Database Is not loading - sql

I have a strange question in Microsoft SQL Server v6.5 (it's better to say, it is strange for me).
When I create a new database it goes to loading and nothing happen for that.
I await for that, 24 hours but nothing happened and its still loading.
For example I will create DBTest1.
After creating it will show me DBTest1(Loading), and nothing happens...
Meanwhile I have to say, I have to install it in my VM. I try it in different VM and also different computer. but still nothing....
If anyone got same problem, please help me.
I searched a lot in internet, but its almost nothing.

SQL "an error occurred during local report processing"

Apologies first of all if there is an answer to this elsewhere on the site. I've checked some of the proposed solutions and can't find anything appropriate.
So I've got this SSRS report that works fine when deployed but won't run locally during testing. The main query itself works when run in the query editor, as do all the sub queries that provide data for parameter drop lists but when I try to preview it, I get the error.
Bear in mind it used to work, up until the end of last year, which was when it was last updated.
I've tried removing all the tables and matrices on a copy (replacing with one very simple table), the parameters went too and I still get the error. I've also downloaded the server version, renamed it and redeployed it, works online, but not locally. As the error message is brutally vague, I've run out of ideas of things to try. Apart from switching over to PowerBI, can anyone think of anything else I could do to understand where the error is from?
Possibly relevant - the main query has some recursion in a subquery, but only a couple of levels. Could this be related? As I've said before, it used to work...
PS I'm using VS 16.7.2 from server V13.0.4466.4
PPS I also added the query to a brand new report and it errored so I think it must be something related to the SQL itself?

Data source name not found and no default driver specified

This error is occurring on every *.asp page in the application, but the *.aspx pages work just fine.
I did not develop the application, but the person who did has long since left the company. We have about 20 customers, all with the program working just fine. One of the customers had their server crash, and we had to re-set it up on their new server. Everything is working just fine now, except for this error on the *.asp pages.
The same connection string is used for all of our customers, so I know the problem is not there. There are no system DSNs or user DSNs defined on any of our customers.
This is a 32-bit application on a 32-bit server (server 2003 with SQL 2005).
I'm pretty sure it's a permissions or setting error, but I have checked absolutely everything I can think of.
Please help.
A company with 1400 employees can't use this program until I get it back up and running. I have no idea what else to do.
Thanks everyone for your help.
Sorry it took me a little bit to respond to you, but I had heard back from the original developer, and he had a hidden connection string deep within the program specifically to trip someone up if they were trying to install the program without authorization. He gave me the info I needed and it worked beautifully.
Thanks again!

Intermittent errors with new code release to existing Mojolicious app

I'm having a problem with an existing Mojolicous app. I have added some new routes, views, controllers, and models, and am returning database results to view using Rose::DB::Object ORM.
I updated the production version today with code that had been working great on Morbo. But, on apache2/plack/psgi mod_perl config the new Models are only returning the queries about 1 in 5 sometimes 1 in 10 times.
I've eliminated a number of variables, like I can query the database directly and get my results no problem. Older Model's and their queries always work.
It appears that only this new functionality is intermittent. I have narrowed requests to only one server and have restarted apache. But, am now at the point that I don't understand why the issue is persisting.
I think this is some kind of mod_perl wonky behavior, but don't know why an apache restart doesn't fix it.
Any help or ideas would be awesome.
I did finally resolve this and it turned out to be something simple. I was missing the use statement for my controller in my main application script. The script where I setup the routes. I'm not sure I understand why it was working intermittently in production and working all the time in development. But, once I added:
use TheApp::Controller::Tags; in the main app pm it worked consistently.
In retrospect it feels like I should have figured it out sooner, but the fact that it worked part of the time led me down the wrong path. Hopefully this will help someone else sometime.

why server.transfer process slow in vb.net?

I need your help, I have a problem with server.transfer code in vb.net, it runs so slow..
My Question:
Why does it run slowly (take 5 minutes to move between web pages (.aspx))?
What should i check for this trouble?
Is it because operating system? Im use windows 7, before i used windows XP there is no problem like this...
is server.transfer related to database connection (not sure)? I use mysql (XAMPP packages).
Or may be because other configuration that i miss out in windows seven.
FYI: i try in several web browser same result(loading 5 minutes)..
Thank every one that answer my question, thank you very much!
One thing I've found on this is that it can have to do with the status code the transferred page returns. If it returns a 500 error, it can make your server transfer run upwards of five minutes.
One way to test this, if you can, is to run the transferred page in isolation and generate any of the information being transferred on the other side to see if any errors are generated.
It took me a day to figure this out. Hopefully it helps someone else.

How do I get back to my Reporting Services Data?

I have almost exactly this problem. I say, almost exactly because the answer that worked for this gentleman did nothing whatsoever for me. I can open my own database and see all of the lovely RS data sitting there staring at me but the actual Reporting Services installation still can't. This all came about because of precisely what he said. We accidentally left the password policy on on the Reporting Services account and it expired. When I changed it the whole thing went kaputt. I'm still getting the "key cannot be used in current state" error message even after dropping all encrypted data from the RS installation. I have no access to the Report Manager to reset encrypted information. Has anyone got any suggestions?
EDIT: In continuing my research I found this suggestion. It's not that.
Well... here's the thing.
I eventually tried creating a whole new user to take charge of the SSRS operations. I also remembered to update those details on our live data server. (I did this first and it failed to work as it was still telling me the key could not be used then.)
I guess that there must be something that prevents the reassignment of the SSRS gofer account's password. The new user is set up identically and works perfectly. So that's what cleared it up for me but I'm a little irritated that I still don't know exactly why...
