I have an app which is using a Google Developer Project but I am not able to identify the Google Account that was used for creating the Prject in Google Developer console.
Is there a way we can identify the Google Account used for a Project Id or API Key?

I have a process to upload Offline Stores Sales in AdWords API.
Now I developed a new process to upload via Google Ads
I have a problem:
StatusCode: "PermissionDenied
Detail: Google Ads API has not been used in project XXXXX before or it is disabled.
From migration documentation:
You can use the same developer token that you used with the AdWords API, and whatever level of access you had for the AdWords API will carry over to the Google Ads API.
So it should be the same permissions. I have developer token , that works good in AdWords .
The problem is, that I didn’t create any project in Google Cloud…
Maybe the developer, who started developing uploading Offline Stores Sales in AdWords API , created it. This developer is no longer in the company, so I can’t ask him provide me the permission…
How I can get permission to this project ?
I have a free Google account and I want to get a list of my apps that use delegated Google SSO. For example, I'm using Google SSO with StackOverflow. Is there a way to get a list of such delegations? I know this is possible with Workspace, but I'm asking about the free account.
There are three kinds of apps in your Google Account:
Google Workspace apps (e.g. YouTube)
go to “Manage your Google Account”
select “Data & privacy tab”
scroll down and select “Content saved from Google services”
federated apps (e.g. StackOverflow)
go to “Manage your Google Account”
select “Data & privacy tab”
scroll down and select “Third-party apps with account access”
Google Workspace Marketplace apps

I'm trying to integrate Google Drive using the SDK with my app written in VB.Net using API Key and I'm following this tutorial https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/dotnet/get_started#simple
What happens is that when calling the ExecuteAsync method, I receive back an Exception saying that the user does not have sufficient permissions for this file.
Basically, I only have the API key (with restriction to access only Google Drive API) and I don't want to ask the user for permissions, because I'd like to use a specific account (so everyone would be sending files to that account).
I couldn't find a way to "link" this API Key to a specific account also.
I ended up using a service account for the Google Drive API.
The idea here was quite simple, where I created this account and downloaded a generated JSON file that is used by the SDK to Authenticate and call the API.
With this service account, I didn't use the API Key and I could leverage Permissions
and set permissions to each user on each created folder.
I have an app that uses Google login as one of the modes for login/signup the users in the app. Unfortunately, I missed saving the user-id received after logging-in using Google, and therefore, I can't seem to find the users who have used Google for creating the account on my app.
Is there a way I can track the count of the users who has used the Google login using the client-id Google provides while integrating the Google login button?
Have a question regaring GCM and the google-services.json file creation. When you go to the website trying to create this file, you need to crete or specify a project. I can't find anywhere if this project must be created from the Google account used to publish the application in Google Play or any Google account would do.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Updatate:
All accounts used are developer accounts. Just want to understand if it is a requirement to use the same Google account for the app in Google Play.
If you have already added the project to your google publication list then it should be in the pull down list. if not then you need to create it from the dash board here
you will need to have a paid developer account to do this. Which ever account you are logged in as needs to have the project in the dash board otherwise you wont get access to it
