CSS doesn't load on other devices available within LAN - moqui

If I access application developed in moqui on LAN, CSS and stylings of any page doesn't load.
Is it something to do with the framework configurations, if not what might be the possible solution to rectify this thing.
Thanks in advance. :-)

Any ideas on why a template/widget wouldn't update on the development site? It works on my local machine

I have a widget and a page layout that are not working as they should on the development server. The development server is hosted on Azure. On my local machine, it is working properly. I'm at a lost on what the issue is.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check/test? Is there any way I could test/debug this better?
I reached out to Sitefinity to support and they pointed me in the right direction. I inadvertently had the wrong namespace in the widget. Unfortunately, the widget didn't display an error message. I had to go to the log files to find the issue.

Path problems with running a sub application (umbraco) inside my MVC4 web application

I have this MVC4 web application, I run it locally at mySite.local/. I created an application in IIS 7, mapping to mySite.local/corporateSite/. I point that application to an Umbraco (CMS) installation I have locally.
This works pretty well.
I have these UI images and .css files that were in my corporate site and were linked-to by absolute urls (Examples: /css/myCss.css, /media/ui/myFunLogo.png, etc.).
Now this "/" root has changed, if I want my css and images to work, I have to use /corporateSite/cssmyCss.css... this is logical.
How can I change my configuration or sites setup or code so that I don't have to write that whenever I'm linking to a file like that. Should I use rewrite rules to prepend the application url?
How to people integrate these elements normally ? I know a lot go through subdomains, but this would not be ideal for us at the moment.
Thanks for the help!
(I think my question is related to this one how to integrate umbraco with mvc4 but in some different aspects. And the answers are not good for me.)
In umbracoSettings.config, there is a setting for "ResolveUrlsFromTextString".
Setting it to true should tell Umbraco to add the virtual directory name to links and images.

Simple Desktop Shell for HTML Apps

I am looking for a simple desktop application shell to display an HTML and Javascript application. The web code will be bundled with the app and the app won't need network access. Basically all I need is a window with a webkit view in it I can point to a file on the user's computer.
I thought this would be simple, but I can't find a quick solution to it. What I have looked at so far:
Adobe Air - Fails due to some crazy security choices that break my web framework.
Titanium Desktop - Fails due to some strange page loading sequences that result in dom weirdness.
Chromeless - Looks perfect but discontinued and their download code no longer works.
PhoneGap - No desktop component.
XULRunner - Looks very complex for my needs.
Various others - not cross-platform (I need Windows and Mac), discontinued.
All I want is a simple shell around to display my HTML and run my JS. Please tell me my only solution isn't to use the WebKit view in something like Qt.
Thank you!
See this: http://code.google.com/p/chromiumembedded/
There are also bindings for using this from other languages like Python.
AppJS have served me well in creating desktop shells for html5 apps. I think you should give it a try. It's quite easy to tinker with.

Is there a decent, standalone, cross-platform webserver that will work in concert with Autorun on USB Jump Drives?

I'm trying to find a decent standalone webserver that I can load up on a jump drive.
My wife is a photographer, and I'd like to present the clients with their images on usb. When they plug it in, I'd like a web page to load up, and run some jQuery magic to show them a nice carousel of all there images.
So far, this is all fine since it can all be done client side and doesn't need a server at all.
The problem I'm facing is that I'd like some server-side code to be able to read the images out of the directory so that once the interface is built, I don't need to manually create all of the <img /> tags.
If it was primarily going to be used in a Windows environment, I'd have no problem going with IIS Express, since I'm mainly a .NET MVC developer and this would be perfect for me... However, the fact of the matter is that a large amount of our client base is also OS X users.
I did find this Java one jlHttp, and I also found this thread here on SO, but I don't think I understand enough about either one of them to accomplish what I'm looking for.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
I'm looking for the same thing, and the two best options I've found were Flying Ant cd web server and Stunnix. Of the two, Flying Ant is cheaper, and I've tested it with success on my project.
I found Mongoose very convenient for this exact purpose. It's crossplatform, lightweight and requires minimum configuration. You may be interested in this project that uses Mongoose to display pictures in a folder tree or FTP directory.
How about Node.js
It says it runs on Linux, OS X, and Windows.
