I have my app certified and it is in status ready to be published(because i have selected publish manually).
Now how should i publish the app??
And how long will it take to get the app in app store after publishing??
According to MSDN (Understanding app and in-app product submission) it should be pretty easy:
8. Ready to be published
Your submission has passed certification and is ready to be published
to users. If you are publishing manually, on your app’s or in-app
product’s Lifecycle view, click Publish.

I'm having this problem in iTunes Connect where I want to delete an old app project I did, but when I click "app information", there is no "Delete App" option. Any help?
Deleting an App
If you’ve created an app in iTunes Connect that you no longer need to
manage, you can delete it from iTunes Connect.
Apps can’t be deleted if they are part of a Game Center group, in an
app bundle, or currently displayed on a store. You’ll want to remove
the app from sale or from the group if you want to delete it. See
Removing an App from Sale or Removing an App from a Group in Game
Center Configuration Guide for iTunes Connect. Apps that have not been
approved yet can’t be deleted; instead, reject the app. See Removing a
Build from Review.
Following is Screen shot of delete application.
More detail follow below apple official document.

I've never been in this specific situation before.
I submitted an app that successfully passed Apple's review process. The app now is now in Ready for Sale status, but I have yet to release the app to the public (for various reasons I don't want to get into). It is the first version of the app, so the app isn't available to the public in any form just yet.
If I have a followup version done and ready for submission, can I submit it for review changing the release date of the submitted version?
If it is in the Ready for Sale state, you should be able to Remove the app from sale.
Remove App from Sale
You can then create your new version and submit for review. The first version should never hit the App Store since it's state will be "Developer removed from sale".
