Publish Elm19 package, which first version was published as 18 package at a time Elm19 was already out

Some time after the release of Elm19 I published a library, which I needed for an Elm18 code base: thought2/elm-wikimedia-commons.
This worked well, it's listed in the community driven Elm18 package database: https://dmy.github.io/elm-0.18-packages/, can be installed and all good. Except the fact that the documentation is not shown in the package details, but that I heard is a known bug there. (But still I think this is very bad)
But the main problem is now, how to migrate the library to Elm 19: The actual migration steps are done and live in the master branch of the repo: http://github.com/thought2/elm-wikimedia-commons
The Elm18 versions proceeded to 1.1.0 in the meanwhile and after the migration there had to be done an API change, so I'd assume the latest version to become 2.0.0. If I add this to elm.json, the command elm publish tells me that this would be the first version and I should change this. Which is not right.
After a bit of research, I found out that the package (among other 18 ones that have been published in the same time period) is not listed in this json: https://package.elm-lang.org/all-packages This should contain all packages regardless of versions.
Any ideas what to do? This is really blocking my development, as I'm stuck in both lands now: 18 and 19. Would appreciate a lot if someone has some hints or solutions for me!
You shouldn't need to mess with the version number specified in elm.json.
If you set it back to the version of the package that is already published and run elm bump the elm program will look at the changes you've made to the package's API and set the new version accordingly.
Looking at https://github.com/thought2/elm-wikimedia-commons it doesn't look like any of your upgrade changes were breaking changes to your package API so the version won't be a 2.x.x, it will be a 1.x.x.
You'll need to remove the 2.0.0 git tag as well and instead add a tag for the version that elm bump tells you that your package is.

How to upgrade from OpenEp6 to OpenErp7?

I'm newbie in OpenErp and i'm just using basic functionnalities of OpenErp6 and i want to upgrade to OpenErp7.
I'm using it under Ubuntu11..Is there a tool to upgrade it to The 7 version ?because i searched in google and i found that i must uninstall it manually and reinstall the latest version .
Thank you
If you want to keep your data, you have two ways of doing this:
get support from the OpenERP editor: they sell a migration solution, for a not very high price.
get in touch with and contribute to the openupgrade project which tries to build an opensource migration solution. The migration to 7.0 is not yet ready as of today, so you'll need either wait or contribute to get it good enough to migrate your instance.
On the other hand, if you have very little data as you mention in your comment, you can probably migrate by hand be creating a fresh OpenERP 7 instance, and manually recreating your entries in that instance. Obviously, this is not scalable.

Your developer license has expired (Windows 8)

My temporary developer license (using Visual Studio 2011 Beta and Windows 8 Consumer Preview) expired and a popup asked me to aply for a new one. This all seemed to work, but when I build and deploy to the local machine it takes me to the app store and tells me that the developer license has expired.
I've tried:
Unistalling my app from the home screen
Cleaning my project solution
Removing my developer license using powershell command Unregister-WindowsDeveloperLicense and getting new license again
Restarting machine
I can create new projects that build and deploy fine, but my existing project is stuffed. Is the old licence cached somewhere and how can I get it to forget about it.
There is this similar quesion on MSDN. Someone managed to solve it, but there solution has not worked for me and there are other people saying it hasn't worked for them.
The first month this happened to me, a reboot solved it. The second time it didn't. I went into my package manifest and changed the package ID. It looked like a GUID and I just put kmg on the end. Then everything worked fine. Later I tried changing it back but it failed again so I guess my package ID ends in kmg now :-)
I believe it's because you're trying to overwrite a package that was shipped by a "different developer". They're going to have to fix that somehow but hey, this is what betas ^H^H^H^H^H previews are for, right?

Eclipse Helios 3.6.0 hangs while installing Egit

I am trying to install Egit on my eclipse using market place.
The problem i am facing is that the installation gets stuck at 49%. I waited for almost 2 hours yesterday but still the installation did not happen. Has anyone faced any such problems before?
Is there a manual way i can install Egit. i.e. by downloading a package and then installing. I am using windows 7 machine.
Can anyone please guide me on this issue?
P.s: I have gone through the previous asked questions, and i do not have many other sites being used as download pages.(So it is not slow due to loading of many sites)
What has worked for me is the following:
Find a mirror in your country, in my case was http://eclipse.tsl.gr/egit/updates-1.3/
Go to install software and paste the mirror url in the work with box and select the packages you wish to install
This is the solver: un check "Contact all update sites during install to find required software"
I am not sure whether it helped but I also updated Java to latest version while trying to install EGit on Helios.
Have you tried installing EGit from the following update site?
http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates
You can use this update site by going to:
Help > Install New Software...
and enter the URL in the Work with: text box
I had the same problem as the OP with all marketplace plugins. My downloads of plugins consistently got stuck on 48% or 49% and would eventually time out.
In my case, I solved the problem by turning off my antivirus and then downloading plugins.
While my antivirus was turned off, I did not browse the web. I also ran antivirus and anti malware scans afterwards.

Upgrading SUP 1.5.5 to SUP 2.0

I am currently using SUP 1.5.5 Personal Developer Edition which I got by upgrading SUP 1.5.2. Now I want to upgrade my SUP 1.5.5 to SUP 2.0. From Sybase Online help tutorials, I came to know that from 1.5.5 we can directly upgrade to 2.0 by running the installer. But I failed to find out from where we need to download this installer? And I need to know the steps in this upgradation process?
Can anybody please help me to upgrade to SUP 2.0?
Thanks and regards,
Rinzy Deena Mathews.
You will need to grab the complete distribution from the products page which you can get to from here:
https://sybase.subscribenet.com/
You'll have to authenticate so hopefully you know your account information or know someone who does.
This will take you to the available products page for your account. Once here, if you have licenses for it, the SUP should be available. If not you'll have to contact support. When you click through you should see the latest version. Again if you don't you'll have to contact support.
There should be 4 zip files to download that make up the platform. There are also 2 zip files of documentation. I would download all of them. Once you've grabbed them extract them all into the same directory. Find setup.exe and you should be all set.
If you do happen to extract the downloads into separate directories just copy the modules directory from each distribution to the one where setup.exe lives. It won't work unless all the files are in the same place. I learned this the hard way.
Good luck!
The installer can be downloaded from the Sybase Product Download Center.
Also, I could not upgrade to 2.0 simply by running the installer. Services wouldn't start.
Had to uninstall 1.5.5 first and then perform a clean install for 2.0.
