot. However, I would like to use Google Data API as the source of the data for Videos, Blogs, News, etc... then just like Vikispot, display the data on my website in a sidebar. Vikispot does the job as far as displaying data from other websites that are related to the keywords in a blog on website, in a sidebar. Although I would like the same code that Vikispot is using and implement this into my drupal based website.
I have searched all over the place and cannot find an answer. I hope it isn't right under my nose =]
Google Data API 2.0 supports an Atom-format RSS interface.
Use the RSS variant of Google Data API with any RSS feed reader widget. There are dozens..
